7-Eleven disrespectful staff

Went in this morning around 5:00am-5:30am to put gas and grab a coffee from this branch and noticed that the staff activated the wrong pump. I advised the staff and immediately started to cover things up as if was my fault. the staff advised me to call back and speak to a supervisor, witch i did call at 6:30am to ask for help. I spoke with the manager "Mell"
and surprisingly he was very disrespectful and threatening. all i wanted is to get my money back. i love going to 7/11 but today was a different expiriance for me. sad to say that this is NOT how you do customer service. Thank you for your time and have a blessed day.

7-Eleven customer service

Me and my cousin bought $20 dollars worth of scratch off tickets which are worth $10 dollars each. We calmly confronted the man and informed "we paid $20 dollars for two of the $10 dollar tickets but only got one, we are hoping we can get our change back or that other ticket" he deliberately acted naive and pretended not to know english and told us he could just give us another ticket and the man tried to charge us another $10 dollars! That's $30 dollars for two tickets that cost $10 dollars after we paid him $20 and he refused to give us our change! The employee is a slender indian man in his 50s standing at the average height. Do something about this [censored]

7-Eleven front counter

Your employee today screamed in the face of an elderly man, laughed in the mans face then, tells the next lady to hurry up before she yelled at them, the lady said I'm not from here and she proceeds to laugh in her face and said good you don't live here, this lady is a very nasty person who should be fired, she's got grey hair and glasses I believe the name on the tag was Diana. I will spread the word about this nasty lady, something needs to be done.

7-Eleven car wash

DO NOT use this 7Eleven car wash 137 Ave & 50 St, Edm, I went today 21Mar19 03:43 pm wash code 16323 for a quick wash, as I got a thorough wash last week, & just needed a quick wash. No soap whatsoever, just a high pressure water bath & dry (not even)!. Edge of windshield where wipers don't reach still had grime, & black road grime wasn't cleaned off (can't say washed as it was only water). Going back to Delton co-op for a real wash.

7-Eleven the ignorant cashier

Went here @ 1:30AM to find the door locked, it's a 24/7 location. There were a couple other customers that pulled in about the same time. After about a minute +/- the cashier casually walked around & unlocked the door. He had a very arrogant, snooty, & abrasive attitude that could be felt as soon as I walked in. I refilled my cup w/ ice only & went to check out. He charged me more for a refilled cup of ice than a new cup of soda. I told him that it was just a refill & he snapped, "We charge for that." Ok, I understand being charged, however, I was being charged $1.07 for an $.89 cent new cup. I know it's just pennies here but my point is the attitude & overall rude & asinine service that came w/ the experience. He gave me change back & I asked if he could break a bill that he just handed me as I needed a couple smaller bills (2 $5's instead of a $10) at which point he snapped again that "I dont make change." I was taken back at just how rude he really was being & I took my cup and said, "Wow, Ok." As I turned to walk away. He then said to me, "Excuse me! What did you say to me?" Like he was taking something personal & wanting to make a bigger deal out of something. I decided to just hold my tongue & keep walking out and take my frustration out here instead of on his ill-mannered, ignorant, & disrespectful attitude. I will never go back there again. Sorry this is so long.

I believe you. I recommend that you download the 7-Eleven app from iTunes or Google Play if you have a smartphone. When you leave the store a little icon will ask you to please share your customer service experience at that location. Corporate want to catch those rude employees off guard.

7-Eleven customer service assistant behaviour

I filled up my car. And went inside the shop to pay I got a phone call I move back and was talking on phone. Suddenly ur csa called me and said first pay for ur fuel and talk on phone. Then I hanged up my call and asked him what is ur problem. Iam ur customers & iam inside ur shop on phone ur interrupting me can't u wait. Then he says he must serve me or put mine as drive off because of the company rules
I asked him u can wait until I come, he say u know about this area and people around here. Pay and go away don't come again. Is this the way 7/11 treats it's customers

7-Eleven service that I received while purchasing stuff

The cashier who served me, C:8523 Loges on 19-03-19 at 00:47:16. I wanted to pay up the drinks and there's a few error while making the transactions which I am curious about. I told him to pay my drinks through my card and snack by cash however his next reaction really surprised me. He sighed loudly with an annoyed expression. I asked his purpose for the unnecessary rude reaction and he indirectly blamed me for causing the error in transactions which can caused him getting scolded by the boss. Firstly, he served me in a way that I, as a customer, can't accept. Secondly, there isn't a long queue not to mention I was the only person in line. So I want to question if this really how the 7/11 that I went to practise to serve their customer this way & I hope an action could be taken.

7-Eleven complaint

I want to inform 7 eleven that something is weird is going on the store stated above. I am a regular customer there and I usually go to the store early morning to buy coffee and snack. From last one week during the week I noticed something weird at morning time. When I buy coffee and some snack this guy take money from me for all items purchased but on the receipt ring only one item. I noticed this on my 3 to 4 receipts. I let it go the first time thinking it may be a mistake but I dont think so.

