This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The owner seems to have no skills in running a business, no regard for customer service and proves to be completely incompetent with her entire operations. Communication with customers is inconsistent, fees are randomly assessed without proper notification, customer files get mixed with each other and customers are confused with other customers. And when the owner makes these mistakes she refuses to take any responsibility. Absolutely the worst company!

    This customer filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the case was dropped. Unfortunaly there are customer that can not be statified no matter what anyone dose. 1.) customer moved without notification and all correspondence was returned which included a rate change. 2.) all our charges are contractual agreements that are signed by the customer these contracts include all charges that can be assessed in various circumstances. 3.) Late charges were assessed due to late payments 4.) we continually tried to contact customer by mail ( which was returned)and phone in which no response was received. Which seeemed to upset her. The simple fact is she was late, no notification was given of new address and we are no mind readers. Once again Charges are contractual. We have many customers which will be more than happy to let anyone know that we bend over backwards to help.
