7-Eleven sexual harassment

210 n main Street 7-11 manager mokesh made a sexual comment to his employee Alana while i was there and i didn't find that very appropriate or professional and he has done it several times in front of myself and others... I was offended by it and she was embarrassed with how she dropped her head... I feel that would make a hostile environment and i don't think that's right for a manager to do to their employees... And i found put she quit her job

7-Eleven using my debit card.

I have been living in Huntersville for two years now. There's a few gas stations that close to my house, but I mostly uses 7 eleven in Huntersville N.C. There's two different ones in Huntersville so I'll list the address. 12906 Rosedale Hill Ave. Huntersville NC 20878. He gets upset when you pay for gas, and get $10.00 cash back. I don't understand it, because it's my money. You're not complaining about me spending money on gas, but it's hurting him I guess, if I get $10.00 of my own money back. I think what's really crazy is in two years I only received cash back twice, only twice. So I'm writing about this company, and this man because I have had enough. On 06/12/18 around 7:00am. It was about 5 customers inline, all using their cards. When I gets to him, he says out sort of loud, I haven't made enough money to give you cash back, and I wasn't even getting cash back this time. So I asked him why was he telling me this, he said that he warns everyone which definitely is a lie, because remember there were others using their card as well, but he only told me.

7-Eleven customer service - refuse refund

I came to the store at 8395 w Atlantic Blvd in pompano beach 6/11/18 at 7:28pm tu buy a car wash premium for 12 dollars, the car wash was down. It wasn't working, I spoke with the CSR and told him that I have to come back for refound because I was in extremely rush. I cane back at 10:43 and another CSR didn't want to refound my money when he knew the car wash is not working. What's going on ? You guys need to train well the CSRs. Not manager around. Now I have to drive for a third time.

7-Eleven power tripping stuff

Store manager at 7-eleven maple ridge location Canada. Was rude unhelpful, started arguing instead of explaining. When I asked her to calm down and stop arguing with me and explain me the issue, store manager in anger banned me from the store that I was doing my small purchases for the past 8 years... if a person is sick or under influence of any meds they should be home and not at work showing her frustration. After this incident I will do all my small purchases at another corner store. Thanks I have macs around the corner.

7-Eleven customer service and having no coffee in the store

I recently visited 7 eleven in Harlem on 116 st and 5th ave and not only did they not have any coffee which I find ridiculous because it's 7 eleven and that's one of the main reasons people go there but when I asked the clerks about it they told responded with hell no and laughed at me and even told me to hurry up and move because they were mopping the floor this unacceptable please make sure they have coffe 24/7 and that they learn proper customer service

7-Eleven cashier

I went to 7/11 store at 16707 Nacogdoches San Antonio Tx and employee was causing a scene threatening another employee saying that she was out on bond and she was going to beat up the girl. The girl claiming her name as Mathis.. the employee jumped over the counter trying run on towards the other employee.. the other employee walked outside and I thought that was the appropriate thing to do.. no employee should be jumping over counters in the middle of customers.. that was not professional. That employee continued to be verbal abusive even after that employee left..

7-Eleven didn't accept my 32 pennies because they weren't rolled up in those penny rolls paper tubes

I just got dennied payment. I had 2 quarters, 5 nickles, and a dime. They added up to 75 cents. The rest were 32 pennies change. I love 7/11 and they just embarrassed me for paying 32 cents in pennies. They denied my payment because the pennies werent in those paper rolls. I received no warning. I asked that if it could be the last time and said no

I love 7/11. I will never go back to the store located at 66500 8th St, Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240 because the cashies denied my payment because it included 32 pennies. I went to the orher 7/11 located less than a mile away on pierson dr and west drive and they accepted my payment. I asked the cashies why they didnt accept my payment at the other store. Cashier was really nice and said it depends if there is a line or not. There was 3 people in line behind me at that store and he quickly counted and went through with the transaction. At the store i was denied payment, there was 1 person in line and embarrassed me for paying in change wich she denied. I was hurt and upset for not even warning me about it and wouldnt let me go through with it even as a final warning. It wasnt fair at all that the cashier felt lazy to count my change. Her excuse was that the female hispanic manager or co manager said no pennies allowed anymore. I go to that store all the time to get my favorite snacks and refills of horchata, dr pepper, and i love the pizza and wings there. I love 7/11 overall but they failed me so bad today :(

7-Eleven employee sexually assaulted me

I was going in for coffee early morning 2 days ago. The employee had no coffee made so I bent over to look for coffee to make some.
The employee walked behind me patted my backside and grabbed it. I was hoping I was wrong and he only accidently bumped me however he asked about a boyfriend then continued to ask my phone number continually as I made coffee and said stop and no multiple times.
He then walked around coffee counter behind me and firmly grabbed my backside where upon I jumped back saying don't ever touch me. He asked if I liked it and then kept repeated how much he knew I liked it.
I am violated. I was scared and have been looking for local representation. This was by far the most abusive harassment I've ever experienced.

