I bought this piece of new King bed from a Dealer named Jon :- [protected]@outlook.com. He guaranteed me 1 year manufacturing warranty. I placed the order over phone and he promptly delivered on the date mentioned. Only to realise that the slab was broken. When I called him, he initially promised to fix it. But then said the company will take care of it and a guy from homelegance called me probably blaming me that I might have broken the slab and asked me 50$ to get a new slab
Meanwhile, Jon didnt pick my calls or reply messages and finally when I got hold of him, he tried to blame me too that I broke the furniture and I have to pay 50$ to fix the furniture. What about the 1 year warranty he was talking about?Finally after a long argument he just dropped off the call and not picking
Please steer clear from such online unprofessionals and always be sure to buy stuff from big stores. Its worth every penny.
