7-Eleven customer service

One of the staff members in this store singles me out and makes me uncomfortable. He's rude, arrogant and nosy. When in a rush to catch my tram, I had to go there to top up my myki card. He instead made comments about my appearance making me uncomfortable and almost made me miss my tram. I am very angry and disappointed with such awful customer service and I want this rectified immediately.

Your bussiness in Bakersfield, CA at 3124 N. Chester has employees that are extremely rude. I have only lived in the area for maybe 1 month. I have been in this bussiness numerous times to buy items for my children and myself. Mainly a slurpee. Everytime the large man with dark hair gives me mean looks and rude comments. Today it was degrading enough I had to buy a pack of cigarettes with 6 dollars in quarters and 2 dollars in dimes. He gave me a very rude tone telling me I can never come in with change ever again. I had said okay but why. He stated because he didn't want to count it. I myself have been in customer service before and that ia no way to treat a customer.

7-Eleven strawberry, kiwi, mango cup

I purchased this cup last night on 5/17/17 and ate this morning. The mango was hard as a rock. The kiwi was okay and the one strawberry was delicious. Also there was a produce sticker stuck on a piece of the mango. I finished two pieces of mango and threw away 2.5 pieces. I expected better from 7-11. I should have gotten the watermelon. Do you ship these in frozen?

7-Eleven rude customer service

I have been this 7 eleven 6077 west 3rd st and gardner since 2 years there's one little girl used to work there her name is shiza and I always go to her because she deal with the customers very sweet and friendly and I see whenever I go there in the coffee section she always keep it clean that's really effect the customers and attract to come and that's why I like to go there and I like the way how she welcome to the customers with the coffee I usually go morning times between 9:30 to 11. After she left the first thing I have noticed is there is no greetings when you get in side,. I waited in line with 7 other customers all trying to pay while the three cashiers had their backs to customers holding personal conversations. And when we go to the coffee side coffee was split all over the table which looks so nasty.
When the customers were finally able to get the attention of the staff, they were met with rolled eyes, not a single greeting or "thank you" and surly attitudes. This is why I always to go that girl (Shiza) I told her some times and she always apologize for me because of them and its not happen only with me because it happens with my friends to I told them to go this store because of that girl her relations with the customers is so appreciable, and unfortunately they have same complaints like me so we decided after that girl we will never come back this stores, who have only one employee who serve her costumers good which is really bad and others who show the attitudes and rudeness no one want's to go again. I feel so bad about her if she will come back ever I will always come back to shop this store.
At least teach your other employees how to behave with the customers don't be rude, we will never come back this store. Usually I don't give reviews but this time they feel me to do that. And I wish the girl she come back too.

7-Eleven woman telling others what I bought

So this woman Heather told people I bought a pregnancy test last year and earlier tonight told people I bought a $10 cigar just for a blunt. I don't even smoke marijuana or plan on it and the pregnancy test was my own business not the entire towns business... Called corporate and submitted a complaint tonight and hope to get a call tomorrow as they said they would escalate it. I hope she gets fired because she ruined my reputation in a town I've lived in for 14 out of my 18 years of life

7-Eleven I am compliant about the cash out police

I wanna get cash out from 7eleven, and I went to the counter, and ask for 100 dollars cash out, and the customer services told me I can only get 50 dollars cash out, and I thought ok just 50 then. and then she told me I must purchase at least 5 dollars products from the store. I don't think I should purchase any products to get cash out, are you guys force the customer to purchase. And I'm so upset about that. Since when people want to get cash out from 711 need to purchase!

7-Eleven coca cola slurpees

In the past three months I have visited at least fifteen different Seven Eleven locations in Orange, Seminole, Brevard counties, several more than once. I go to Seven Eleven because I am fond of Coca Cola Slurpees. In all but two of the locations the Slurpee dispenser does not work properly. The Slurpee is not frozen. (I suspect the tubes are not cold enough, maybe most of the machines need replaced, they look that way.)

On each occasion I make it a point to tell the counter workers. Their replies vary some but most are that they have reported the problem many times, but no one ever comes to fix them or visit to check on the problem. But the bottom line is that no one appears to care.

Talking a bout caring and a different issue I have noticed that the general condition of the restrooms has deteriorated significantly. This is not a problem unique to one location or area, but across Central Florida. The restrooms are dirty (really dirty) and the spaces show a lack of maintenance and care. Some that I have visited have even partially blocked by boxes or cleaning material.

