7-Eleven manager throwing products at customers

Today, I was in this store location when I witnessed the store manager Mrs. Fran-Minney's treatment of a store customer . This manager literally threw a product at a decent female customer. I believe it was a pack of gum. However, it did not hit the customer and the customer picked it up and left distraught and shocked. The customer was upset because the manager charged her twice. Yet the customer decided to go and that is when the manager threw the item at the back of the customer but it hit the store's glass door. The manager was an elderly woman who did not seem very healthy emotionally and mentally. This manager showed signs of being unstable to do her job correctly. Also, this manager accidentally charged me twice too but I just let it go. I help create new businesses in the area; I am reporting in concern of any future employees for increasing business plans we have for the area as part of newopportunities.io. I am concerned any of our future employees who may pass through or visit this store may experience this kind of treatment. Also, in concern of thrown products that may hit other customers in the store. I was extremely appalled to seeing this kind of event. It would be reasonable to consider liability risks and to find appropriate management who are well and stable. - all the negative signs are there for serious issues waiting to occur. However, I understand this store location may be considered not the best area for people to go. However, we are improving Albuquerque and its business atmosphere and all along Central Ave - which is the main street of Albuquerque's city. We pursue change. My personal contact information is not being shared; I would just like to report this complaint and event and would like to move on with our mission for the city.

Hola, buenas noches, esta página supuestamente es para quejarse, sin embargo, yo vengo a hacer todo lo contrario, debo decir q el día de hoy, pasé por el 7 eleven q está en la 14970 NE y 6 ave en nort Miami, y eran las 6 y algo de la mañana, mi niño estaba llorando y muy duro, no m dejaba pagar, y derramó un slurpee, yo muy apenada, pedí al chico de la caja, m diera algo para limpiar, y el chico m dijo q no m preocupara, fue por otro slurpee para mí, y limpió todo sin poner mala cara, m dijo agarrara calma, los niños son así, yo quedé impresionada porq a ésa hora, todo el mundo está cansado, y ponen mala cara, pregunté por el manager, para decirle algo bueno al respecto, si decimos lo malo, vale decir lo bueno, y resultó q el chico era el manager, su nombre Pavel, sinceramente deberían haber más jefes con ésa actitud,
Generalmente dejan mucho q desear en prepotencia y mala educación, pero vale recalcar, q éste no fue el caso,

7-Eleven customer service

Store on the corner of Piikoi and King St. 6:30 PM, 8/6/2017

7-11 just got new Otis Spunkmeyer cookies! Complete with mini oven.. They smelled soooo good, the smell filled the store. None in the display case, but I could see a dozen cooling behind the counter! I asked the clerk for one. She turned and asked whom was either the supervisor or shift manager-- she outright refused said they were too warm.. WHAT? was she serious? Just gave me that familiar "stupid customer" look. Isn't that the best way to eat/advertise a cookie, when its warm? Can't stand it when employees get so complacent, they act like we should be so thankful they are open for us. I repeatedly go to this store, never a hello, smile, or Thank you. I'm always the one to say thank you. Workers seem too focused on individual tasks to see the bigger picture.
I work in Kalihi, and while the 7-11 on Nimitz and Kalihi St. would be more convenient, I'd much rather visit the Chong's Korean owned store. It is more expensive than 7-11, with less choices. But, the owner always smiles, says thank you. If the total comes out to $5.01, knowing I have a $5 bill in my wallet, she just takes the 5. 7-11 would make me break a $20 bill, give me 14.99 in change EVERY TIME.
There is a great training video out there called "Give them the Pickle" put out by TGI Friday's reinforcing customer service. It was about a customer who wanted and extra pickle, and the entire chain of workers refused. As the complaint reached corporate headquarters, the CEO was OUTRAGED that staff would hold so tightly to something so cheap and trivial like a pickle, and sacrifice a customer's satisfaction -- for what, a few cents? Literally trading dollars for cents. 7-11 can continue its bad customer policies in exchange for ease of functionality, and I'll continue avoiding your stores. (and I'm definitely not alone)

7-Eleven service/ free coffee

We had two different cell phones with free coffee. The clerk rang up both free coffees on both phones at the same time. Even though we had two free coffee's on 2 different phones, the clerk said we had to pay $2.12? Then she rang it up again and we still had to pay now $1.06. We complained and manager came over. She said that that is what the machine said. We have to charge you $1.06. So told her we are not paying for the a free coffee. I guess the manager doesn't have independent thought and needs a machine to think for her. We just left the coffee there and refused to pay.