Please look into this matter. This happens from 7 am to 10 am.

7-Eleven mobile recharge

Description of the incident : I went to the hoje tastrup 7-11 to purchase a lyca mobile (all in one bundle) of price 99dkk on the 11th jan 2019.
I kept trying to recharge my lyca mobile with the recharge code, but to no avail. After a few days, I noticed that instead of the lyca mobile recharge that I had asked for, I was handed a lebara mobile recharge of value 99dkk.
I pointed out to the 7-11 employees this fact, but they did not help me saying once it has been issued we cannot do anything.
Resolution :
I request a refund of my money on the wrong recharge voucher. I had asked for lyca mobile recharge, but was handed the lebara mobile recharge by 7-11, and now 7-11 refuses to take responsibility for the same.
Please return my money (99dkk).

7-Eleven farmland light cream

I usually buy my farmland light cream at shoprite where the price for one quart is $3.99. This evening I stopped by the 7-11 store at 2800 coney island avenue, brooklyn, ny 11235 and purchased one quart of the very same farmland light cream for which I was charged $5.65 ($5.19 for the cream plus $.46 in sales taxes total $5.65) which in my opinion is both a ripoff and a fraud. Not only was I ripped off when I was charged a full 30% more than the going price, but in addition, the charge of 46 cents on an item which is not taxable. I do not believe that they are forwarding the sales tax to the state since the item is not taxable in the first place. I have never paid sales tax on milk or heavy or light cream. It is a blatant rip off of the public,

7-Eleven customer service

Ok, so me and my bud were going to 7-11 to pick up some drinks and chips, now remember this, the chips are in my hand and visible to the public eye and no where in my clothes are hidden by my clothes in anyway, shape, or form. While we were looking at drink me and my bud were talking about the super bowl and how the patriots won cause they always cheat, while looking at the drinks some employee lady comes up to me and my bud and says we have to get out and can never return cause we were "stealing" when neither of us were attempting to, nor were going to attempt to steal. When they tried to kick me out(my bud already went back to the car cause he has anger issues and I didn't want him to blow up) the person clearly saw that I was holding the bag in plain sight and said that since I was with my bud that I had to leave and never return or The cops would be called. I almost said ok and would wait for them but when I looked at the time I saw that I hadnto head to school, so I put the chips on the counter and left.

Are they allowed to do this

7-Eleven customer service

Hi I really hope this message is not taken lightly. I have gone to this particular 7-11 for 5 years now and after tonight I will never go again. My girlfriend and I were grabbing some waters when one of my 3 bottles feel and knocked off an "on sale!" Sign. Neither myself, or my girlfriend notice. We picked up my water and walked to the front when we were both verbally insulted and attacked for not noticing the sign and picking it up. These four women then continued to shout at my girlfriend and one when I asked to calm down followed us outside the store. Since these were women I didn't want to get into an altercation, we left. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and you can be sure I will never walk into another 7-11 again until the worker who followed us fired. I love your company but the fact that employees of this ignorance work there, is an issue, and I ask you politely to take action.

7-Eleven parking lot safety issues

On January 3, 2019 I was arriving at the 7-11 on Gudgell in Independence MO at 8:07 am to start my shift at 8:15 am. Upon my arrival my car hit a hole. I got out of my car to find that it was the hole to the gasoline storage tank and the cover was not place on it. My car has significant damage because it broke a tire rod hitting this. I talked to my field consultant and market manager and he told me that there was nothing that he could do because I work there. However I was not on shift at the time of the incident so technically at the time I was a visitor/customer. I am not sure why I am being denied on my claim to have 7-11 pay for my car to be fixed. 7-11 is acting very unprofessional in speaking with me about this incident. I have been told it doesn't matter because I work there, but if it were a random customer then they would fix it. Personally I am surprised to find I was the only person that hit it, otherwise this could have cause a lawsuit if anyone else would have hit it or fallen into it. As far as I know the case is still open but it has taken me calling them 19 times just to get anyone to talk to me like an actual person. And then I still get nowhere. Insurance will take care of it if 7-11 will approve it. This is making my life very stressful because I need my second car and this is causing a lot of issues with my getting my family back and forth to school while I am at work. Could someone please look into this issue again, I am tired of spending all my free time trying to get someone on the phone to help me. I am seriously considering not working for this company any longer because of how you are treating me and my family.

