7-Eleven insubordinate clerk

Was Visiting your store at 100 La Habra Blvd., la Habra California, 90631… At the corner of La Habra and Euclid st.

This guy was a real jerk. I tried to explain the difference between king-size cigarettes and 100s. He actually said… "Why do I care?" My reply was…" I'm simply trying to educate you a little bit. I don't smoke" ( that part is irrelevant).
This guy doesn't have to smoke to learn the lingo. In fact it would be handy for him to use the future.
He repeated… "I'm 50 etc. years old, I don't need to be educated."...YES HE DOES!
He is arrogant, mannerless, and highly insubordinate.
Please do not appease this matter.
Please take disciplinary measures. Thank you, Victor

7-Eleven gcash

The employees here are not good enough on instructing what to do. They will keep you wait and come back for how many times. I cash in 500 in my gcash but until now...it's not yet reflected on my account.
It happened on Saturday (jul 21, 2018, past 12 in the afternoon)

I need a refund of my money. I don't feel happy Na on how they resolve the problem.

7-Eleven food and rudeness

I went to 7/11 in toms river on rt37 and fischer blvd. They always tell me they are out of whatever I want to order. I finally got a pizza one day. Woman working counter cut the pizza but piled the slices on top of each other. So... I started going to the one on water st. And again... I went in for a pizza at 6pm and I was told the oven was turned off a few minutes ago. These workers talk rudely.. Ignore you after not asking if you want anything else instead. I love 7/11 but I had to go other places for food... And when i'm hungry on the go I thought 7/11 would be my best option. I was tossed my money across the counter for I guess annoying them and buying something anyway. I am very upset by this behavior and I don't understand why I have such a hard time getting hot foods at both locations. Please help! I want to continue to go to my local 7/11s.

7-Eleven service

I recent been berated by an 7-11 employee and manager. Mutilple times I never received my change nor a receipt for any transaction. I had four dealing with this and im sick and tired of it. In front of customers employee said ". You card always decline and I'm not servicing you". He used foul language and I had my son in my arms. I'm a single father paying bills. I can assure you that my card only declined twice in this establishment. And Today counts as one. I'm need to be respond to immediately.

7-Eleven overcharging ignorant and no receipts

The 7 11 in niagara falls new York on 4th street by casino likes to overcharge and recharge us for stuff we already paid for and will not give us a receipt after we asked for one which they are famous for not giving people their receipts and then wants to stop us on the way out saying we didn't pay after they knew they were the ones who cashed us out or we will pay and they will not give us our stuff doing it outta spite to be ignorant [censored] they always giving us dirty attitudes and very rude they do not wear name tags or uniform and play loud music ignoring customers it's the younger employees they don't care.

7-Eleven morning cashier declined payment method via calfresh benefits for hot food food products

Made purchase early in the morning around 2: 30 a.m. for two hot coffees and a pastry went a few hours later around 8: 30 a.m. to make the same purchase and transaction and morning cashier declined transaction claiming paymen t method was not possible anywhere for hot food. I have a copy of both receipts for both visits with receipt number one clearly showing purchased items and method. morning cashier was very rude and very adamant and was very unprofessional with other customers around as the dispute was very public... attached are two photos of receipts both one and two of incidence notice number one payment method was ebt and items purchased photos to items purchased and force payment method being cash

7-Eleven two rude employees

I was visiting the 7-Eleven that is located in Valencia. As I was waiting to be checked out I saw that one of the employee was snickering at me, he was Indian. Also an another older Indian man was just working well he saw me waiting for him at the register. I will never go to the 7-Eleven again. I personally think those two Indian men need to be fired. Most the time I used to go in there they would not do their jobs, they talk amoung themselves and they do not exhibit excellent customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat.

7-Eleven gas station overcharge a pump...

On Thursday off eastchase, @ 6:42 am I brought 16.90 in gas at the pump... There's a hold on my card for 91.00 and I can't access any funds... My name is Lonnie Dyson. #[protected]. Eastchase and I-30 ft. Worth Texas. 76112. Funds still haven't been returned thus far... I spoke with the manager nothing has taken place thus far... When will my funds be returned?

Your support team and customer service is not well educated ormoriented about their job due to they can't solved this issue si ce july 06 2018 i loaded a amount of 1760 and 1457 pesos on my cliqq app wallet but it did'nt posted they give me so many ticket id and reason that they will call back for feedback and update but im the one whose updating them until now...

Please resolved this bcoz this issue is not once only it happens for almost 5 times and big amount is the first one and took 1 to 2 weeks before resolved

I will file a legal complain against your office if this is not resolved immediately

7-Eleven customer service, attitudes, cleanliness

At the 711 located on 333 Hawaii ave NE Washington DC me and my partner always have issues. We come in spend money and they handle the food carelessly I mean no gloves touching people bun no hair nets they have a boy at least 12 working on the register. They supposedly don't add money to prepaid cards but still sell them it's always something. They really can get shut down for handling food improper it's always flies in the donut case and the list goes on.

