Vera Tungate is a coach for Global Pro Systems, Inc. I found a link that urged me to work form home called 6figurefrenzy. I went to the site and it said $9.95 for a kit. Not much else in the way of anymore charges nor having to return the kit if I decided I didn't want to go further. So I got paid for the kit to see exactly what it was. It was suppose to be sent overnight but I didn't get it until the 2nd day. I actually thought it would take longer since I didn't pay attention to (overnight). I read it, decided it was no different than so many others of the same business. I answered one of her emails on May 2nd and asked "How much is this business going to cost me? Having a coach is not cheap nor free." A few hours later she sent back "Lets set an appointment soi can explain everything We are not coaches we are mentors. No charges for us to help you build your business.)(lie #1)(these are important words, NO CHARGES FOR US TO HELP YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS)
I never answered anymore emails from Vera Tungate until I found a pending charge on my bank account on May 17th of $39.99. I found an email with her phone number and called. Naturally she did not answer, I left an explicit message that she had better put back that money since I never authorized it and if she didn't I would seek an attorney and file charges with the attorney general. I also sent an email to the same effect. She called me immediately and told me that I had to send back the "kit" and then she would return the money and in the disclaimer in the kit that if the "kit" was not returned a $39.99 charge would be charged to the person's account. I told her I would find it the kit and return it. she gave me an address with which to send it back. When I found the so called kit I looked at the disclaimer on the inside front page and on page 22, I saw no such disclaimer that she claimed.(lie #2) I emailed her back telling her I read the disclaimer in both places and found no such disclaimer and told her again, "I found the "package" and I read it again which now makes 3x. Nowhere does the disclaimer (in the front of the booklet nor in the back (on page 22 bottom)) does it say that I have to return it nor does it say that you are going to charge me an additional 39.99. If that money is taken out of our account I will seek an attorney and I will send the "packet" to the attorney general and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Do I make myself clear?"

I found out that the actual cost of the kit was $8.95 collected by a collection agency (the CBE group in IA)Why was a collection agency collecting the initial money for her? I have no problem with the initial $8.95. Since then I have found a website dedicated to telling about the scam that this company (GPS) is and another complaint by another person who obviously does not know how to go about making complaints to get results and the BBB has several against the company who corrected the problem. Ms Vera Tungate is refusing to refund the $39.99 which is all I ask and not to have anymore contact with her or her company unless I return said kit which I actually feel I paid for. The kit is only a pamphlet with testimonials, telling what you can do with money of the type they claim you can make and stupid DVD that I never even looked at because it would not say anything about the business unless you paid for the actual program. They are not stupid to give you the info unless you actually paid for the program. Look into this woman and the company she is an affiliate with. This seems to be a theft scam by deception. There should be something that tells a person that there are other charges if you don't want to continue, be placed within the booklet itself and on the cover sheet that is provided with the booklet.

Just got the dvd and pamphlet. This lady, Patricia Cruz, has been trying to get a hold of me continuously even before I received the packet by FEDEX. After reading your complai, I might as well had thrown away the $9.95 it cost me. DAMN!

I do not know if I have the packet for 6 Figure Frenzy or Vemma. I did have packing number and order number paper from Global Pro System showing instructions about how to use the booklet and the dvd, The DVD was empty!

I also got scammed but by a lady called Connie Raisch. I was charged 50 GBP immediately, when I thought I was on a free trial. I got in touch by email on Google+ and she said she would try to stop the shipment of my packet. (I did not know I was going to receive a packet, from Fedex courrier or any other courrier for that matter). I tried to listen to the dvd inside the packet when I received it, but there wasn't anything on it. I wanted to cancel but she told me I could only do that by phoning a USA phone number, which I could never afford on my small pension. I asked her if I could not cancel through her or by another method. I am completely stumped now.
