7-Eleven discrimination

I went into the 7 eleven to buy some milk, as I was walking to the door, the owner rush to the door and lock it and said that it was closed. there were several people in there. I inquire why was he doing this, he said because I was black and that he didn't want any blacks in his business because he was rob before. I told him that I have money, all I wanted was some milk, he finally let me in, I got the milk and as I was walking to my car, tinley park surrounded my car because the owner called them and said that a black man rush into this store. If that aint predjudice, what is it. I can't believe that this had happen in this day and time

I am disabled due to a motor vehicle accident. As a result I received brain damage to the nerves in my face, causing me to sound intoxicated 24/7. One of the owners which work in the daytime frequently ask me, do you ever take a brake from drinking, are you drunk all the time, and many more. But my gripe is being charged more for my cup of coffee than is posted and than any other patrons I have seen in there buying coffee at the same time as me. The shorter owner told me I was drunk and he was charging me more because my drinking scarred away his customers and he needed to make up for it. Now I don't drink due to taking field sobriety tests for police officers every time I have contact. And I have no arrests for public drunkenness, ever. This is discrimination according to marrium Webster.

7-Eleven blocking of car park

Good Evening,

I am currently staying at tanglin hault blk 40, i always parked my bike at blk 39 there, but i have notice one things which i fine it is really unfair. as you can see the photo i attach, this photo is taken on 02/02/2010 at 18.45pm. This 7-eleven lorry totally cover the whole entrance of the bike lot and i have to wait for nearly an hour for them to finish unloading their goods and it seems like they don't even bother to move their lorry. Also when it around night time it even worse, the are more cars parking at double yellow line or even the bike lot.

I want to complain 7 eleven at the front of Lorong 11 geylang rd! it happened between 12pm-1pm, 28th June 2010. I told the sales girl that i want to purchase Singtel $28 top-up card ($128 value). Then i didnt notice that the top-up card she passed to me is $15 which is only $30 value inside. She didnt say anything when she did that! When i asked her isn't it $128 value then she answered me:" we have no more $128 value! But why she didnt mention it at the 1st place? I couldn't just walk away like that coz i already passed her $50. Then i said can i return it coz this is not $128 value then she answered me with her arrogant attitude:" Cannot, i already billed it!" she made me feel like "I HAVE TO BUY IT COZ THEY DONT HAVE SINTEL $128 anymore!" I very very piss off & disappointed of her such attitude! From her slang & look i think she is Filipino girl. I really hate them as i being cheated $400 by my ex-owner who is filipino too. She ran away my deposit without a word & never answered my calls like forever. They always think they are very proud to live in singapore coz they think they can speak well english! But so what if u being a slave in singapore & cannot serve your customer with the right attitude!?! really the worst 7 Eleven i ever visited!

7-Eleven unfair to employees

Management is extremely unprofessional. One of the owners is always intoxicated and being rude to customers and employees. He treats everybody like he owns them. The other owner and one of the assisitant managers is always telling everybody's business. If an employee messes up or calls out, they feel that they have to tell EVERY other employee. All they do is bad mouth everybody. This is one of the WORST franchise stores that you can possibly work for.

7-Eleven rude service and prepaid card mistake

1. I want to buy one $75 prepaid code, it will add to my 7-11 prepaid phone for $93.75. But the store manager sold me one $25 and one $50, so I will only get $75 airtime. I also noticed the $50 was printed 3 days ago. I argued with the store manager, and he is very rude and head strong and said he has no fault.

In regards to the $50 card, it may have been printed off accidentally by a previous employee and has nothing wrong with it, because as long as it hasn't been activated it's fine.

