7-Eleven doubleshot energy coffee in a can

To whom it may concern:
On the 6th of April my girlfriend and I purchased an energy drink that is coffee and it is a double shot macchiato that is the 711 brand. She drank most of it that night and fell very ill. She was sick to her stomach, she had immense pain in her abdomen, and she had very intense problems with her bowels. The next morning I asked her if she was done with it, and she told me she was. I went to recycle it and poured the rest of it out. The most horrifying, disgusting slime and vomit looking fluid oozed out and I am not surprised as to why she fell horribly sick. I called the 711 store we went to (Division and 148th street, Portland, OR) and spoke with the same clerk who had checked our items out to us, his name is CJ. He remembered us and poured one out with me on the phone. He exclaimed in disgust at the fact that slime and horrific fluid was pouring out the bottom of the can and that the smell was insufferable. He proceeded to apologize to us and was very sympathetic to our experience. He assured us he would report the product to the distributor. He agreed that It was obvious why the product made her so sick. This product is unsafe and needs to be pulled off the shelves and remade. Thank you for your time I look forward to hearing back from you regarding this matter.

7-Eleven very rude teller

I was talk very rudely by one of your imployee and spend a lot a money every year at your store I smoke cigrettes and my wife does so 200$ a week time that yearly it's about 10.000$ I'm never going to shop at yr store ever again after this please email please this is my email. 7-Eleven cheeseburger

I went to the 7 eleven located at 6440 W Diversey Ave Chicago il 60707.
I bought a whole pizza and a cheeseburger I ask the guy to make a fresh burger which he told me it was fresh. I check the bread was hard and the burger has pickles on it. My kid doesn't like pickle so I went and ask him to make a fresh because the bread was hard and has pickle. He answer was no.
I ask for my money back he was giving me just $2.20 and the burger is $2.49 plus tax, I show him that the burger is $2.49 and he just give me $2.50 which he keep some cents.
Is a Indian guy around 50's.

7-Eleven customer service

Hi there,
Am I regular customer at 7/11. I was in this store where this lady was really rude.
Normally the $3/- muffins you get for $2/- with the coffee. So I pleaded to the staff if its possible for me to buy the Muffin for $2/- and the coffee can be recieved from one of the many customers that come to the store throughout the day, who don't buy the muffins and hence the transaction will be completed.
I understand if it's not possible a simple "no, sorry" should have been enough but instead she shouted at me and asked me to leave the store. When I asked why she was rude to me, she asked me to get out of the store again.
As a worker myself, this is not the standard I expected. She was also not friendly from the moment I entered the store. While she welcomed other customers she didn't welcome me, neither at the counter. This I felt was a racial profiling what she did.
It is not like I can not shout back to her. But as a multi national company like 7/11 shouldn't have such rude, racial staff who profiles people just because of they are of different colors.
I expect some response back as this has hurt me emotionally and mentally.

7-Eleven false advertising/ cleanliness

They are selling medium size chillers as large. The cashier did not scan my cup and just jotted the cup as a large on the register. I inform the cashier but he denied that he was in the wrong. This breaks California Civil Code - Section 1770. I didn't want to argue with the cashier about this because I did not want to hold the line and cause a scene. This incident happened on March 25, 2018 around 7:30pm. I am hoping something happens about this incident because this location has been going downhill the past few years.

Also the location is a complete mess. Straws filled with sap but still stocked out for people to grab. Sticky floors, damaged goods on sale (bent cans). Products on the floor. This location is slowly deteriorating and you can tell in the first few seconds stepping into the store.

This place used to be the best 7 Eleven in Lynwood, right in the heart of the city. Now its becoming run down and its disappointing to see a place that I shopped at for years just give up. Sadly, after many years of shopping here, my business is going elsewhere along with my friends and families. They too have the same issues I have with this place.

7-Eleven poor customer service and disrespectful attitude

A cashier named Arif at this location ( 4689 king st Arlington, Va) has a very poor customer service and Ab attitude! For all the requests I made his answer were very mean and even when I try to ask the other cashier, whom is willing to answer my question; he start to talk to him native language so he could be unwilling to answer!