7-Eleven the cashier are harassing me

At your location 3922 Portland Ave E. Tacoma, WA 98404. 2 of your cashier harrassed me on two different occasions and also harrassed my mom when she told them to leave me alone. I do not know their names as they where not wearing name tags. But on of them is a short around 20 yrs old mixed boy and a similar aged mediumto heavy built ilander girl. As i walked up to pay for my stuff they started hysterically laughing so hard that the girl spit into her drink shes not supposed to have behing the counter right in front of the food. Then as my dad goes to pay the male cashier dosnt even acknowledge my dad or his payment looks directly at me and ask if hes good? Not sure what that was supposed to mean? And then just today i go in with my nephew to get a few snacks my nephew is 2 so hes a little all over the place so i just wanna grab my stuff pay and get out. Well when i go to put my stuff on the counter the females ask me can you turn around to which i replyed huh? Very confused she asked me again so i got a little angry and asked with an attitude this time why? Do i need to turn around your should be ringing my stuff up so i can pay right? So she replies "so i can hit him." she is reffering to the male cashier i don't know i guess they were play fighting behind the counter and she wanted me to turn around so she had no witnesses. So they begin laughing like its so funny and finally ring my stuff up so i can pay and leave. After i left got in the car and told my mom what happened. So she goes in and grabs a tea and tells the male cashier to stop harrasing me and aksing me weird questions or shes gonna report him to managment. To which he replies ok but your not gonna get another tea?... If she wanted to buy 2 teas she would have brought 2 of them to the counter. Ovbiously he is trying to harrass us in a way he can't get in trouble for so i hope you guys can handle this. Because if i where to call the location it happened at one of the two harrasing me would pick up the phone and nothing woukd get resolved. Honestly if theyre talking to me like that when all they really need to say is have a nice day thanks for shopping at 711 theyre turning my quick 2min shopping trip into an embarring 10 min trip. And i dont even know why theyre talking to me like this. Both of them are acting lile they know me and i just meant them for the first time at their 711 location.

7-Eleven coffee/customer service

I have had an issue twice in the last month with the same associate. She has red hair and I don't know her name because she doesn't wear a name badge. The store is at 4482 s maryland parkway in Las Vegas Nevada. The 1st time I went in and saw the sign "if we don't have it, we'll make it for you" I asked her and she said that's done at 9am so what's there is there. I went this morning 8/6/17 9:45am and there were only 2pots of coffee on and the sign was taken down. I was not greeted or anything by either employee that was there, I looked there at the coffee and then decided to leave and not a word from her that was at the counter. And I was the only customer in the store. She's very rude and doesn't seem to care for her job. I will not be returning to that store. I also had the same issue at 4055 s Eastern in Las Vegas also. I will be deleting the app from my phone and I will be avoiding 7/11 from now on. How unfortunate it is that you have employees that are so rude and that I can't get the product I prefer simply because they don't want to make it.

7-Eleven mexican lady who stocks at 711. 1711 159th san leandro ca

Been a respectable customer along with my family. Today about 15 min ago a lady who doesnt work for 711 was laughing and talking loud with men got upset because I said too much talking not enough work. So she yells [censor] u [censor] leave the store and I said why she say you rude. Then she calls the police on a high paying customer that helps feed the workers working for 711. Im totally disappointed in the service that I reieve everytime I go there. Disappointed with how I was treated. God bless

7-Eleven cleanliness/restrooms

I have been complaining to 7 eleven in Moonville, SC for over a month now about there being dried feces on the side of a toilet. Today, there was no toilet tissue in either stall and the feces is still there. I yet again alerted the cashiers. Went outside, pumped my gas, went back in, they had replaced the toilet tissue but no one bothered to even attempt to clean the toilet. At this point, I made a video. I left, came back about 30 minutes later, and still no one had cleaned this toilet. I made a second video and posted both to social media. This is disgusting. This feces has literally been there for over a month! I stopped visiting this store because the restroom is filthy. I went there today to give a second chance and regret ever stepping foot back in there! I have included both videos that I posted on social media. I would love to speak to someone who actually cares about the customers. The feces is not only on the toilet but under the seat, on the wall, on the hand rails, everywhere. DRIED. Germs travel. I will be contacting DHEC as well in hopes of getting this resolved.