7-Eleven gasoline price misrepresented

price shown on sign and on regular gasoline station of pump #4 from which I made the purchase was $2.579
I purchased 14.88 gallon regular gas
Price charged was the Intermediate grade price of $2.879
I absolutely was not mistaken. I absolutely did not press the wrong button.
Sikh dressed counter operator disputed my allegation and sent helper with me to pump - I could only repeat everything already said to him - he was unable to accomplish anything.

I am angry that I was overcharged about $4.40 and the complaint ignored at the gas station
I suggested that I would immediately ignore the whole business if the counter operator immediately gave me $5 for overcharge
He would not oblige.
Selling mislabeled gasoline is a legal offense and 7-11 is liable for the applicable federal, state and local trade weights and measures violations.

7-Eleven 7/11 on colonial and mills avenue

My complaint is about the 7/11 store located on Mills and Colonial and is directed to the store manager who i believe to be a red head named Valerie. She has kept her restrooms inaccessible multiple times even though I am a regular everyday customer she will not let me use it. Not only did she have a nasty attitude with me but with other customers throughout the store. She is rude and is a terrible example of customer service and something should be done about her immediately.

7-Eleven rewards program/employees not processing correctly

I go to the same 7/11 daily and 3 times already I have missed out on my free cup of coffee due to employees not knowing how to process the rewards correctly. I hit redeem and when they scan my bar code on my app it doesn't populate my free coffee and I wind up having to pay for the free cup of coffee. I went this morning and told the cashier before she scanned my phone app that it was suppose to be free and of course it was not then the owner came over and still nothing. I am tired of this. I go everyday before work and your company/franchisee do not keep up to your rewards program offers.

7-Eleven service

7-eleven has advertised 10 wings for $7.49, but this is the sixth time my order has rung up inaccurate and the worst attitude from the cashier. I brought it to her attention that she didn't ring up the transaction correctly, but she didn't care and turned away. They should be able to add before cashiering and have some kind of friendly customer service. I'm tired of paying extra and dealing with unfriendly cashiers.

7-Eleven slurpee day

It was 07/11/18 (free Slurpee Day) and I headed to my local location for my free Slurpee. I arrived to the location at 9:50 P.M. and the man working the front cash register told me and the group of young girls in front of me in line that free Slurpee day was over and we all had to pay. Even though free Slurpee day was not actually over I was denied my one free Slurpee. I desire a simple solution of just receiving one free Slurpee coupon in place of the one I was denied.

7-Eleven service crew

Around 10 am Manila time we went to 7-Eleven Cyberpod 3 Eton Centris branch to buy budget meal "sisig" and I asked the lady if they have chili oil and toyo mansi but she immediately refused to provide those as it can only be used for siomai. I asked her why your branch is the only one who refuses to give condiments whenever I buy. I also told her that I normally go to 7-eleven to buy food and some other branches are kind enough to give me what I asked. I was so upset because I only asked chili oil and toyo mansi but they could not provide good customer service. I don't know for some reason this branch doesn't have condiments unlike most other branches do, they did this to me several times. I'm already pissed off! I know this is just a simple concern but it matters to me because I also work as customer service representative and I know how to value customer. The lady I dealt with was very annoying! Why are you hiring people who don't even know how to smile?! They are not accommodating. I hope this issue will be addressed. Please fix your management! Please educate your employee to treat customer with respect and fairness. Thank you.

7-Eleven hot dog

I was at the 7 eleven in North Port Florida as I was eating a hot dog, I heard a loud crack, unsure of what it was I went to the dentist to see if my tooth had cracked from whatever was in the hot dog, I found out after both an exam and an x-ray my tooth had cracked from whatever was in the hotdog. I went back to the 7 eleven to tell them as the employee Patty was having a very large attitude with the situation saying things as such "how can I be sure your tooth wasn't already cracked before you had the hot dog" I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. I would like the company to reimburse me on my bill for my exam and x-ray any anything that has to be done to fix the crack in my tooth.

7-Eleven gasoline pump

I fueled up my motorcycle at store # 13690 in Las Vegas today.My bike holds 5.3 gallons of fuel when completely empty.Your pump managed to put in 5.68 gallons and my bike just was switched to reserve which means I still had roughly 1 gallon left.I believe someone should be checking the calibration on thos pumps.I can assure you I will avoid your pumps in the future and will tell as many other bikers about this station as I possibly can.

7-Eleven dirtiness of the store lack of product and personal not doing their job!

I walked in today to the 711 on Pulaski amd Wellington 3001 N Pulaski in Chicago IL, like around 10:45pm
I noticed a woman sitting outside on her phone on a parking spot. Walked in the store to the cashier talking to a man who was later hugging her appeared to be her boyfriend. Walked to the fountain drinks for some pop and there was no ice and the whole machine was filthy! Super dirty, it totally disguated me that I didn't even bother asking for ice ! As we walked to the register the one guy was feeling on the cashier's butt. Totally disrespectful to do at work! The woman who was outside on her phone walned in and appeared it was the cashier's friend because they started having a personal conversation before ahe rung me up. I find this store very dirty and had such a bad experience. Just to point something else out, there was a young man also working, he was the only one working since I did notice him throwing away deli sandwiches and cleaning out the hot dog grill. Such a disappointment as this is a newer store in the neighborhood!