Very disappointed as a very regular customer of 7-11!

I stated to telker at 18th ansd noe. I looked like she took one of my quarters. Shre threatend to tase me chaseing me arounf in the srore w a taser and that i was kicked out. Thinking itd help i contacted corperate said watch video. Instead they told local manj to handle it he took side of clerk. Saying there was no audio and it was hard to say. And i steal have gotten no appoligy and i steal cant go in 7 11. And damit i didnt do anything wrong. Corperate stop allowinh local manj to miarepresent the truth please see vid. Youreself and rule if i can go back and if you should say youre sorry and get a new ckerk and new nanj. Reply demanded

7-Eleven employee

Graveyard employee tall slim (Dustin) smoking marijuana outside, very unprofessional to have a person working while freshly high with strong marijuana odor. Vulgar language on his key chain around neck very rude and felt offended by it. Unprofessional. I purchase my food early in the morning before work I catch him outside, can smell and see him smoking it. He gets very upset when he has to leave the "fun" and tend to a customer. Not friendly, unprofessional and make the store look bad.

7-Eleven unprofessional customer service

Hello,

I would like to address the problem about one of your Bangladesh staff with short hair, on a night shift at exactly 22/3/2018, 12:50am, stationed at Shah Alam, Menara U1 who is behaving extremely unprofessional in terms of mannerism such as talking on the phone at the back while ignoring my presence over the counter and yet still insists to talk on the phone whenever I wanted to ask of a plastic bag.

Furthermore, he lacks the knowledge of heating up food with a microwave and he seems unfamiliar about his workplace when being asked where the microwave is, his reaction was a simple "I don't know" I had to figure out where the microwave is and set the timer myself without the help of the staff which is absolutely unacceptable.

Not only that, but he also forgets to ask me of a plastic bag when my item is purchased nor handed me out my official receipt. This type of behaviour is not acceptable when dealing with customers as it may tarnish the company's image. The quality of your products is great but the customer service is usually straight up bad.

I humbly request to straighten up your staff in terms of mannerism and communication when dealing with customers and equip them with the right amount of professional knowledge of every store's surroundings. I also humbly request that please be strict and keep in mind when hiring a new staff as their service heavily reflects on the company.

I hope you will take things into consideration and thank you very much for your time.

7-Eleven manager not handling issue

I went to 7-11 Aransas Pass TX located 301 Goodnight Aransas Pass, 3/17/2018 to get gas, used debit card with pin, got authorization to begin fueling, no gas came out. Went inside and the clerk told me it was because the tanks were being filled. I waited about 10 minutes and the man was done filling the tanks. Tried it again authorized my pin. Lifted handle no gas. The clerk said I didn't wait long enough. Tried one more time and still no gas coming out. Went back in the store the lady said what pump were you using. I said pump 10, she replied let me check the other pumps and then said none of the pumps are working. She will call someone to get them fixed. I drove off no gas from them. Went to HEB got gas no problem. Checked my banking account, and Stripes : 711 owned took 100.00 out 3 times. Call store said will have manager call me back. Called store back since manager didn't call me to handle, and was told manager would call me back. Didn't happen this took place Saturday 3/17/18 today is 3/20/18 and they still have my money. The coorperate office for 711 is no help. I gave them the fax number my bank gave me, so they could clear this up. Still nothing, poor customer service, and management.