7-Eleven I am complaining about the service and mistreat that the store manager provided

Hi I just wanted to report an incident earlier that happens to me. I need to pay my bills at * eleven because Im under the impression that it will more convinient and less hassle to cut the story short I process the payment manually on the Cliqq machine then the cashier punch it in but the Pos is not responding, Im waiting for my receipt as a proof that the payment has been successfully process but they said I need to go back for the receipt then I said ok after a few minutes I go back and they still dont have the receipt.. the manager told me before I go back is they will going to report it to easy pay and to her co-manager so I dont have to worry and when I go back everything will be fine.. ! Then I go back to that store and the manager is talking ang laughing over the phone with someone and their topic is not related to my concern! I ask them politely.. Did you already have the receipt? Is there any progress?! They told me to come back again?! I ask them how long would it take? Did you already reported it what did they say? They says nothing I leave my name address and contact number and to be fair I also ask their name? But the manager start to raised her voice over me and she said that I didnt understand the process?! Process that they need to call easy pay to check but she havent do anything ?! I tried to be calm and ask her politely? To provide me an exact time for me to comeback because I have other things to do?! But she started to be sarcastic and unhelpful! I also know how to be a customer service consultant and to be a a customer but I think the attitude of this manager is not suitable for the job that shes right now. * eleven is a a very reliable company and I hope That i will get feedback in this incident .. by the way the name of this manager is maricel salceda and the cons whos also unhelpful is glacela im not quit sure if that is the correct name of the cons but im ***% sure about the manager.. 7-Eleven I am complaining about the discrimination in 711 store which is on 457 victoria ave, chatswood west nsw 2067.

The cashier is a chinese man with a black frame glasses who is working at 13.30 on 10/01/2019. I was intending to redeem the ice cream free offer with my colleague this afternoon. My colleague was at the first in the line, but when I was to the counter there was one woman customer stand behind my colleague, so I waited behind this customer. When it's my turn, the cashier asked me to stand in the last of the line as there are some customers waiting behind me. I feel discriminated just because I didn't purchase anything, but to redeem the free offer? 711 didn't say a conditions that we need to buy anything with the offer. I explained to the cashier and asked him to check the camera if he didn't believe me. He said he will but then he said he was working and asked me to leave with very rude language and tone. I'm pregnant and I don't want to argue with him. Also, I found the free offer is not so easy to redeem, I always found there are many stocks just one day before the redemption day.in the very early morning when we are out for work, it usually out of stock. They are always don't feel like to redeem it to the customers. If not, why offer this to us?

I would like to inform you that there is a staff shouldn t work in the 7-11.

I put my hot Bao on the paper not inside a paper bag. Because i want to eat right away.

Is it the big issue for this person give me arrogant attitude? Why i can t decide to put my bread on the paper bag or in the paper bag.

So i asked him that is there any problem, why your behaviour is so bad?

He told me, because i put my bread on the paper.

Did he serve me? I served by myself, and i was waiting for the payment. What is the problem of this service?

7-Eleven the staff is not taking order my customer for online payment

Here's the story, the 7-11 is not offline, we was trying to cash in to our online wallet coins.ph, we are in hurry for that situation because we're in due date, the staff said "the online cash in is not available to this store try to cash in tommorrow, or go to the other 7-11 store near auf", the staff already said that without scanning my barcode first and see if this is working or not! Because 7-11 is online, what a rude attitude is that!? He is so lazy! The name of this staff is "marceliono santino", after a while I call my boyfriend outside and my boy friend explained everything, then he cash in the coins. Ph and it working, he is just lazy and don't want any transaction for online cash in. Wtf! He said that the cash in is not working? [censored]! This is not the first time to that to me, every time he is in duty he doesn't want to cash in any amount for online services. I recognized his face! I don't think it was co incident, you need to do punishment to that staff!

7-Eleven about hongkong broaband bill payment

Just to let u know seven eleven customer service in hongkong zero there is one shop
Address 402- 404 des veoux road west one lady staff she always covering face she is the rudest lady I have ever seen
If u ask something they said no, when I went there to pay my hongkong broadband bill they said I can not pay here what the hell of the staff standing there with killing faces.
Next time im going to send this to corporate office.

7-Eleven being discriminated against/ harassed

This evening I used the 7-eleven in Erindale. Pump 13 at 10:25. My partner got out of the car and proceed to start feeling up the car. He got about $10 when the pumped stopped. Then over the PA system we are advised that we have to pre pay for our fuel. When my partner went in he was advised that it was because I was sitting in the drivers seat while he fuelled up. I do not appreciate this kind of humiliation and harassment. We were the only car that had to pre pay. I find this disrespectful. The only reason I was not filling up the car was I was in my dressing gown. Under no circumstances should we have been targeted due to myself being in the car. The service station has cameras at each pump for this reason. I feel discriminated, harassed and humiliated. Under no circumstances is this a reasonable way to treat customers. There were plenty of other cars filling up there was no reason to single us out. I would highly suggest that the staff member on shift attend training courses on how not to discriminate and how to provide customer service. Due to this incident I will not be using 7-eleven again.
I recommend you review his employment.

7-Eleven car wash

Hello went to put gas. Then decided to go ahead and go for the car wash paid a little over than $12 00 it didn't do anything. Dusty, dust and bird poop. Still there especially the bird poop. If there's anything you can do I would really appreciate it. The economy is not what it used to be I'm on disability my husband is the only one working. We had a special family event so when I saw the car it was very disappointing. If you are able to send me a coupon for my $12 00 or for another car wash would be great I'll just go to another 7-11 . I live in broward county in Pembroke pines. Thank you
