I place an online order for an enfant bunting bag in a certain color. They notified me they did not have that color and tried to convince me to take a different color. Due to the fact that they could not provide what I ordered, and the fact that their return policy is only 14 days, I told them to cancel order. They only issued a PARTIAL REFUND. They kept $19 of my money for "shipping & restocking"?... for an item that was NEVER shipped. Numerous emails to company have gone unanswered. Report also filed with credit card co and PayPal.
