A American Custom Flooring review: A complete nightmare!

A American Custom Flooring, Inc. is a flooring and counter home improvement business in Chicago & Niles, IL. They have been in business since the mid-80’s, and they do about $7.3 million in annual sales.

It has been a complete nightmare. The Corian was flawed, and they installed the wrong sink. The installation was absolutely horrible. They damaged our walls & our breakfast bar supports. We wrote and email of complaint on the same day. It took 3 days for them to send out someone to see the terrible work, and that guy was rude. Then, he left for Hawaii and left his powerless assistant in charge of our case. In the mean time, our sales person left the country. It took 10 days for them to remove some (but not all) of the flawed Corian, and they were rude yet again. When they removed the Corian, they damaged the wall and some tile that was attached to the wall. Yet, one of the guys that destroyed the tile said that he would not fix it!

We are outraged by the poor quality product, the terrible installation and the dreadful customer service we received from A American Custom Flooring, Inc. We do not recommend them and will not be utilizing their services ever again. We can only hope that they eventually live up to their promises and fix all of the problems. We also believe that we should receive a deep discount off of the original estimate for this job. We are definitely not happy.