I did buy the the cellphone from 7 eleven store 334 bloor street west Toronto on m5s 1w9 Assistant manager is a fuse not to refund me And I have to wait until the manager come in first and I say that I wan my refund with my money she say no get out my store I screen shoot the receipt and her signature the back on my receipt I say I will post it under your names say that kind a rude way

7-Eleven irresponsible behavior and poor customer service

On Saturday June 2, 2018 at approximately 6:30pm I accidentally left my cell phone at the lottery counter. An older gentleman customer found my phone and was kind enough to turn my phone in to the store employee/cashier. The store employee/cashier then gave my phone to another individual without properly verifying that the phone actually belonged to individual. Within minutes of realizing my phone was missing I learned this information. It is my understanding that once the employee accepted the lost phone, it then became her responsibility. I filed a police report on Monday June 4th, 2018 at area C-11 in Dorchester. My case claim #IN-37495-COR2018-0005 was denied by a customer relations representative after taking a statement from me in which I told the absolute truth. There was an opportunity for me to get my phone back but that opportunity was forfeited when the employee failed to verify that the property she had in her possession belonged to the person she was giving it to. The person saw the phone being turned in while I went back to my car to look for it. This phone was as valuable to me as a wallet or credit card. Please be informed that this store is one of the worst 7-11's in the city of Boston. The employees are never attentive to the customers or the surroundings. Many times the lines are long, people are frustrated because there are employees present who are doing nothing but speaking in their native languages and laughing at people. The employees also told me that there was no store manager. I dont believe this is true. Please, I request your attention to this matter and the matter of my Samsung Galaxy cell phone. Please to whom it may concern, I desperately need my phone replaced, this is my request. Your sincere and compassionate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

7-Eleven cashier

I went into the 7-Eleven store #1134, 2712 East 8th Street in Odessa, TX at 8:40 on Monday, 6/4/2018. I bought a few items totaling $8.14 & I was paying with a $20 bill. The cashier said she didn't have any change and couldn't accept my payment. Luckily I had my debit card, but that's very unprofessional to not even be able to make change of a morning when their store is a very busy store at a very busy intersection. The cashier # from my receipt is #48.

7-Eleven I am very disappointed in with the 7-11 on olivera rd in concord ca.

I purchased a NetSpend small business prepaid visa added 130.00 of my cash.
I tried to activate the card that I bought for 4.95 then added 130.00 cash and it said the card was no good today I want back to the store to get another card or a refund and they said no.
I am undsatisfied with the treatment I received you must do something about this today

7-Eleven rude customer service and lies

I went to Clifton New Jersey 7-Eleven looking for the exclusive deadpool funko pop. A guy that works there named Darren told me to go to woodland park New Jersey 7-Eleven because he works there too and knows they have it. I went out of my way to that 7-Eleven and the lady said she hasn't seen them. I called Darren and he said that I should go in at 9 AM to woodland Park store and tell his manager, KP, that I spoke to Darren and he will give me one. He said they have a whole bunch so I would have no problem getting one. So I go out of way (leaving work early) to go there. I spoke to KP who had an attitude and said no we don't have any, trying to rush me out the store. So after all that time and gas wasted, I still have no deadpool funko pop.

I was profiled as i visited a store 2 white men ahead a me bought 4 packs of cigarettes the cashier didnt ask any of those 2 men for an ID, as soon as i say id like a Black-N-Mild she asked for my ID. this makes no sense i wasnt greeted as i enter the store at all yall need to a training all people buying alcohol or tobacco should be required to show an ID NO MATTER THE RACE OR AGE they should be carded. I will take this to the next level as well its 2018 and its still racist people in the world!

This incident occurred at 2:35 pm on [protected] she had me on 3300 West 7th Street in Fort Worth Texas this woman needs to be fired and she should be ashamed of herself and the owner should be careful on who they hire.

This incident made me feel that the people are trained to cater to the white people and anybody else will get treated like a pheasant.

Yes im upset at this because I visited this location this morning and spent 5.00 bucks, as the police was looking for a suspect that had just committed a crime and i went back to spend more money and this happens!