7-Eleven plastic double gulp returns

I WAS a customer at the 7-Eleven until recently. I always bought all my Double Gulp drinks at the store and had a pile of cups stacking up in my place. I cleaned them and returned them to the store and the owner, worker, whatever said that I did not buy them there and that I could not return them. I think this is outrageous and never shopping there again. I want to start a campaign where all Double Gulp plastic cupholders will return there cups to all 7-elevens, starting with this store in Chicago on the corner of Armitage and Damen. What a waste! banning your store and all of it's usless plastic goods sounds like a wonderful campaign to begin

7-Eleven bad gas purchase

On august 26th 2009 at the hours between 1pm and 2:30 pm, I purchased 20.00 dollas worth of super unleaded. I drove my car to rockwall tx. About 7 miles from that, 711 store. I parked and went to work. The following day, I started my car and the car was just shacking and couldin't pick-up smoothly, finally it picked-up but not smooth, I drove it home. I called my mechanic and explained to him what had happened, he told me that I had bad fuel in my tank. I called the 711 corporate office and they gave me a claim number for their insuarance, when I called them, they told me that they will do an investigation and get back with me. Finally, after 10 days, I called the insuarance company and they told me that there was nothing wrong with their gas. Now my car is not running as smooth as it was running before I bought that cheap fuel 711 was selling that day. I wonder wheather anyone had the same problem with the gas that day.

7-Eleven disrespectful and unprofessional

I purchased an umbrella from this 7-Eleven approximately two weeks ago. I hadn't opened it until last week. A couple of my friends witnessed me opening the umbrella from its package for the first time. We all noticed that the umbrella was broken. Friday September 4, 2017, I went to return the umbrella during the evening and the cashier at the time told me to come back during the day after 9 AM. I returned Monday September 7, 2017 around 3 PM to make my refund. Two cashiers took my umbrella out of its packaging and started speaking to each other in a foreign language in front of me. Then they told me that I can't refund it because it's broken. I told them I unknowingly bought it that way. Then they brought the manager to the front and he proceeded to verbally attack me by indirectly accusing me of lying and indirectly accusing me of breaking the umbrella. He claimed that he didn't believe me because I was the only customer they've ever had try to return an item that was sold broken. He then told me that I had the item for two weeks already and that I shouldn't have waited so long to return it. I assumed the store's refund policy allowed customers up to 30 days to return something. I did not see a refund policy posted anywhere in this store and the manager didn't even bother to tell me what their refund policy was. I continued to constantly request a refund, but he continued to ignore me and interrupt me with his rant on how I'm lying and how I broke the umbrella. At one point, I even told him I have no reason to steal an umbrella. I even bluntly told them that they sold me a broken umbrella and I just want to refund it. The manager started condescendingly telling me how most customers check their items when they buy them instead of waiting "two weeks" to return them. I don't understand how I could have done this because they keep their umbrellas hidden behind the counter and I've yet to visit one store that actually allows customers to open an item out of its packag ing and examine it before buying it. I asked for a refund, but I realized he was very reluctant to refund my money for the broken item that was sold to me; so I settled for an unprofessional exchange. The manager eventually gave me another umbrella and told me to examine it in front of him, and I told him the new one was fine. He then said to not "do that" again or else they won't let me refund (which they still did not), and he started walking away. In every store I've made an exchange with, the cashier rang up my item and gave me a receipt (and possibly had me fill out paperwork in rare occasions). This manager just walked away while I waited for a receipt or some proof of exchange, then another cashier told me that it's done and I could leave. I felt attacked and embarrassed because of the manager having made a scene in public and having treated me so disrespectfully in front of other customers. That was extremely unprofessional for a store employee to have accused a customer of lying and to have knowingly sold broken products to his customers but not even care. He was even more unprofessional by not giving me a receipt or some sort of proof of exchange.

My job wouldn't be so bad if we actually had a boss that cared about the store. If the system goes down in the store, he won't answer his phone. If one of his employees gets assaulted by a customer he won't answer his phone. If all the gas pumps go down, he won't answer his phone.Mind you I work over night! The mother of his kid is a manager at another store, and she comes to our meetings and complain how we the employees need to do better because he needs to spend more time with his kids.(who does that?) This is a corporate store so why is she even here. His personal life ain't our problem! This store isn't in the greatest part of town, but the main problem is the manager. Every time we get a got worker here they quit because the manager just doesn't help with anything. He has a fake HR number posted and a fake field consultant number posted, now tells you what kind of person be is!

