I completely agree with the previous complaint. I purchased all of my equipment from them when opening my skin care room and everything has been falling apart within the first year. Also, I ordered (and payed for!) the Microdermabrasion machine with the oxygen machine attached and they gave me the basic microderm machine. When I called to tell them it was the wrong one, they said they didn't have the new models with oxygen manufactured yet, but they expected it in 2 weeks and that they would give me free crystals to make up for it. I never received the correct machine or the free crystals, let alone a phone call explaining why. The first week I had the products, my high frequency electrode got stuck in the handle and when I finally pulled it out the base was stuck in it. Both of my spray machine bottle caps have cracked making them useless. My microdermabrasion machine tension knob is not accurate anymore. One arm on my electric facial bed inverts every time someone leans on the edge of the bed. The wheels on my chair fall off on a weekly basis and one of them finally broke off completely last week. I called for months trying to get my equipment replaced, no one answers the phone and there are extension options that have no description so you don't know where the message goes. I finally called Nathan, the owner, on his cell phone and he kept babbling on about how he'd had heart surgery lately and his remedy to fix my broken high frequency electrode was to stick a pencil eraser in the handle and wiggle the metal base out (which is a ridiculous remedy and would not work) then he told me to call the office and talk to the rep to replace my spray machine bottles and promised he would personally follow up. I left a very detailed message of what I needed replaced, where to ship it, and my phone number. This was months ago and I still haven't heard from them.

NEVER EVER ORDER PRODUCTS FROM AAA SPA DEPOT! I can't emphasize this enough! Their equipment is crap and they say they'll stand behind it but they're liars and impossible to track down!

ALERT! Searching their names recently to see what else they were up to and Nathan Revivo and Desiree Adl (aka Revivo) who uses her maiden name to try and avoid scrutiny have started a new business.

They are the owners of Famous Cupcakes (www.famouscupcakes.com) and from the looks of it, they took the scammed dollars and just opened up in a new line of work. Perhaps you can pursue them there if you were indeed scammed, especially since they are supposed to be bankrupt.

Famous Cupcakes is as far away from spa services as you can get but perhaps that's the idea. I'm sure they will scam people there too. From what I can read, they charge $3 for a cupcake, lol, but at least people see it coming.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! WE WERE SCAMMED AND UNFORTUNATELY, PEOPLE OFTEN FIND THESE POSTS TOO LATE.

Nathan Revivo, Desiree Adl, Desiree Revivo, Famous Cupcakes, whatever they want to call themselves...scammers to the core.

Just a word of warning. They have a new name and web address. I guess the scams they pulled under the AAA Spa Depot name led them to replant. Same ### owners, new name. Someone should tell them that a new name doesn't equate to a new reputation...or a new level of integrity.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SPREAD THE WORD.

New name is Spa Equipment Unlimited. Names are the same... Nathan Revivo, Rena Revivo, Mark Revivo and Desiree Adl or Desiree Revivo.

Web address is http://www.spaequipmentunlimited.com and it's only posted to help you avoid them. It is NOT an endorsement or a recommendation. SPREAD THE WORD!

I completely agree with the previous complaint too. My microdermabrasion machine, high frequency machine became useless after few times using. Their machines were made in... the HELL.