7-Eleven hot foods

I frequent the 711 on Perry and 120th avenue in broomfoeld Colorado. Every time I go in there it is understocked. Today at 5:30 once again your cheeseburgers were not stocked. I was not happy. The associate gave me a bun hamburger and cheese to tAke home and cook myself as i did not have the time to wait for her to cook up fresh ones. I for one will never go to this store again. And your not just losing a 2.99 hamburger sale. I shuck out about 300 bucks a month there for cigarettes. So because of this trivial error of not keeping cheeseburgers stocked...you lose out on all my business. I don't want anything...no free stuff. What I would like is for your stores to be more stocked to prevent stuff like this happening to future patrons. I will go to other places for my cigs and fast convenient service. Have a good day.

7-Eleven payment transaction

On may 9th around 10:55 pm i went in to the store on 2112 S Main St, Santa Ana, CA 92707 and Francisco in the cash register charged me 2 items that where suppost to charge me in the food stamps in my debit card n after the transaction i saw my receipt n asked him why he charged me n he said let me take the name n let me tell my manager about it i was already mad because he never asked me do u need me to refund u the money n transit it again and make sure u get charged as a food stamp he just continued with the next person i felt like he didnt care about my situation. That day the only thing i bought that i know it doesnt pass the food stamps was a hot medium coffee n nachos he was only suppost to charge me about $6 n the total amount i paid in my debit card was $8.49

7-Eleven poor food quality

this morning, 5/10/2017 i purchased watermelon chunks 16 oz $3.99 at the 7-11 on ervey street downtown dallas around 9am. the best if enjoyed by date 5/12/17. the watermelon was not good at all. i did not taste good. the texture was soggy in some spots and flavor was sour. the color of the watermellon was pinkish in some spots instead of red. I was not able to eat it an therefore wasted my money.

7-Eleven customer service

This was happened last may 8, 2017 at exactly 5:05 in the afternoon. One time i was trying to buy something from 7eleven store located at basak mepz 2 lapu- lapu city,
The first thing i have noticed is there is no greetings when you get in side, second thing was the clerk was not able to meet my expectation as a costumer as if was i was trying to redeem an item from there store, and then third was when i just wanted to sit have a sit, one f the clerk was having a mop and was trying to hit my chair 7 times and i ask here if she would not say sorry, she said "no sir " so as a costumer i have to argue with the clerk because she has no good costumer relationship, i know everyone of us is a costumer but this situation is not normal because she is annoying while i just wanted to have a sit from the store hoping to give me a feedback about this a have a picture of the girl, and the last thing also is about the guard on duty, guard at that time is trying to ask if i have an i.D, i ask also for what ? So that time we argue the most, because he wanted me to put a handcuff even i don't have committed any crime inside. I want the explanation for this matter hoping to give a feedback from the 7eleven company. I want to terminate the clerk since she has hired for the costumer but since she has no good costumer relationship she is not fit for the job. About the guard on duty i want to know about their agency and ask them to terminate also the guard since the code of ethics of the guard is service and security, he is not amendable to apply i hope to terminate those people who are not doing their job correctly.

sounds like you're an egotistical [censored]bag who needs to lighten up. Greeting people isn't a 7-11 employees #1 job especially when they're working. Apparently whats lost on all of you egomaniacs who think the world should be bowing down at your feet is a 7-11 employee is not a cashier he or she is a Sales Associate so that person may be cleaning a bathroom with [censored] and pee all over their toilets one minute and then having to deal with someone like you the next.

Maybe you should go to another store if you don't like it. If you had a bad experience it was probably because you were looking for trouble. Most employees through 7-11 don't seek out trouble and not every 7-11 employee is supposed to be Mr or Miss Kiss ###. It's people like you who make the job itself even worse.

7-Eleven slurpee pricing clarification on refill over 32 oz

I purchased a double gulp several days ago and have used it since then to purchase several refills of soda and slurpees. The pricing signage for slurpee refills OVER 32oz is $1.39 plus tax. Most employees understand this verbage which is plainly stated and reasonable. Some employees, however, seem to take that to say, they absolutely must charge more then the signage indicates of 1.39$, because the customer is using a double gulp cup instead of a slurpee cup. I am amoungst 7-11's most loyal customers, I purchase beverages daily and have for 15 years. If that is the employees opinion, that they must disregard their own company Price signage and over charge the customers, and is validated because i am not using a slurpee cup, but a "soda cup", then these employees need to be made aware that they must charge the amount on the price signage and cannot amend signage​, or interpret the signage as they see fit, unless they would like the department of weights and measures or perhaps the BBB to clarify this for them.

