7-Eleven gas pumps problems & customer service.

This 7-ELEVEN store number [protected] which is located at SE corner of N 56th St & E Fletcher Ave intersection (5601 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL 33617).
When we go to this store to fill up gas in our vehicles, each & every time gas pumps have some kind of problem mainly related to credit card reading. If you switch pump from one to next, next pump has also some other types of problems. So I don't know what management does over there. My whole family & friends were going there to fill gas but not even a single time any of us able to get our purchase receipt from pumps . Why management don't put paper roll at pumps & don't keep maintain pumps? These all problems are running for the last two years & finally I decided to complain here.
Today [protected]) also at 4:25 pm again I went to fill gas there but all the problems are still the same. After then I went inside store to complain management but manager was not at store, but register clerk was not giving an okay answer & was not look like responsible employee. Customers have high expectation about customer service at 7-Eleven stores but in this store customer service level is at bottom.
Hopefully after my complain some one will take care and will let me know about what types of actions have been taken.

7-Eleven bbq pulled pork hot sandwich

I was recently (11/20/2017)at one of your stores in Nunda NY and I was very very disappointed and disgusted! As soon as we walked in the young man working had a bunch of his friends in the store using vulgar language and being really inappropriate, I had my 6 year old with me which they didn't seem to care! We then proceeded to grab a quick bite to eat as we had just finished up my oldest daughters basketball game. She grabbed the sandwich off the shelf and put it in the microwave, we went to the counter and paid for our stuff. We got half way home (10 minutes down the road ) when my oldest said her sandwich smelled like chemicals. I said it was probably the wrapper so she opened it and took a bite and complained it tasted like chemicals, I told her not to eat it...when we got home I looked at the sandwich and it was completely molded! We checked for an expiration date and there was none! I called the store and talked to the manager (Barb Edwards) and she told me all she could do is give me a free sandwich! Why would I even attempt to get another sandwich?! I have never had a problem at your warsaw ny business but nunda was absolutely disgusting! They were rude and the profanity was unacceptable! !

7-Eleven scam

I noticed that I had been charged 1.99 for an item I did not buy, I mentioned this to the cashier and they gave me $2.00 cash back, I originally paid with my credit card. I also noticed while I was waiting in line to pay that the register made a different sound to one item being scanned to all the other items. On my receipt the item I was charged for but did not purchase just had numbers and not a description. Here are the numbers [protected]
I was wondering if this was some kind of scam.

7-Eleven complaining about a worker

This is my 3rd time in this 711 she always refuses to tell me her name no name tag she has a nasty attitude last time i went in there she didnt want to scan my 711 app she tell me why i wanted to scan my app nothing is free here you should pay for your stuff that was so rude i dont think employees like that should work there and 711 app should not be allowed if we cant scan them with employees like that she a short black african women always rude

7-Eleven cashier at south plainfield's, new jersey 7-eleven!!! rip off artist

When I went to pay I used the last bit on money I had which was a $20.00 bill for two Fanta sodas. My change he handed me back was 2 dollars and change and when I said he gave me the wrong change he said I gave him a $5dollar bill. Now he went in the cash once and stopped talking english too. These [censor] had pulled the twenty out, and pulled a fast one.

I say customers who went through this with 7-Eleven should start to send people there with hidden cameras. Use different people of all nationalities and color. I bet we will get them on camera, especially these guys in South Plainfield, NJ during 4 to midnight and midnight to early morning on weekends.

7-Eleven foul language

The 7 eleven on Fox Hill and Nickerson in Hampton, Virginia has some of the most foul mouthed employees, especially one of the managers named Ashley. There has been several occasions where I have been in there and she was cussing up a storm that I don't see how anyone would want their children in there around it. I will not shop there anymore. The store doesn't keep stuff on hand either that they have labels for, and is starting to become nasty/dirty. The employees also seem to be unhappy because you can hear a lot of complaints about the treatment they receive from the owner.