This particular 7-11 is basically setting it's own rules and interpretations, and is not honoring a manufacturer coupon. Of course, I will never step foot in this store again.

There was a black woman sitting on a stool holding a computer that didnt even egnolege us! Then a young man with glasses came out of the bathroom and apologized for her extremely rude behavior! I want her fired or talked to or i will never go to that store again!

OK everyone here's the deal. 7 eleven policy is we must ID everyone who appears under the age of 30 and we cannot accept expired ID. Due to the fact that many expired IDs are sold or found after someone discards them and are altered and used
fraudulently we must have a Valid ID or its our job if we get caught. Most business have enacted this policy or will soon.

We hate to lose a sale so please to blame the clerk, blame all the losers out there using old ids for criminal activity and making things harder on the rest of us

Most 7-11 will not accept home printed coupons. also if the coupon wont scan we cannot accept it. due to massive coupon fraud
it must be a recognised coupon and must scan at the register for the store to receive credit. Unlike independent retailers who just mail the coupons in, 7-11 stores must send coupons to a 7-11 clearing house and must follow 7-11 coupon policy to receive credit.

once again the few bad cust have made it more difficult for the rest.

7-Eleven unprofessional conduct

Employee's name: Andy (female. Caucasian. 5'2-5'3. Heavy Built. Brown hair, blond highlights. Brown eyes. Round face, light freckles.)

I went in to 7-11 with my husband at about 8:30pm, August 14th 2009, who was at the time considering getting a double gulp refill. Please keep in mind that we are regulars at this particular 7-11, and the employee of question should know to respect not only customers, but ones who still keep them in business after they removed their gas pumps.

The employee, Andy, constantly bothers the privilege to poke my stomach. Each time i keep giving her the answer of No. I feel uncomfortable with people getting near my "baby bump, " let alone the understanding of why people would want to suddenly touch a pregnant person in the first place. It is not a socially acceptable behavior to go around poking people just because you felt the need to do so.

This time however, she decided to take measures into her own hands, and after hearing me say "no" once again, she responded with "Well your a ### now arnt you?" To which i finished off the conversation with "I will be now that you've crossed the line."

In my walking away, she had even reported to my husband my "###" ways, because she wouldn't get her way to poke my stomach, and thus, he himself felt insulted with her statements.

The http://www.7-eleven.com website has no customer complaint service, and i plan to go to 7-11 in the morning and complain directly at the manager. If that fails, guess who will be calling the BBB?

The way that Andy handled the situation was unprofessional conduct, and had she even made an action at me even after I said no, would have easily called the police for both harassment, and battery. I will not tolerate a person like that working behind a counter.

If she does that to me, god knows what she could be doing to everyone else she meets.

7-11 IS THE WORST CONVENIENCE STORE IN THE MARKET, THE STORES ARE FILTHY, THEY NEVER CLEAN THEM.
THEY ALSO HAVE THESE REALLY SLOW PEOPLE THAT CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH HARDLY AT ALL, THAT IS
SOOO RUDE. I GUESS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LONG LINES AT THE COUNTER AND THAT IT IS PISSING PEOPLE OFF.
THAT ALONE IS WHY I NEVER SHOP AT 7-11 ANYMORE AND INSTEAD USE QT'S STORES.
THEY ARE CLEAN AND NICE AND FAST.
I GET WHAT I WANT AND THEY ARE NICE, CLEAN AND CHECK ME OUT WITH A SMILE AND QUICKLY.
QT RULES AND 7-11 SUCKS

7-Eleven extremely rude teller.

I need to rant and get this out of me.

