7-Eleven employee

This employee works at 2541 S Barrington Ave. This is an anonymous harassment complaint. I live close by and would like to enjoy the convenience of this store again. All of the other workers are so nice. This employee, however, works late nights into morning (when I get off work). He is a large, young Indian male with a beard. He has asked me several times if I have a boyfriend. He has grabbed me by my arm forcefully on two separate occasions. First time, I thought it was a joke. Second time, I was scared. I'm a single female so I go to the store alone sometimes. Last time, (lucky for me) his co-worker was there and I asked my Uber driver to walk me into the store. I am avoiding confrontation and this store until I see that h is gone. I have no car so this is the only convenience store near my house.

7-Eleven service

On Saturday 11 2017 I visited one of your stores at the cross road of 16th street and Southern in Phoenix AZ. As i walked into the store one of the clerks took a picture of me. this took me by surprised, and when i asked why he took a picture of me, the clerk told me "For the police." I ask why what did i do. He laughed and didn't answer my question. As i pressed the issue the other clerk spoke to the guy in their native language, and began to deny that he took my picture. This became a bit of argument because i saw the flash of the clerks phone camera and he also admitted taking my picture. I did not appreciate the way i was treated and would like you be made aware the actions of these individuals.

7-Eleven service, cashier

I walked in to turn in a scratch off, and there was no one anywhere for about 5 mins. I was waiting at the counter and 3 other customers walk in, finally the cashier ( a black lady) came around the corner to ring me up, so I handed her my scratch off, she said anything else? I said 2 more of the same ticket. I then told her I needed a carton of cigarettes and a quit pick, I handed her another quick pick ticket that I had won, she said anything else, then she says where do you work? I said in another town, I said why and she said I'm going to go there and hold up the line for an hour, well maybe if she would of been at the register and maybe had another register opened there wouldn't of been a line. This is a busy 7-11, you would think there would be more than 1 cashier. I'm the customer and buying items and paying her pay check, if she doesn't like waiting on customers maybe she shouldn't be working there.

7-Eleven service

The customer service there is great but the new security guard there is really disrespectful . I've never felt so uncomfortable and harassed at the same time . My boyfriend had a few drinks already and I was already going there to buy hot chocolate so I purchased the beer for him . I am pregnant so the security already started making comments and when I asked him what he simply said, " modelo, for your baby girl or boy." And continued to stare me down harassing telling the cashier to id me which I am 21 . He was also staring me down, it's not the only time he's been rude about something . Whether pregnant or not I feel like it should be none of his concern what I chose to do . His comments were uncalled for . I don't think I'll shop there as long as he's there . I don't think it's right for him to make rude comments and make me feel uncomfortable by looking at me the way he did . I went home and cried at how disrespectful he was, securities are supposed to be there to make you feel safe . I didn't . I felt harassed, humiliated, and much more . What if I was just a bit on the heavy side . I feel a person should never make comments like that .

7-Eleven all products

Every product I buy it seems is stale. Especially 7-11 products. 7-11 is our neighborhood store but I find myself driving out of my way to other stores just to find fresh products. The items are not outdated but they taste stale and or old. It's very sad. I also find it very discouraging that I am no longer able to find a lot of my favorite brands as they are geared more towards promoting their own brand than allowing store managers to purchase products that their customers want. This company seems not to care about the wants or needs of their customers.

7-Eleven quality of service

A Seven-11 store at 501 S. Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90013 repeatedly singles out African American men and wrongfully accuses them of attempting to steal or stealing. I live in a hotel next door and have witnessed this happen on a regular basis. One time I had to intervene in an incident where a security card wrongly singled out an elderly black man for attempting to steal. The man was forced to make a show of dollars in his pocket to prove he had no reason to steal. I told the security guard to apologize and let the matter go. That security guard and I have since become friends. But yesterday 3-3-2017 at 2:10pm I became a victim. I walked in with a slurpy cup and waived it to the Indian clerk to indicate that it was a refill. I went over to get the refill. At one point part of it tipped over because the covers are sometimes hard to clasp down. A Latina clerk came over and pushed me aside, throwing my cover in the trash as she cleaned the counter. She is known for being very rude. I have seen here scream and yell at customers many times and once suggested she desist from doing so. At the counter as I was paying for the refill, the Indian clerk suggested that it was not a refill and that I was trying to take advantage. I told him I was insulted and left. He continued to yell at me as I exited. This was nothing but pure racism against black men. Something needs to be done about this store. They badly need racial sensitivity training. And they need to apologize for the way they treat the black community.