7-Eleven lori @ dryden ontario 7-11

I am a loyal customer to 7-11 and not once have I been disgusted of an employee at 7-11 till now. Lori, an older lady who works at 7-11 loiters around the store every day she has to work. She comes in at 6pm-7pm and does not work till 10 pm. She wears her work shirt while clocked out. Is there no professionalism? 7-11 could get in trouble with insurance if they found out she was working off the clock. I have been tempted many times to call insurance and report her for working off the clock. As when she comes in she complains about her life and other employees. She also just stands around when on the clock. She gossips with customers about how much she does not like other coworkers. I have heard her and approached her twice about it. I have also complained twice now as nothing seems to be getting done to resolve this issue. She presents herself poorly and has openly admitted to not liking her job. I have a friend that works at the dryden 7-11 and he works hard. She does not like him and sent her son after him to beat him up off work hours. He called management and said they could not do anything because it did not happen at work. Your employee Lorenzo should not have to leave work worrying he's going to get beat up, because of Lori. The members at your store do not want to work, David, Lori and Everett imparticularily. Lorenzo has told me he works 6-7 days a week and he needs a break but keeps pushing through it. He has asked twice since he started there if someone could cover a part of his shift. Seeing as Lori is always there at 6pm-7pm and doesn't not start till 10pm, he asked if she would cover his shift and she said no rudely because she had better things to do then help him out. So that being said she's at the building right now and not clocked in and your employee Lorenzo is sick. Hopefully something can be done about your employee Lori before other complaints keep coming in because I would like to keep shopping at the convenience of your store. Thankyou.

7-Eleven clerk is a [censor]!

The 7 Eleven at 2216 University Ave in Madison Wi is a decent store, however the night clerk on duty now (Fri Nov 10th 2017 at 8:30 pm) is a disrespectfull [censor]! Tonight when he rang me up he acted as if he was doing me a big favor because I had interrupted his cigarette. After making change he muttered something like "a*hole" under his breath. I've had problems with him before tonight as have several other customers who were snubbed in similar fashion. Ive seen him on multiple occasions fighting verbally with customers and I will not buy anything from him in the future. Some people shouldn't be in customer service.

7-Eleven cashier named christina.

I visit 711 on Three Notch rd. in Charlottle Hall Md. about 4-6 times a week. Unfortunately I will no longer be giving my bussiness to this 711 due to this cashier. She is CONSTANTLY complaining about her personal life, coworkers, her bosses Mrs. Singh and Mr. Cliff, I believe that's what she said his name was. I have seen her crying while waiting on customers. I have also witnessed her talking to a male customer inappropriately! The store is ALWAYS a trashy distarer when I walk in on her shift. She is in my opion WAY TOO emotional to work in customer service. The picture I have attached is the condiments for the hot dogs with SODA spilt in EVERY container. She refused to supply me with fresh condiments. She was too busy she claimed and it would get done when she got tghe time to. I have also received 10 COLD baccon ranch wings from her on one occasion. After calling the store FIVE times before she answered to tell her about my COLD wings she replied "It's not my fault my boss is too cheap to buy a new oven"! I have tried to keep my opions to myself but I feel something should be done about this cashier. I worked in customer service for 44 years and have only met maybe one other person like her. Please inprove this store! Thank you for your time.

Unfortunately your pictures were not posted. Have you tried contacting her manager or asking for a supervisor? While it makes sense that you are unhappy with her behavior, I think it's unfair to be upset with her for crying. People often cannot control that. She may have depression or have a very difficult personal life. Or, as someone who has been in customer service for so long should know, has had customers that can be very cruel.

7-Eleven accused of stealing & verbal harassment

Me & my girlfriend walked in the store to grab some snacks at the 7 eleven next to Fanshawe College. My girlfriend has never been there so she decided to walk around and have a look at what the store carries. She also was looking at a chocolate bar but put it back down because she didn't want it. So, when i was paying for the snacks that i decided to buy the lady at the desk says to my girlfriend, "did you change your mind on the chocolate bar?". I knew something was up. My girlfriend replied by saying, "yes i did, i just put it back". At this point the lady didn't stop and just kept going off about how they have cameras and other things in a very accusing manner. This really pissed me off and i decided i am not going back there for a long time. Also, i would like a apology from the middle aged woman for accusing my girlfriend of stealing and harassing her when my girlfriend told her she put the chocolate bar back and even was willing to be searched to prove it.