7-Eleven cashiers & assistant manager

My name is Sarah Ramirez and I am going post a complaint of the manager of the 7 eleven in port Charlotte on harbor Blvd and 41. I am a regular customer and I stop in after work and get my fountain drink and snack and a male cashier I think his name is Cody is always working his [censored] off (sorry for the language) but I feel after what I've seen he deserves credit for the work he's done. Now he's in fear of losing his job because the manager told him and other workers to start looking for other employment because they weren't properly trained.. and furthermore I've seen him making the orders for the manager but yet none of them have properly been trained so why should they fear losing their jobs because your manager who is responsible to do her job doesn't do it properly. She is the one who should be in fear of losing her job for not doing her jobs... I've tried calling the complaint but put for 30 minutes. I don't understand why there is a complaint line if no one answers... my number [protected] if you further questions

7-Eleven another employee verbally accosted me

On May 26th 2018 at the pungo virginia store store 20241 I as an 3rd shift employee was verbally accosted by another employee Shane Acuff was yelled at called worthless among being told i did not know my job duties infront of customers and the told me he was walking out quitting due to a hostile work environment that he was counting down his drawer and leaving and he did he walked out in the middle of shift that i calked our other store and spike to Danni the manager located at 28rh street va beach va and she saud if that's his choice to leave then so be it.
I was informed today that he has not quit and woukd still be on the schedule
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against him for what he said to me and how he yelled at me ...to me it would be considered work pkace harrasment he degraded me in all sense if the word and i fell actions should be takin against him for his actions

7-Eleven customer service

store#34048, the employees permit bums and tweakers to hang out at the store. One of the employees lets people from the neighborhhood who are not employees hang out behind the counter. I was yelled at for bringing my bike inside because I did not want the people who were hanging out there to steal it. (was just trying to buy a soda)The employee who yelled at me is named Melody. I could not get through to the corporate phone # to file a formal complaint. Its upsetting that they permit foul people to hang around their store and then they single me out. Ive been a paying customer for years, never caused any trouble, bring my kids in that 711 all the time, etc.. Too bad. Ill shop somewhere else from here forward.

7-Eleven poor customer service at checkout

Around 6:25 am on 5/25/18

The clerk was extremely rude and not helpful when I asked him to remove an item from my purchase. He insulted my intelligence ignored me and asked me why did I bring the item to the counter. I was totally appauled this morning! He was very unprofessional and was picking. Please investigate him. I didn't get a name however. But he was the only cashier up front this morning. Thank you in advance!

7-Eleven the treatment I received in a local 7-eleven store

I went into the 7-Eleven store two blocks from my home. (as I do daily) I went in for a coffee and notice a pair of sunglasses, I tried to try on the glasses and they where stuck so I called the girl behind the counter. She accused me of breaking them I also picked out two pair lipsticks that I was going to purchase. I did not break the sunglasses but was still wanting to purchase them.
The woman proceeded to grab the items out of my hand and asked me to leave. I have never notices her before and they stereotyped me to those who steal from them. The regulars at the store make comment that I spend a lot at the store. I truly have never been upset in that way in my entire life.
If you asked the workers in the evening they will tell you I pay for all I purchase and they went as far as giving me the saving card. It would be one thing if I was never there, but know the entire night shift knows me. I have never every been embarrassed the way I was just now when leaving that store. I walked outside crying and at least four people agreed.
That was not customer service, that was assuming I was trying to get something for free and I am beyond insulted. I moved here from NYC and yes called my attorney to see my rights. My number is [protected] & my name is Tisha Botti. Please ask the night shift and they will confirm I spend a fortune daily. Please advice my next step. I really do understand that people do steal in the area but I am not one of them and there are many who know that! I pay for whatever I need and was readed awful. Please let me know what y next move it. I have never ever been so insulted and will pursue. Please advise!

7-Eleven management customer service

I went into 711 store number 32690 at 10:02pm. And I bought a bacon jerky 2.85 oz bag when I got into the car opened it it was disgusting I went right back in to exchange it for a Teriyaki jerky which is more expensive and I had no problem with paying extra cuz what I bought was gross. The employees that were there we're trying to figure out how to be able to refund and ring the new product it was more expensive and I was okay with that. So the manager which I don't know his name came in and the employee was asking him how could they do it in the register because she didn't know how to do it she couldn't figure it out how to do it. At that time a manager walked in and the store employee asked how can she refund then ring in the different product which again was more expensive and he said well its opened. Ummm yea I just bought it and opened it in the car and it was like raw bacon ( I had to drop it out my mouth it was so gross) He said no because it was opened he would not let me exchange the product even though I was going to pay more. The other employees couldn't even believe he would not do it. I was not asking for anything for free. I was willing to pay. He refused to do anything so I threw it all out in the garbage outside. I'm sure for you it's not a big deal but for a loyal customer that I can choose cheaper gas stations in the area it irritated me.