So i go downtown this morning to work and step into 7-11. Some blonde crackhead looking chick is working there. I get 3.00$ or so worth of candy (I didnt count it, it was between 2.50 and 3.00$) so i just said charge me 3.00$. You know what she does? She says, THERES NO ###ING WAY THATS 3.00$ THATS AT LEAST 4-5$. i said Excuse me? Number one you dont swear at a customer, Number 2 i dont appreciate being called a liar.. so she goes and gets 2 pads of foam paper to count it out on, i said i dont have time for this, forget it, keep your candy. she responds WHAT A ###ING WASTE and HURLS the bag of candy across the store...

This absolutly ruined my day i could not stop thinking about it..

So around 2pm I called up the Manager Gideon who seemed like a complete teenager.. I say i was in there earlier and told him what hapened. He said she counted it out afterwards and it was 3.50$ YOUR A ###ING THIEF AND YOUR BANNED FROM MY STORE. I cut him off and said HOW DARE YOU Treat a customer like that. Thiefery or not Unintentional or not you do NOT swear at a customer. He got all immature and kept calling me a Mother###ing thief and telling me never to come around again..

You folks in Canada are very forgiving I'm afraid I would have "clocked" someone in that store. But you must admit that the story does seem far fetched with both the cashier and manager curing you and just saying charge me this or that is NOT the way business in conducted, cashier rings it up, you want it you pay for if if you feel the amount is correct. If there is a dispute you note it and either pay for the items or leave.

It wasn't the money that needed to be counted but the candy. However, the point is valid. If you don't want the cashier to count it than make sure you know the number, than you'd be more valid in saying this is ridiculous. It doesn't take that long to count candy and as a customer you should always be prepared that they have the write to count it out to be sure.
To the cashier, that's no way to treat a customer even if you don't believe them! What a ###. Not to mention now she has to clean up the mess she made.
The manager, very unprofessional! AndyT should ask to talk to the Field Consultant for that store because there was no reason to act this way

Okay well 1) she has to ring up the candy to find out the exact amount, you don't decide what you'll pay and 2) this doesn't even sound like a true story

If this is a true story then I'm sure you provoked it ... you said you didn't have time for her to count your money? Are you serious, that's how buying stuff works ... they ring it out and count your money to make sure you have enough.

Seriously now... this story is unbelievable.

7-Eleven rude cashier

I went to 7/11 today just to exchange some change I had as I was going to do Laundry. I had 1 dollar exactly in dimes, nickles and pennies that I simply wanted to change and the cashier was so disrespectful towards me it was unreal. I had the change already prepared as a dollar total and asked her if I may change it to 4 quarters or a loonie, which ever is easier and she yelled at me...the entire store was stareing at me and the best part is there were two Cops in the store getting drinks. Even they stopped what they were doing to look. She claimed I am too much of a bother to her to ask for a 1 dollar exchange. She was yelling at me telling me to go away and roll the money before she will do anything for me. I stood there shocked that this woman, grown woman at that would yell at me for doing something that is so simple and natural. She slammed her hand on the counter, shocked the hell out of me and told me to go and roll it! The cops were behind me at this point. I stepped aside assuming they would calm her down but they paid for their drinks and left just giving her strange looks as if she may need some medial attension. I came forward as I had rolled part of the change and she continued to complain about me in the store as I stood there...I told her she has no right to disrespect ppl and act the way she is acting. She yelled louder saying she didn't do anything. I gave examples of the things she was doing and even told her she slammed her hand on the counter like im a criminal or something. I had to threaten to get her fired before she exchanged my change for 1 simple dollar! This is absolute sillyness. I understand working isn't ever fun no matter what the job is but that woman had no right to treat me like im the dirt she walks on her way to work. I wish business owners would make their criteria a little more strickt before they go off hireing crabby old women. Perhaps then daily life wouldn't be quite as stressful and just unnessessary.

7/11 is not a bank.

