On September 28th 2023 around 4pm 2 of my party in my dorm accounts where disabled supposedly for me changing game files...I never changed any game files at all on either of my accounts. Someone in the game lied and said that my two accounts where played by the same person I was relationship to in the game. My in game rs is my real life boyfriend and he did change files on his account. But I never play his account or do what he does. On one support ticket ata said I was my bf account talking to them...I said no I only play DelilahGirl and _-Abigail-_ and then no response after that.

ATA]MARCELINE threatening to ban a whole crew because people spoke up against racism. People don’t feel safe on your app anymore. Awful customer service, lacking empathy and respect.

The suggestion was more moderation on game due to people being targeted for silenced from out of context reports.

Marceline responded with zero professionalism and proved her personal vendetta against certain players.

My account has been banned because I made a silly comment about giving away my account. I got silenced for 24 hours and everything was fine but I had to log out my account as it was glitchy. I would never do this, I've spent so much money, thousands. I'm going to have a breakdown. Help won't even talk to me, I'm seriously so upset.

I have been trying to recover my account which I haven’t been present on in some time. Due to so much time being passed I have forgotten a lot of what they require to access the account. I have given a list of emails my birth name and told them to research the debit card history will match the name I provided them with. Life gets busy with kids relationships and building businesses. No one wants to feel the way I feel from the amount of lack in customer support when it’s the customers who help the game grow. I had several accounts. Two pro accounts and the only one I remember I can’t even access bc customer support keeps telling me they can’t help me. I sent in a list of possible emails the state the game was created in the type model phone it could be and my real name. Still I get the door slammed in my face and they don’t even try to work with me to recovering it. So I’ve come to report how little customer service actually does to help customers such as myself and yet it’s our pro fees n upgrades that actually write paychecks. Without customers it would be a lifeless game.

On Friday July 30th I bought $20 VIP Subscription. It was taken from my account, shows it was processed in Google. I sent the help ticket. I uploaded all proof to Imgur like asked and STILL no EC VIP on game no refund. They won't answer me and are VERY rude. GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR! I have tried countless times to reach them. I have tried email as well and still. No one is willing to help.

i got silenced today for a day they claim i said something offensive i did but i was also bullied and harassed by 4 other players on the game and when i tried to get help i didnt get validated its not fair for me to be harrased and bullied and i get in trouble the other people dont because of who they know on the game something needs to be done!

I wanted to transfer my alt character who is holding the owner of a clan call Clan of Odin (Volfs), to my current account (francissoh)

But there is too much of a hurdle, I have proven my email address and now you are me of when is the time I 1st create this account?

I was banned by pimd devs for saying there are only 2 genders, why they did it? There are only 2 genders and they banned me only for that and all my accounts. I can't send photos bcs they won't let me use it again. They abuse of power and ban players which don't fit their agendas. They should understand that this game isn't played by the brainwashed people they want to please, but around all the world, not only they lead to misinformation but they cancel culture too. They should work on their staff and their mentality . As I said the only reason my accounts got banned was for saying there are only 2 genders, while their answer was bcs it hurts people. Is a game and I was speaking facts.

I bought a story pass for 99ec and I purposely waited until a couple of my friends finished and they guided me through the choices I chose all the same choices they made and I am not getting the true ending and they have. I reached out to support and they have done nothing but tell me that I must purchase a restart pom. This is unfair to me because why must I spend more money when I did the same thing as other people did. MAKES no sense and they fail to admit a fault on their end and fail to actually assist in any way. Just the same cookie cutter answers without a fair solution.

I could do everything fine and then all of a sudden it kept showing me "invalid sever response." I can get notifications and everything, but I cannot see any chats, messages, walls, etc. I can't even email you guys because it's in game, and I can't even start a ticket because of the "invalid sever response" error. Please fix this, I've made some very good friends on this app and I have no way of telling them what's happening.

Moderators silenced and scolded me for reporting a girl who was purposely attempting to sabotage my character on the app - which was only a button. Tried to contact the company through their website to find no valid way to do so. I mean, what sort of app doesn't provide at least some sort of half-assed report system and some sort of half-assed way to contact them?

Whenever I try to load the game it shows the normal loading screen, going to the downloading screen for kindle fires then back to the normal loading screen in a loop. This is a major inconvenience for me personally because i have people to look after and people who are going through some hard times on that account and i need to get back to them. Please fix this ASAP. Have a good day.

I just seen ata steal 2 account right in front of me. 1 girl named ilili-_danny_-liili for reporting ddd310's banned. Ata failed to tell ddd310 what his offens was.. After the player asked continuously what he did wrong. Ata hack ddd310's account to where he couldnt ask anymore. And still never told him what he did. Ata aslo failed to provide ddd310 with any contact information, wanting to talk through legal advisors, with no contact information, and yes he asked a total of 3 times. Also their website strictly says 'contact is in the game" but then again they didn't answer any of ddd310's questions. And expelled danny just for asking. They wont answer my questions. This is injust in the 1st dagree on 2 counts. All in just 1 day😉. P.S. Danny was ddd310's legal advisor. She had the right to ask.. Ddd310 even told them that.

To whom it may concern, Im ddd310's family attorney. And would like to speak on his behalf. From what im seeing, You banned his gaming accout. Well im here saying that we would like to take this further if your not willing to let up the banned. He also informs me that you failed to tell him the offense he made when he asked? Yesterday I was playing on PIMD and it was completely fine I was able to do anything I normally could and then when I went on today each time I did something it'd tell me "invalid response from server" I find this quite unprofessional and I have never had this problem before, I usually can get quite an alright game-play sometimes it's a little slow but not so slow that it actually freezes for 10 minutes at a time I really enjoy PIMD and found this and was really disappointed with whoever was working with the server, I have updated it properly and don't use Parallel Space to give me an advantage in PIMD so this shouldn't really be happening, please fix this.

This Vancouver based company, www.athinkingape. com. Has a game called Party in my Dorm, available on ios and android. There is a social aspect of this game where players can use there chat system. In this chat area it's very common to see minors and adults engaging in very flirtatious chat. The game moderators do nothing to stop this activity. In the short time I was in the game, I saw many requests for "role playing", saw someone asking for a "virgin" . It's very common for players to exchange contact information (ie: Skype, kik, line) where they are able to take things a lot farther. There is no mechanism in place to keep minors away from predatory adults. No age verification to join the game. There is no excuse for allowing minors to be exposed to this type of thing.