7-Eleven management

I was at seven eleven in Nashua new Hampshire at 361 Amherst st Saturday morning April 29th I'm a regular customer as I was walking around store I heard the store manager yelling very loudly at employees I turned around in shock and looked I ended up walking out without purchasing anything I think that is very unprofessional and I will no longer be a customer at that store this is not the first time I have heard this manager yell at employees and I think something needs to be done

7-Eleven bad customer service

I have been going 7 /11, 2800 north O'Connor irving tx, since two years to buy coffee every week days morning, but only one employee working in the morning so there is long line of costumer in front of counter, manager boy he keep taking in sellphone back of the counter, he doesn't care long line of costumer, either this store should have 3 employee or we should stop keep coming. i don't want see such kind of bad costumer service.

7-Eleven won't allow registered service dog

On April 26/17, at about 7:10pm, I went to the 7-11 at 10th St & Kingsway, in Burnaby, BC. I use a fully registered service dog, who was wearing her vest and for whom I have ID of certification.
The last time I was in Clerk Agnes YELLED across the store at me, about no dogs, but I explained she was a service animal.
Apparently Clerk Agnes does not know what that is, even though the sign on the 7-11 door clearly states assistance & guide animals are welcome. (Of course they are. It's the law) I told her to check with her management/head office/whatever, but when I went in tonight, it was the same story.
She doesn't seem to comprehend that a service/assistance animal are the same thing & she waved away the ID card I tried to show her.
To compound rudeness upon rudeness, she asked what kind of assistance she provides. As if I'm supposed to explain my medical issues to a store clerk! (or anyone, other than my medical practitioners)
I travel around the planet with this dog, and I have no problems with restaurants, airlines, supermarkets, hotels, shops, etc. It's absolutely disgusting that some poorly trained clerk in a neighbourhood 7-11, in a supposedly first-world country, should cause me such distress & embarrassment.

A true “SERVICE” Animal is allowed. You MUST carry and PRESENT the animal’s certification when asked.

The reason I say true “SERVICE” animal is because people seem to think getting a Certificate for a “SUPPORT” animal off the internet is the same! It’s not!

Hi im sukhjinder singh.in bay area all 7-11 coffe prize 12 oz=1.39, 16oz -1.49, 20oz-1.59 but one 7-11 in mountainview adress
1951 old middlefield rd mountainview ca they charge all cup extra ten cent like 12oz-1.49, 16oz-1.59, 20oz-1.69. Why they charge extra ten cent? And one old guy so rude. I told him 12 oz coffe 1.39$ but he told we charge 1.49 otherwise go other 7-11 it's so rude. Thanks

7-Eleven vendors

At 4:30 AM on 4/25/17, a vendor's truck pulled up to the 7 eleven at the corner of 18th and Lawrence in Denver and honked his horn. 4:30 AM! It's bad enough that this store is open 24-7 in the ground floor of a residential building causing constant security and litter problems - the residents now pay for daily cleaning and night time security patrol and property values are suppressed. Now we have to put up with honking vendor trucks at 4:30 AM. 7 eleven stores in residential buildings should be forced to close from 11 PM until 7 AM!

7-Eleven the employee at store # 21401 500a cirby way, roseville, ca 95661

I've been to this store several times, and the employee that works afternoons-evenings (T#02 OP10 TRN9156), has always been rude. First I asked him if he would check my lottery ticket; he grabs it from my hand, then tries to put it in the machine but could not; then he hands it back to me telling me "no win".
I told him I checked numbers on line and it states $5.00. He replied again,
"no win". Okay I said. Then I asked him for an electronic cigarette, the Mark Ten . He said abruptly, "we are out". I said, do you have any e cigarettes? He replied, "we are all out". I said, "I see one right there behind you". He said
"ok", laughing. He threw the e cigarette toward me at the counter, and said,
$12.90. I gave him a $20.00, and he threw the $7.10 on the counter. I asked for a bag, and he threw a bag down. He was rude, disrespectful, and I almost felt abused. My husband took the lottery ticket back and received his $5.00.
Maybe this employee dislikes women, his job, or both. Everytime I go there, and he's working, he behaves the same toward me. Please look into this as I would very much appreciate it. Thank you very much.

7-Eleven your cashier needs an attitude adjustment, on how to treat her customers

You store in lancaster, ca... On the corner of j and challenger
7-eleven - 844 e ave j - lancaster, ca -. You employee was so rude that customer's out side was talking about her saying she had a very bad attitude as if she was prejudice or something... If she don't like the race of people that come into her store she should ask to be transfer to a different location to where her preferred race of people are, but by her being here in the united states she's going to have a problem with that being the the united states has a big diverse race of people... She needs to be retrain on how to treat people no matter what race they are or change the type of work she does... Because it a bad look for 7/11... And if she having personal problems leave them at home don't take it out on other people... Cause she don't have to be the only person having a bad day! Thank you julian...