For her to suggest that you go "roll" the coins first, and for you to say that you only rolled "part of the change", gives an indication that you probably had a lot of coins. In a "convienience" store you were not making it very convienient for other customers who would have had to wait.

7-Eleven unfairness of employees

About 2 weeks ago I was working with my employee named Atul(30yrs old) and I'm 19 yrs old and he had asked me to the movies. I said no because i have a boyfriend and he acted fine towards me and told me to fill the kooler twice and take garbage out so I did. The next day my manager told me that Atul said I didn't do any work that day, which i thought was rediculous because i was constantly working that day. I talked to my store owner Sagar about it and he told me he could easily find someone else for the job and he told me I had to apologize to Atul. Atul had also tried to kiss my coworker Heather and told her he loved her and wanted to marry her but he said no because she has a boyfriend with two children. This week I was only given 24 hours when i normally get 32-40 hours of work. I believe this is very unfair but I can not talk to my boss any farther about this. If there is something i can do please let me know because at this point I am stuck in a very unfair situation and I do not know how to resolve this without quitting the job. Thank and please get back to me.

Just sent this email to some people at corporate. Figured I'd pass it along.

"""""Hello,

(I want to start this by saying that I am unsure of whom I am supposed to send this email to)

My name is Benjamin Anderson, and I was employed at a 7-Eleven store (2605 Silver Star Road, Orlando, FL location) for several months during the year of 2010. I have put this email off for some time because of my busy school and work schedule. There were several reasons why I ended my employment with the company, but the primary reason was the store manager, Andrew. He was inconsiderate, and immature. I was working one night and noticed that there were an unusually large amount of waste sandwiches. (In excess of 30) I saw that it was company policy that we were supposed to donate them, but we always just threw everything away. But when I began ringing in all of the sandwiches, I started to feel really guilty for throwing it all away. So I asked a coworker, who asked Andrew, if I could contact a homeless shelter or something so that the food wouldn't go to waste. He told me if I liked my job, I would throw it all away. This kind of corporate waste makes me sick, and is one of the biggest reasons why I am writing.

The second reason I am writing is because this was the final straw for my continued employment. Before I began working there, I let Andrew know that my college education came first. I was going to a nearby school (Full Sail University) where I was going to school 8 hours a day roughly five days a week. One day, I came in and I was scheduled for shift that would require me to go 24 hours on about 3 hours of sleep and this went on for over a week. I told Andrew that this was going to be impossible for me and that my school had priority. His response was "But it doesn't conflict with your schedule". Which was correct, but it didn't allow me enough sleep. When I told him that I needed to be able to be sleep of I wouldn't be able to perform my job or school work, he replied, "You can sleep when you're dead." This was the very minute I quit. I have not spoken with him since this day.

Sorry if this is directed to the wrong person, but I couldn't find the proper email address.

Thanks for your time and understanding,

Benjamin Anderson"""""

you need to consult a lawyer...this is sexual harassment...workplace sexual harassment.also start writing things down. time, date and place where the events occurred. write down what was said and who said it. write down anything they did to you. it wont cost you anything to talk to a lawyer. consultations are usually free. if the lawyer takes the case and wins then 7-11 has to pay the fees. and you wont have to worry about working there. 7-11 will settle and you'll get a few hundred thousand dollars.

7-Eleven food that fell on the floor put right back in the pan with other food to be cooked and served to the public

Around 6.05a. M. On wed. June 3, 2009 I went into the 711 to get a cup of coffee on my way to work. After pouring my coofee I went to the counter to pay for it. But didn't at first see a employee, when I looked to by left I note a male employee, slight stocky in build, aroung 6feet tall slighty balding on top of his head putting frozen chicken wingletts in a oven tray with no gloves on but that then really bother me because he was pouring them in out of a plastic bag, when about 3 of them fell on the floor. I watch him, and he did the unthingable he picked them up and put them right in the pan to be cooked with the other food he poured in I couldn't beleived my eyes. When he turned around to come to the counter and saw me he looked shocked. And I could'nt contained myself, I said so 711 now serves its coustomer food of the floor. He never said a word. And I said it again by this time, the other 711 employee came out and around the counter and just looked at both of us. He was tall and more slender. I called the 1800 number of the window, but so fall no one has called me I realized 711 does not care of eats dirty food of the floor because its being served by its employees I guess they saved money when food his drop on the dirty rat infested germ infested floors.