7-Eleven customer service

Today upon many other visits to the 7 eleven on LaSalle Dr. in Waco TX, my husband and I have continuously been subjected to poor customer service. This lady works on the night shift and now I'm pretty sure it's because of the horrible attitude that she has on top of the poorest customer service we have experienced at any 7 eleven we have purchased from. Just a few minutes ago I called the store in which a young lady by the name of Marissa answered...I asked her about the night persons name and that I had just left the store she gave me the workers name which is Kim and paused briefly and asked was there a problem. I informed her of the poor customer service that we have continuously received from this woman and yet we don't know why! This woman never greets you when entering the store, she never holds any eye contact between transactions, she holds conversations with other employees or non-paying customers while dealing with a paying customer and acts as if no one is there . This morning while getting a money order and being helped by the morning shift employee this same night worker comes from the back and states while the cashier is counting our money for the money order, "You better make sure that's real cause that's a lot of money!" She said she was joking and neither the cashier or my husband and myself for that fact found it funny. Yes all businesses check for fraudulent money but in a respectful way. Please address this concern. A loyal paying customer.

One time when this 7-Eleven store barely opened, I went inside the store while one of the female employees was mopping and cleaning up. They had taken out all of the pizzas out of the front counter cooler by the toaster oven. They had placed them on the floor next to the fridge directly on the floor and was mopping around them and the mop kept touching the pizzas as she mopped back & forth. It was horrible sight.

7-Eleven sales associate

This incident happened at the Lincoln Park MI store corner of moran/dix. I purchased 2 donuts and 1 slurpee. My total was $4.65. I had 3 singles which was not enough and a $20 bill. I gave him the 20 and he gave me change back for a 10. I told him sir, I gave you a 20 he looked at me funny corrected his mistake and gave me the proper change. When I got out to my vehicle he chased me to my car, tapped on my window. I rolled down my window and he started accusing me of lying to him stating I know you gave me a 10. I was so dumbfounded. I said sir I wouldn't do that to somebody. I only had three singles and 1-20 and I gave you the 20. He argued with me for 5 minutes humiliating me, in the parking lot in front of my seven-year-old son. I simply stopped there to get a slurpee, for my son who had just had his tonsils removed hours prior. I reassured him I only had a $20 bill in my purse and three singles and that I know I gave him the 20 and he still would not leave it alone. I told him to go back in the store and review his security camera. He then told me he was going in to call the police on me and my son was devastated. I was telling him not to scream and cry, from being so scared. this man had made a mistake. I am beyond upset because I am a very honest person and I was publicly humiliated in the parking lot in front of my little boy and others that were passing by. He was very rude and unprofessional to the point I will never go back there. My son could have busted open his stitches crying from being upset over something unnecessary. I was very scared at the point that he followed me to my vehicle and left his store unattended over $10 I felt threatened and I didn't like it one bit.

The worst thing is my son also said that I paid with a $10 bill, that he saw me. I got so angry at my son that I slapped him across the face. He could have busted his stitches when I slapped him across the face. He told me that I was abusing my son. I later found out that I made a mistake and did give him $10, but I was so furious that I thought my son was mistaken. He was so rude to me. He called the police on me for slapping my son which he made me do.

7-Eleven employee should be terminated asap

On 8/3/17 at 1:45am my cousin and I were in Glassboro Nj 7 eleven a store that is in a college town and open 24/7 correct me if I am wrong! We were shopping for about 20 minutes because I was undecided on what to get for my family of 7 and as we were shopping around, this rude employee well he was the only employee tall white guy told me and my cousin that we had to hurry up and finish because we have been there shopping for over 20 minutes and he has stuff to do so wrap it up I could not believe his ignorance and rushing every person that came in and he said to one of his friends that when we got out to lock the door how he treats and speaks to customers is horrible and should not be working around people if he does not have good people skills and he had someone lock the door while customers stood knocking on the door because its a store that's open 24/7 when me and my cousin walked home we seen him and a friend out back of store smoking a cigarette we told him he had customers at the door and he said he don't care they can stand at door and wait! He should not even still have his job he always treats customers disrespectful and I am a regular customer at this store and I could not believe how he treated my cousin and me I was so angry and upset that I forgot to buy several things because he basically told us we had to get out and I do not appreciate being treated like that and also I told him my cousins order and my order was separate orders he rung up our orders together anyway and when I said something he said he already rung it up I really hope that something is done about this employee because you can tell that he does not like his job nor does he care about your customers so can someone please resolve this issue because its a big issue and thank u for your time!