7-Eleven this complaint is against the service of rosa an employee at 455 airport blvd. watsonville, ca 96076 store #20608

To whom may concern.
I do hope you can read this and do something about it. After so many times my mother shopping at this location #20608 and coming home almost crying by having a bad experience with Rosa (employee) I've decided to write to you. It is been so many times my mother frequently has the unfortunate experience with Rosa, today my mother went to redeem a lottery scratcher and was given the wrong credit back, my mother pointed out to Rosa about the discrepancy in the transaction which made Rosa (employee) to be agitated and yelled at my mother and saying she will not sell my mother anything never, to come back when some other employee was at the register. I'm writing this because it has come to a point where we have to shop elsewhere, I also have witnessed some incidents with other customers and some other friends of my mother, I don't know what is going on in the life of this employee that is affecting her performance in the job but us a customers don't have to be the recipients of whatever she is going through, I hope you can read this and make a difference because I do like to shop at 711. If you have any further questions about this complaint contact me at [protected]@gmail.com, thank you for your time.

7-Eleven employee stole from charity collection

Today (Saturday 2/25) at just before 11 am, at the 7 Eleven on the southeast corner of Columbus and Himes Ave in Tampa, FL, my husband went inside to report to the clerk that the vacuum was not working after he deposited 6 quarters. She reached into the dish labeled "Feed Hungry Children" and reimbursed him from the charity collection. He questioned this and she said that's what they do. I regularly donate to charities for children and we are disgusted that this money is collected under this disguise and then used for the store's convenience.

7-Eleven overcharged on item

Hello, I recently went to one of your stores to purchase snacks with my friend. When I was checking out, the cashier thought that my friend and I were checking out together so he scanned all out items (3). I told him it was separate but I guess he didn't understand. After I checked out and paid, he still charged my friend for her items. I basically paid for her 2 items (around 3 bucks, I paid with a 10 and got 6.80 back. She paid for my 1 item with $2 and got 20 cents back. He said we can just "switch money" but how does she pay me back with only 20 cents when I need more than that? My guess was that he was too lazy to open up the register and do the math. This store also never gives me receipts so there's no way I can send that. I would like my extra money refunded as I am a student and money is tight for me. Thank you for your time.

Today at 3:40 pm I stop at the 7 eleven in Torrance store # 39667.

I got 3 small slurpee and I got charge $10.76. well I always ask for the recipe and I know the slurpee is only $3.29

I also try to put my phone # to get the points and the cashier already has his so went you pay he gets the points. Anyway I confronted the cashier for the amount he charge he is acting all worried and try to make a story that the previous costumer left the items in the system. He try to make scam me with $7. I don't think this is the first time this guy's do this.

7-Eleven I was harassed by an employee after asking a question

I walked in to 7 eleven to get a drink from the fountain to be more specific the super big gulp I chose pinaple and poured into the cup after I put the lid on I tried some of the drink and noticed it tasted not good from past experience with the same drink at different 7 elevens. I know how it's tastes and this time there was something off. I told an employee by the name of Cheema that my drink did not taste right, & He then responded with attitude and harassed me into dropping the cup and leaving or he was going to call the cops I offered to pay extra for whatever I was going to throw out & he still repeatedly kept talking back to me and telling me to leave . All I asked was for some help and I got this I never felt more disrespected in my life. I hope to hear from you

7-Eleven the 'employee' at my last visit... (30 minutes ago)

