We found Taurus via the Tom Martino referral list. We were excited to start work on a new master bathroom. Construction began in April, it is now August and the project has yet to be completed or of quality workmanship. One of the major issues has been workers who are careless and have damaged our home: ripped the paint off of our wall with tape, scratched our new marble countertops while trying to remove the protective covering, nicked and scratched our brand new vanities, and the list could go on. Another big issue is our so called custom made linen closet. The owner had his teenage son work on it and it resembles a poorly done arts and crafts project- thick uneven paint, unfinished interior and random screw holes from where I assume he measured incorrectly. Our vanities had glued on marble countertops where the glue was literally sticky and protruding. There are cracks in the ceiling in our shower. Numerous problems and the owner, Ordean never sends anyone in a timely manner or sends some teenager who does not fix it properly and inevitably causes more damage. Do your research and avoid this company. They received good reviews on Martino's list because they pay to be on it and bad reviews don't get posted- so please consider the source.

The customer was upset that our tape peeled off her paint. the tape was used to hang plastic to keep all dust out of the main house. We apologized and painted the whole room for her. The linen cabinet she was unhappy with was replaced with a new one. The marble top was scratched but the very next day we buffed it completely out. The linen cabinet we built, was suppose to match the vanities as close as possible. It just wasn't close enough for the customer so we bought her a new cabinet of her choosing. We never touched the ceiling in the shower but we did repair the cracks for them. We wrote the contract in April and waited for the vanities to come in. The customer would not allow us in their home while they were having their wood floors finished-one week. Then, they took two weeks for vacation and would not allow us in their home. We were totally paid all of our money on the job, because we fixed everything.