Was in line and watched an employee aproach another customer behind me and point to her daughter and say theif! The mother said excuse me why would you say that?! Employee replies cuz she is black n looks like the lil girl who was in here bout month ago stealing im sure of it! Mother replies we dont even live here and wasnt here a month ago we visiting and just cuz she black dont mean its her! Employee sstarts walking away to go back behind counter and says sorry but i was sure of it. So as me n my mom are getting cashed out we say how rude n disrespectful it is and cashier asks what happened we tell her and as we are employee who said all this staaarts yelling at me calling me

7-Eleven scams

I've heard of it in my town before and I believe I've just been scammed by a cashier at one of the Ontario locations. I purchased 2 small slushies, one kit kat ice cream, and a Klondike ice cream sandwich for the children I'm babysitting. I thought it was a bit odd coming to $11.50 but I didn't say anything and payed considering they recently raised their prices, I got in the car and told my mother who also agreed the total price seemed odd and now thinking I really should have asked for my receipt giving the cashier did not offer me one... considerations to supervise should be put in place to uend the scamming happening at my local 711 because they are scamming more and more teenagers and kids my age, and we are being taken advantage of. As a 15 year old this is concerning because we don't deserve to be scammed, nor does anyone. thank you for your consideration.

7-Eleven terrible customer service.

I work for fed ex and I stop by the Sheridan 711 on Hampden and Knox frequently. I don't eat any beef or swine so order the jalapeno taquitos. I've ordered countless taquitos and I must have got pork or beef over 10 times but never say anything bc honestly it takes more time to go back. I went to the store today to try to tell someone what's been happening and he laughs at me like it's my fault and refuses to reimburse me for the ones i had paid for or make it right by grabbing me some.new ones. I go in there all the time and they know me and they know what I ask for. They told me too bad. They didn't even give me what I paid for. Smh. Terrible ppl.at this 7/11. If I wasn't in uniform I would have caused a major scene for this terrible customer service. I'm not going to lose my job over heroin head behind the counter.

7-Eleven employee

Today on August 2, 2017 I went to 7-Eleven 1920 North Collins Street Arlington Texas 76011 and was treated very disrespectfully. When I came I went to the coffee bar were there was another CUSTOMER (A regular like myself who I speak to when we see each other at the location) making coffee. There were two women behind the counter an older woman we call Ms. Ce Ce and another younger lady who was a little heavy set, wears thick black glasses, she's of African American descent, not too tall about 5'7 or 5'8. She was working this morning at 830 am when I came into the facility. When I told the woman there was no coffee made at the coffee bar, she told me to go next door to the Waffle House 1910 North Collins St Arlington Texas 76011 to get my coffee because she was NOT MAKING COFFEE. She never left the register, she charged the other regular for his coffee. The only reason I did not pay is because after the coffee was made other people filled their cups up and the coffee ran out before I could get a full cup. Mind you only one pot was made. She also continued to be very rude and disrespectful to the other regular and again she NEVER LEFT THE REGISTER to make coffee. She stood there and talked mess from behind the counter even telling us to leave her alone. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS BEHAVIOR! I come into this location daily literally. If I pulled my bank statement I would say I spend more in a month than what she makes in one check. I live up the street at Carriage House Apartments 1500 East Lamar Street Arlington Texas 76011 so of course that is my go to location. I'm also a rewards member with the 7-Eleven rewards program that's offered. I would greatly appreciate if this matter as resolved and if someone would reach out to me in reference to this matter. I am very disappointed in the customer service displayed. I work at a Supply Chain in Grand Prairie and if we treated our customers the way your company treats their customers then I would be out of a job seriously! Please address this issue and contact me. Thank you!