7-Eleven negligence, mental distress, harassment

On Sept 9, 2017 I was robbed at gunpoint at 7591 N Cimmaron N Las Vegas Nv store number 39599 at around 12:20am. On the day of the incident all I had was angry emotions but the next day to current I flashbacks, panic attacks, nightmares, and high anxiety I try to live my life without being paranoid but my life hasn't been the same since that night. I think that it was very negligent of the company to not give me any time off to regroup the only thing I was offered was counseling over the phone, please explain to me how talking to a stranger over the phone would help me with the trauma that I have suffered. I made an appointment with a psychiatrist on that Monday because I was terrified as hell working the next day by myself, my boss didn't even have the decency to give me the next day off paid, instead I was scheduled to work the grave shift alone so basically my life doesn't matter just keep the business flowing. My boss Rachel Cruz stated that shes noticed a change in my attitude since the robbery and I explained to her that I am not the same I have been diagnosed with PTSD and I told her about my panic attacks and the problems that I was having and she still allowed me to work and I continued to show up no problem. lately I noticed a change in her attitude towards me but I didn't let her snappiness bother me, so apparently some money has been coming up short so she wrote me up for being signed in to both registers and for the shortages she says it was cash and not gas so basically shes saying that I'm pocketing cash as I count my drawer out or giving the customers the wrong change when I count thje money as I take it out the drawer and as I put it in their hands, multiple people be on each register funny how only me and one other got wrote up. The day before maybe two days I wasn't even on the clock when I was approached by Alex to step into the office, there was a write up waiting for me for wearing an under shirt which said [censor] you on it, I clocked in forgot to put my work shirt on during shift change there is only 1 register operable I was the only one up so I jumped on not realizing that I didn't put my work shirt on I was just thinking to get the line down, by the time I got the line down and realized that I didn't have my shirt on I immediately put it on I asked her to watch the camera I clocked in at 2 the complaint came in at 205, no mercy but the funny part about it is this Rachel talked to me about it on Oct 19 never mentioned a write up but on on the 21 I get wrote up so unfair. November 3 I don't even know why she allowed me to clock in when she knew she was gonna terminate me I got a write up again because the customer complained on how long it took for the technician to come out and give him his 100$ out of the machine I think it's a simply pathetic write up I was never rude just forgot to call the tech immediately had a long line I explained to the customer that I cannot give a specific time for the tech to come out but he was more than welcome to leave his name and number and I could call him when his money was there apparently he refused and wanted to wait, to be honest for a technician to come out within an hour was good I have seen them take 8 hours. A week pryor to my termination Alex stated to me that they were watching me and I needed to be careful I even caught Alex and Rachel watching me on the camera from a previous day I don't steal and don't appreciate being treated so unjustly when I still had the strength to push forward and show up to work everyday even with the trauma I worked hard I could have lost my life on Sept 9 and it seems to me that no one cares... Corporate never reached out to me not to say are u ok how are u nothing that Really hurts man I feel I was wrongfully terminated the customers love me and thats who its about.

7-Eleven discrimination

I went into the store at 10pm to buy snacks after work. A woman and a man were working and the man was helping a disabled woman. A line was forming at the register and the woman became angry and shouted at him to come help. He did so, and she proceeds to talk down to him for helping the woman. He said he was helping her because she was disabled (she very clearly is disabled) and the woman said that she is just mooching off welfare. She says this in front of an entire line of people and also while the woman who is disabled was in the store. She continues to degrade the customer as I left the store. Please take care of this I am livid.

