A Touch of Europe / Worst experience ever
I completely agree with the other two travellers who Jim was very rude to and locked out. My wife and I came here for our 6th wedding anniversary based on a friends recommendation. We were excited to get away without the kids. We got into Yakima early and since the B&B was the only address we knew we stopped in when we arrived. Upon driving in Jim came running out to the car telling us check-in was at 3PM and we had to go. We understood that and planned on not coming in until that time. We had rented a car and driver to do wine tasting. We checked in after the tour at 5PM and Jim was simply not pleasant. He was insistent on what time we would be in at night. We mentioned we where going to dinner and wanted to listen to some music but we would be in by 11PM. We had dinner at 2nd street grill(great place) and listened to a fantastic musician at Gilberts!!! We left at 10:30 to get back to the B&B. Upon arriving backk at the B&B we found we were completely locked out!!! I actually had to climb the gate to get to the door. At the door I rang the bell and knocked probably 30-40 times with no response. I also did the same at the back door. With my wife crying in the street I finally called(voicemail). I left a message saying that I would have to call the police since they have locked us out of our room with all our stuff. A couple minutes after that call Jim came out in a very disagreeable mood. My wife spent the night crying and I got no sleep. In the morning there was no apology and actually accussed us of doing things wrong!!! These are perhaps the worst people I have ever met in my life!!! Please avoid!
