A Plus Pain Management review: dr. berkowitz

I am a patient there. The Dr. has screamed at me over the phone, refused to listen to me about my medication not being sent to the pharmacy because he was busy, and in essence with held my medication. In the office, he tells inappropriate jokes, talks about your medical care in open areas and yells at staff in front of patients. He has threatened me via text about other services in his office and has on numerous occasions discussed my issues within ear shot of other patients. I tried to call regarding a missing script, which happens every month, and he would not listen, yelled over me and refused to send my medication to the pharmacy. This is a med he has been prescribing for over a year. He passes his phone atound to the patients, me included with videos of comics that in some cases are offensive