7-Eleven nachos and nacho cheese

I always buy 7 nachos at least once a week for sure. But the last year I noticed they changed there cheese sauce after all these years! It is runny and has zero taste! I come to sev to get my lottery and snacks through out the week and have tried the sauce on a few occasions to see if they changed back and they havent. Too bad! Thats not a very smart marketing decision at all! My buddies are the same way they cant stand it and have no reason to go to sev anymore! Hope this gets changed ASAP! Also the new containers are the worse design ever! It is never stable! Go back to the way you used to be and Im sure you wont be throwing your Nacho stock out from people not purchasing this anymore

7-Eleven employees under the influence

I'm a former 7-11 employee, recently fired for not taking a shift my manager tried forcing me to work which I physically would not have been able to do. I've worked at several 7-11's under the same owner (Billy Hampton) and if not all, most of his staff at every one of his stores have a history of showing up under the influence of marijuana and or alcohol. I do know his managers have the tendency to show up under the influence of alcohol whilist the associates are mostly under the influence of marijuana.

I bought a USB port for my car on 10/30/17 around 5:38pm at 7 eleven store# 18889 location on 5345 Laurel Canyon Blvd.North Hollywood, CA, 91607.I came back to return it today 11/02/17 but they won't give me my money back They said it's non refundable but no where on my reciept does it say the item I purchased is non refundable please help me with this issue my name is Ernie Lozano my number is(323) 963-0491 my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.Thanks

Did you ask them why it was non-refundable? Is it because you removed it from the packaging? If so, that's a pretty common return policy requirement. They cannot re-sell an opened product.

7-Eleven lottery

There is only one person working the register at Store [protected] 8th Street Se Washington DC 20003). As I went into the store I asked if I could play lottery the agent said their is only one line. I stood in line explained how I wanted my numbers played and the agent said wait and took the next person on line, of course I got upset and asked the manager. upon confirming if the lady was the manger she said what did the agent do, I said she was rude and i need to let them know about my experience. The lady said well Im not telling you my name. How can you have employees working with customers who can be rude and also take up for the agent and then tell me she is not giving me her name. You need to check on this location, many time I have went in and they have boxes every where, the store is dirty, and the people working is rude. or her name.

7-Eleven racist and rude

I am an loya l customer at store #22719. Agent by the name of robert denied me the right to purches multiple products. He advised me that the rule is I am only able to purchase 10-20 black and milds at a time. Whenever I go to any 711 I am able to buy as many cigars as I am able to afford. I told the clerk the the rule sounded dumb and to only be able to buy 10to 20 sounds made up and does not make sense. I saide the rule was dumb as [censor]. The agent then called me [censor] and called me a n[censor].

7-Eleven refusal of sale

I went to 7-Eleven store# 37242, and this girl named Gabee, I imagine it's short for Gabrielle, was on her phone chatting with a headset and texting, ignoring customers. I pointed out to her, "hey, can you stop being in your phone and take care of the customer?"
At this point, her approach was to refuse selling me the pizza I wanted to buy.
Because I pointed out she was talking on her phone during her shift, and ignoring customer, she refused to sell me.
To me, this is the most disrespectful thing someone can do. I always come to this store, and being refused a sale because the employee felt being irresponsible is the right thing to do, I get a bitter experience. I am never coming back to a store, where employees are allowed to treat their customers this way. Specially if they are wasting time on a mobile device.
I don't mind if someone is using the phone, and when I approach them, they put it down and take care of me. I've worked retail and I know how long the days can be. But to refuse sale to a customer in such a disrespectful manner, is where I draw the line.

7-Eleven store cleanliness product availability, customer service

I have been visiting the 7-11 store located at 7451 S Gartrell Rd in Aurora, CO. at least 3 times a week since March of 2010. This store has always very clean and had the shelves always full. The store team was always very helpful and friendly. All that changed in spring of 2017 when all the prior employees were gone and the current crews were handling the store. I following complaints, there use to be from 8 to 12 pots of coffee available every day. if not you could ask and they would make the coffee you desired, with the present, I have experienced the following on week days only 3 to 4 pots of coffee they may be out. I have ask for decaf coffee and have been told decaf costs to much to make.

7-Eleven unethical behaviour

I've never had issues with this Gas station until one employee in particular started. Ana became the Assistant Manager not long ago, and she causes problems with not only customers, but to her fellow employees. I have personally witnessed her yelling at employees in front of customers. This business has taken a negative turn. I'm finding a different gas station to go to. This is completely unacceptable and I've tried being friendly and kind, but this one employee has ruined the whole 7-Eleven experience for me.