7-Eleven service at store #1118, odessa tx

I was in the store at 5100 East University, Odessa TX this morning. I attempted to prepare a cup of vanilla cappuccino, it was empty. I went to the sink to empty the plain water & asked the associate if she knew it was out. She replied "yea, we ain't got any". I then tried another flavor, same problem & again asked the associate. She just glared at me. The 3rd time, I tried another flavor & the same problem. So I asked, "Do you have any flavors of cappuccino? You might want to post a sign so other customers do not pour the water in the tray with them being empty." (Other local stores have posted signs because the machines do not have drains.) She walked to the office, not really caring that a customer was asking questions. A minute later she came out & opened the machine and left it open, I assume so no one else would try to dispense empty product.

I waited in line and when it was my turn i ask for 10 fresh wings and the maneger said to the other cashier to attend me then they argue after 3 minutes pass another custumer came an he got attend when i ask why i wasnt attend the maneger came and scream at me to get out or he was going to call the police i told him to do it but they just continued attending other custumers i think that the ack was of racism for the fact i look hispanic

HELLO, I was at 711 pond mills and commissioners at 245 am like any regular night when I was little bit tipsy asked for a popcorn chicken (20 for 2$) got told we can't make that anymore so I kept joking around with buddie "can't make that come on turn the oven on" "were hungry" like any regular night in pondmills for the last 15 years when GEORGINA COMES OUT asking is there a problem we turn quickly to say yes we're hungry and we can't get 20 popcorn chicken she stares deeply at us is there a problem I'm like yes ahah I'm hungry (joking around as this is usually a fun place) she looks all serious and says "we don't serve POPCORN CHICKEN LATE AT NIGHT" (Rudely) now I'm offended I say "iknow that why I'm looking for other food ahah" she gets rid and starts treating me poorly which has never happened at 711 saying get out before I call the police I look at her in shock like what and say I've been coming here for years she says Idc get out rn I've never seen you but I feel bad for you considering your cousin is a regular so I tell her quickly I've been a regular for years ask Tristan, Mike, Christine and many more and she tells get out! I am very very upset considering me and my whole family have been coming here for 15 years ask anyone the names bailey, amberly, Cody, michelle or kris we have been coming for many years they even no my passed away grandma treasea as we have been coming to Mike for her for many years I am so disgusted by the way I was treated tonight me and my cousin "Cody" left is such a terrible mood with no food or anything feeling very mistreated things have been going down hill for the pass month and so and I am not the only one in pondmills to notice I will be sure to blast this all over Facebook and my fathers restaurants news feed yours truly pissed off family for years

7-Eleven service

The new owner's that bought the store on Ingomar Rd. are horrible. They don't understand what's going on and the 3 times I've been there, I've had nothing but horrible service. The first time I paid for gas, the employee didn't know how to turn the gas pumps on. So he tried to call the owner and customer service but couldn't get ahold of either. Then he didn't know how to refund the money back into my card. The entire time this is going on, the other employee was standing at the coffee station, just leaning on the counter. The second time I went, the coffee was old and when I asked if they could make new coffee, the owner told me that she would when she had time. So I left with nothing. This last time I went, there was an item that was on sale and when I asked if I had the right one, the employee said he didn't know. When it rang up wrong, I ran to get the other kind and within the 7 seconds that I was gone, the employee went outside and the other employee told me she couldn't ring me up bc the order had already been started and she didn't know how to restart it. While I stood there a d waited, she tried to help a customer with a lottery order and kept asking him what she should do. He said didn't really know, but to try to inserting the ticket into the machine. A code came up and she asked what it meant. He didn't know and neither did she, so he gave up and left. I stood there while 3 more customers were helped and the employee that was ringing me up was outside. I gave up and was walking out when he finally came back in. Never apologized or anything. I paid and left.

I used to visit that 711 at least 5 times a week bc it's less than a mile from my house and the employees were so nice, that it was nice to see them each time. That'll be the last time I go there. I've also heard the same type of complaints from my neighbors.

7-Eleven money

711 on Ellsworth in Ypsilanti mi. I gave $5.30 for a reg size moon mist and quickly turned and left. I forgot to grab the $4 I wad owed. I tried calling but no public #. I returned to the store and the man act as though I never been there. (I had the moon mist in hand) I even told them what time I was there. The man was not helpful. I was there between 2:06 and 2:15 pm est. I am very disappointed and will NEVER SHOP AT 711 AGAIN. This happen a few days ago.