7-Eleven discrimination

I got back from the gym tonight at 4:45 AM, stopped by the local 7/11 to purchase a lotto ticket, and this guy working there already was looking at me in the rudest way, as I approached the counter he immediately rolled his eyes, and walked over slowly like I was taking up his precious time or something, I asked him if I can purchase a lotto ticket, and he looked at me without saying anything like I was stupid or something, I repeated myself again, "Can I purchase a lottery ticket please?" Then he just looked at me with the smuggest expression on his face like I wasn't worth his time, and replied, I'm sorry? In a mocking manner, I became a little agitated and repeated myself again. "Can I purchase a lottery ticket please?" He then paused for about 5 or 6 seconds just staring at me smiling the entire time, and replied, "no, lotto, " so I was like, "umm ok? why not?" He told me to come back at 6AM and I was really annoyed because its obvious he was pulling my leg, and I asked him for his name (wasn't wearing his name tag, shirt untucked, his huge gut was hanging out of his uniform, and he had the most pungent odor, he practically reeked of curry and body odor) He said his name was Rajt, I asked him to spell it out for me and write it down so I could tell his manager tomorrow, he didn't care or take it seriously, (7/11 is a franchise, so his brother or uncle probably owns the store anyways)...

He just stood there smiling at me like I was stupid, and gestured to talk into his ear, I told him, "Dude... I'm not getting close to that thing, you smell of really disgusting b/o, I don't know where you've been, or what you've been doing, there's no way I'm getting near you! Just write it down and I'll be on my way!" Then he just takes out a paper and pen, and throws it on the counter, and told me to write it out, I had enough, and was like fine, whatever... he spelled it out (took him like 2 minutes to both recite his name, and for me to understand him through his thick accent) I told him, "Look I know this is probably a family business, and you probably won't get in any trouble which is why you're acting so rude to me, but I did not do anything to deserve this, I was respectful of you when I came in, you on the other hand have your shirt untucked, no nametag, you smell really bad, and on top of all that your freaking gut is hanging out for God sakes! You need to be more professional when you come to work, this is not the way I think you need to represent your family's business..." As I was telling him this he looked at me jokingly, and lifted his arms to smell his armpits one by one, so I told him, "You know what... I don;t care anymore, whatever problems you're having with your life, don't take it out on me, you areby far the worst employee I have ever dealt with!" I took his pen that he made me write his name down with and tried to hand it to him, but he just leaned back on the counter with his arms crossed looking at me still smiling, so I got fed up, and sank to his level... I tossed the pen towards him on the floor behind the counter and walked off.

OK since no one has posted I will.

The clerk was telling the truth. the lotto machine shuts off around 1 or 2 am and you cannot sign back on till 6am
this is the California lottery's system and 7-11 has no control of it. it automatically shuts down around 1am or 2am at the latest

7-Eleven fuel

On the 4th of february 2009 on my way home from work(Sydney Int Airport) I stopped to put fuel in my car at the 7-Eleven store in Arncliffe. I had about 100Kms till empty before I refilled and I put 36.4 Litre's in. I had 510kms till empty when I departed the store. I did about 40 kms and had to pull off the M5 West bound as the car started to run ruff and back fire. I got the car home and it started to stall. I called nrma and they seem to think that theres water in the fuel. I will be having the car towed to have the fuel drained tomorrow but who will pay for this? I rang the 7-eleven store and the staff member there told me to make a complaint and he didn't care. I asked him if he would warn other people that put the fuel into there cars and he was quite rude. He told me it wasn't the 7-elevens fuel it was BP to blame. Is it?

