7 hour Slumber review: want them to stop sending item 1

Ordered sample of 7Hour Slumber and they have continued to send the stuff. I called and the recording says to e-mail to customer service. I have returned the last two shipments and have not been issued a credit. Every avenue i have trie d to contact them and cancel has been a dead end.