3pm Sunday ~ feb. 12th
I.. have... never...~seen/or dealt with this exact situation before~
I went into the store (300(ish) Broadway, Denver, CO) 1st, there was a long line...ok, I had a stop across the street, 15 minutes, no problem. back to the store, no line, employee (I assume so, she had a vest on behind the counter) on the phone in a pretty animated fashion...fine. got my Pepsi, went up to the counter to get the extra item I needed (Mark Ten Blue), still (animated) on the phone...really did try to ring me up, wrong, I was paying cash not credit...she basically turned away waiting for ?what? but she was still on the phone~at this point I suggested doing her JOB...she then told me she had the manager on the phone and would I like to talk to her. WTF?!? uh no. I want to pay for my #### and get away from you before I treat you as you are treating me...I simply said I would not touch her corporate phone (the stores), as this situation does not work like that. I then had the STORE MANAGER?!? yelling on the other end of the phone at her or me I do not care...I simply explained that this E-mail was my next stop...'well you just do that' or some such trash talking as I walked out...Really? I shop @ that 7-11 DAILY (my apt is 2 blocks away)...I will chose to at least avoid
THAT store, tell everyone I can and hope it is a franchise. I know skilled employees are hard to find/retain, that is prevalent in todays entitlement society...However it is not acceptable to have employees acting like one of those internet yelling fools, on the phone, and/or on the CLOCK...while guests WAIT.

7-Eleven rude employee

7-ELEVEN store #14816
I dread going into this store in early mornings. The young lady working there is very rude, treats me as an interruption to her job. She said Shes stuck working alone and she has alot of work to do and keeps getting interrupted. Hostile and sarcastic and radiates a very unwelcome attitude towards anyone who comes in while she is there. Like i said I dread having to go there when shes working. So i wait a few hours and go to the Food mart next door when it opens. If you are not a people person get out of the service industry.

7-Eleven rude, obnoxious employees

I am just wondering if it is 7-eleven’s policy to tell customers that they are out of luck when they try to return an item that was purchased in error. Worst business ever. They refused to give me my money back for an unopened item that I had purchased two days prior. I was accused of opening package, which was clearly not opened. They then said it wasn't from their store, when the receipt clearly showed it was from their store. They actually sat there and argued with me in front of other customers! They only shut up when I told them Al is the one who waited on me. I have been a regular customer for years, it's not like these guys don’t know me. By not refunding me the $27.99 for something I cannot use, they have lost a lifetime of business from me and my entire family. We’re talking about approximately $30.00 a visit 3 times a week. And that’s just me alone. They will never get another penny from me and I am spreading the word every single day. Social Media is a very powerful tool, so they have probably already lost tons of business in that area. If you ever have a problem at Wawa, you can get your money back or item replaced, and you get prompt and friendly service to boot, no questions asked.

7-Eleven an employee

I walked into 7-Eleven numerous times and every time I walked in there was this thick brown skin girl with glasses always drinking on the job. Her attitude is very nasty. I asked to speck to a manager she said she was a assistant manager. I will like for something to be done because I would not want to stop being a loyal costumer to your company. This store is located on 256 W 116th and Frederick Douglas Blvd in Harlem New York NY 10026.

I do not feed the cats all the 7-Eleven property anymore I feed them on some other private property and I have the property owner's permission to do it and I had the city of Casselberry the police department to come to my business this morning and I requested a sergeant to show up and the sergeants name is sergeant Robert Martin . 7-Eleven incompetent cashier

I went to the Seven Eleven on Walden and Genesee on Sunday 1/29/2017 and the kid working was rude, lazy, and slow. I had 6 drinks a couple bags of chips i set them on the counter he was by the oven he looked right at me then instead of cashing me out he went over by the coffee in the store front. I said im ready to cash out. He roughly said I'll be there in a minute. I didn't even see him do anything with the coffee it looked like he was organizing the sugar packets 2 minutes later he litterally dragged his feet on the floor and slowly went back to the register. He rang me up then started to walk away. I said I need a bag two please. He huffed then said fine. I go to 7-11 almost daily this one especially but that kid needs to go I don't know his name but he was short and pudgy with glasses and he was working alone on Sunday

7-Eleven poor service

2570 Springs Road in Vallejo, California of where I received the most unprofessional and classless service.
While bring in a hurry for work I made my coffee and left 4 creamer containers on the coffee area.
The cashier said loudly, "You can't find the garbage."

I ignored her because I didn't think anyone would be so loud and rude.
As I paid for my drink she repeated it. Everyone in the store looked and frowned.

I'm nog sure what type of training she has had, but Debbie is a very rude staff member and should be trained to just do her job without screaming at customers. I've never had an associate to act this way at any Starbucks.