I had similar issues with 7 Elven 98 Octane petrol. I filled it from thier new Castle Hill store. My car stalled wiht in 1 KM. Mercedes service centre has advised me that the bad fuel has caused this. There was element of water present in the fuel I filled in.

7 Eleven advised me that they have done thier testing and I am the only one to complain. Massive repair bills due to this. I would request if any one had this issues to come forward.

The fill date was 21/09/09. So if you have been effected please come forward and send your complain to fuel@7eleven.com.au. You can contact me as well on [protected].

These people need more proof and complaint and they dont care about Mercedes or any other service assesesment.

7-Eleven - price gouging on soda refills

I walked into the 7-11 as I have been for years getting a product I am sure most people have purchased on a regular basis. A soda refill. What is a soda refill? Thank you for asking. It's when you REUSE the SAME cup you originally bought NEW at 7-11, to REFILL it with your favorite soda. On the side of any fountain soda station, are the prices for the...

7-Eleven racial discrimaination

Racial discrimination
I walked into 7-eleven to buy a case of beer. On October 1st around 12-1230am. I had to wait on line about 15 mins for service. There were to employees in the store at the time. One behind the register a light skinned guy by the name of Mike. I asked if he was busy can could he service me he just looked at me a smurked. About two minutes later this african american gentleman walks in and they just start shooting the ###. And then he sold him a pack of black and mild and the young man left. I once again said excuse me can you ring me up. He looked at me and called someone from th back to ring me up at the register who just so happen to be an older white man. He rung me up I took my beer and left. I have neverbeen so discriminated against before in my life. This young man was rude and unprofessional i will never step foot in another 7-eleven, due to my experience at this store ever again.

Strolled in 7 Eleven to cash a 10.00 ticket, line is long so I walked around looking for something good to eat and drink. I noticed the slupree machine checking out the flavors, thinking I have my spare cups out side in the car. I stood in the long line to cash my ticket, cashed it, went to the car to get spare cup. My fault coming line is still long holding my cup up they could not see I kept walking when I noticed I came to far in now standing in front of the slupree machine. I shouted refill everyone heard me, the manager came out point blank you stold that cup but you can have it . I smiled then explained and explained with a smile her and her team still did not believe me. Still didn't believe me. I did get up set my slurpee dumped that slupree and got another refill.

7-Eleven rude cashier

The cashier was supposed to be waiting on me and instead of finishing with me he said do your debit card and went to the next cash register and started ringing up more people. I wanted to ask for some scratch off tickets but he was in too much of a rush with me. When he helped the next person at the other cash register he was asked to get some lotto tickets and different things and wasn't acting all impatient then. I just felt very uncomfortable. No how are you today ...hello...just kind of cold. After helping a couple of other customers and getting back to me I didn't bother asking for the scratch off tickets becasue I felt I was taking too much time for him even though he didn't spend more than a m inute max helping me.

I had a young lady at the 7-eleven on Dorsey Road in Hanover Maryland accuse me of stilling $3 worth of gas. I hadn't even been to the pump to pump any gas and the pump was showing a $11.41 sent refund when I was trying to get $15 worth of gas. She asked me if I had pumped any gas, mind you I wasn't even claiming the refund. I just wanted my $15 dollars worth of gas that I had already paid for. I had to stand there while she went to the back to check the camera to see if I had already pumped some gas. When I tried to pay for the gas in the first place they said that someone already had $10 on my pump but, I was the only one sitting at my pump. Anyway turns out it was a malfunction of the pumps because when I moved to another one we still had a problem. She didn't apologize or anything, she just ordered the other young lady to come outside and help me. I'm going to see the district manager on this one, because that same young lady yelled at me for not ordering my food when she wanted me to.
