A-1 Insurance / Processed my payment incorrect
I paid my payment using my master card over the phone with and agency at the Columbus office. My payment never came out of my account. I called the office and spoke with a lady name Margo, she stated that she will find out what happened. She later told me it was processed wrong. Ms. Ross also stated it was processed wrong. It never made it to my bank. Margo told me to send money order to Columbus office and it will reprocess, so I did. Four days later another lady from Columbus office called and said my payment will not be processed until I pay forty more dollars, she explained that I had NSf fee. I can only have fee If it has been declined by my bank not anyone else's. The lady called on 7/15/08 was very rude. I payed my payment now my Insurance is canceled.
