I am currently dealing with a wage garnishment because of this company. I had a car through them that was highly problematic. First, it was in poor shape to begin with. The radio was an aftermarket product that someone had literally cut into the dashboard to fit and didn't bother to make sure it would fit where it was flush against the dashboard. One of the speakers was blown out. This car was supposed to be one step above "F Level." Then it was having mechanical issues, they tried to pass it off as a battery issue. Even went so far as to put one in. It wasn't until I called them at my wits end that it had died in the middle of traffic, AGAIN that they finally had it towed to a shop and lo and behold, the fuel pump was going out. They even tried to get me to drive it from Bentonville to Springdale in the condition it was in. I refused. If it was cutting out in the middle of main roads in town, there was no telling what it would do on the highway. I went through financial hardships (who hasn't been nowadays) and couldn't afford to tag the car, the sales tax was high. It was a 2000 Chevy Cavalier that they sold me for close to 12, 000. They kept saying that they would help me get it tagged and never did. I couldn't drive it because it wasn't legal. So after months of dealing with them I finally told them to come and get it. Months later they started trying to collect on the remaining balance owed after the car sold at auction. It's around $3, 000. I made payment arrangements and life happened. I couldn't pay, lost phone service, the whole shebang. I finally started to get to a point to be able to pay on it when I lost my job on September 11, 2014. I called and told them within 24 hours of it happening and explained I couldn't pay. Very shortly after that I had no phone to call them with again. My husband and I were both out of the house and having to stay with family because it was the end of summer and our utilities were out. We weren't even back in our house until the end of October and very shortly after that the garnishment started. WITH NO NOTICE. I knew it was something that could happen, but honestly I was more focused on trying to get our life back on track and couldn't even process anything other than rent, food, and utilities. Especially with trying to catch everything else back up after not being in work. They claimed they sent a Writ of Garnishment, which I never received to be able to appeal. It wasn't until I received the paper notification from my employer that a garnishment would be starting on my next check that I even knew it was going to happen. When I called and asked them what was going on, their answer was that we kept failing payment arrangements and didn't appeal the garnishment when we could have. I cited that we had no way to since we didn't know and was pretty much told that it didn't matter. I was then led on a wild good chase that was a waste of time. They said to talk to the court to see about it getting removed. When I finally did, they said it wasn't up to them it was up to JTI (AAF). I called and spoke with them again. As they have already taken over $2, 400, and my balance was around $3, 600. I figured maybe we could make an arrangement as things were more stable job wise and we have been struggling big time due to this garnishment. They told me there was nothing they could do. Said they heard that I had asked for a hearing and that the judge had immediately declined it but didn't cite why. And that regardless of what we were suffering because of this that they weren't going to do anything to help me. Unless I could summon up the remaining $1, 500 to pay them off. Did I mention there's interest per day? Ridiculous. I am already in a financial hardship because of them and they have the nerve to say I can make it go away if I can get that much together. They've obviously gotten what is deemed "not needed" by 25% of my check, sure, let me give my kidney too. There was no help. I sat and argued and pleaded for over 20 minutes with them and was left with, "well if you come up with anything you can give me a call."

I think it's an oil pressure sensor?

This 2009 Chevy impala is overpriced at twice its market value and all they could say was we know. The first payment is due Friday and the oil pressure light keeps coming on. I’m afraid they’ll leave me high and dry without sound transportation because I have no credit score and can’t get a car even at carmart.