I'm being falsely accused of stealing something from your store at nw 10th and may by this employee by the name Viviana and she's very rude and refused to show me video of me stealing from there I talked to my lawyer and planning on suing for slander if she keeps saying I'm banned from the store and can't show proof of me stealing I'm not a thief please let me know what I can do other than to sue thanks

7-Eleven product

I perchased chicken from your Kindersley branch last night. I'm gussing around six pm. We perchased chicken, chicken on the stick, chicken strips and chicken nuggets as well as potato wedges. At about 11pm till the early morning. I had very bad diariaia. Are family enjoys our 7-11 chicken. This is the first time this has happened. I know there is a down turn in economy right now I don't think I should have to spend 5 hours in the bathroom because some one does not remove old chicken to save money or what have you. I only ate 2 times that day we all had the same lunch with out any problems. I only had stomach discomfort after I ate your chicken products. I would appreciate some kind of compensation for spending so much time on the toilet. While I consumed bad chicken products. I had to spend the next day installing kitchen cabinets under the weather with an up set stomach. I don't think it's proper or right that I should spend my hard earned money. Just to spend the night on the toilet. Then have to put in a 12 hour day tired, denigrated, and under the weather. Scince an employee thought it was ok to sell old chicken to make a profit at my expense

7-Eleven horrible service

I walked into the store in Indian harbour Beach on southpatrick I walked up to the counter and the lady gave me a foul look right off back I asked for a pack of cigarettes and she ID me I gave her my ID and she try 2 say it wasn't a valid license and gave me an attitude as if I had a fake ID when I'm 23 years old I got upset then she made her store manager ban me from the store and my point is I walk into every other gas station in brevard county and most the time they don't even ID because they know me and my license is valid in the state Florida I felt like the lady just had a problem with me because she has a problem with Latinos

7-Eleven parking at store #32532

On 3/1/2018, The City of Portland, Maine was performing work on the water main under Washington Ave. This caused a massive back up off the highway, but also a parking ban on the street. As such, many customers who would normally not park in the 7-11 parking lot unless going to 7-11 were forced to park there to walk to their neighbor store Coffee By Design.
I respect that the 7-11 on Washington Ave has private property rights, however it is incredibly bad form and bad neighbor behavior to have a tow truck ready and waiting to tow people who are displaced by a city parking ban and DPW work. This is unacceptable behavior and has subsequently forced many former customers (myself included) to avoid any and all 7-11 franchises.
This poor management and selfish attempt with aggressive (and expensive) towing is not part of fair trade, commerce, or good business practice. I am not sure what resolution can be done, but the management of store 32532 could certainly use leadership training and ethical reminders.

On 23/02 around 11.15 pm I came to fill the petrol for my car after that I went to pay that time the door were closed and it's raining outside as well it took sometime to open the door by staff after knocking because the staff were talking each other it's same when I return I waited in front of the door to open Also the staff showed his anger face to me I felt so sad that time since 3 years I am one of the regular coustmer of 7-Eleven

7-Eleven employee named darshan @ 1451 s. la cienega blvd. location

Darshan, who often works the night at this 7-11, is one of the rudest, nastiest and useless people I've ever encountered in any kind of customer service position. I tried to redeem something with my rewards app and he couldn't figure out how to work it, so he told me to pay for it or leave. I asked him to try scanning it again and he yelled at me to "stop giving him a hard time" then proceeded to take another customer while I was standing right there. I've been to this 7-11 on many, many occasions and this guy was always a [censor] but this time was really an incredible display of unprofessionalism. Don't even are about the fact that thanks to him, I lost 1200 rewards points. Don't plan on going back to this store until that dude is gone.

7-Eleven cahiers ripping me off for change

I went into 7/11 to buy a slurpee today as I do many days. I gave the cashier a $5 bill and the total was $2.30 but he only gave me 70 cents in change. By the time I noticed it was already to late and I was in the car on my way home. He basically ripped me off for $2. I wouldn't usually complain but this actually happens a lot and at many different locations but usually by about 50 cents so it's not even worth the hassle of complaining. If the dishonesty continues I'm just going to quit going to 7/11 because the employees are thieves.

I heard that there's no tax on gift card in Canada.
But I paid tax for League of Legends RP Prepaid Card.
Is that right to pay the tax or not?
If it is not right to pay tax on gift card.
I would like return my money.
Also, the cashier, old lady, was unkindness and blunt when I ask question about the tax.
I think she need more training.
