Yesterday there was a large order placed yesterday was July 30th 2017 I thought my daughter had placed the order all she had done with selecting the items she did not go to court and process it I'm not sure how it happened but it is a huge order and there is no way she would have done it because she knows I don't have the money and she know she don't have no money I'd like to know how you order in the cart got submitted and so I heard today and requested that it all be cancelled and none of it was supposed to be processed before August 2nd so I hurry to get it done to get a cancelled and now they're telling me that lot of the items are already processed and being shipped are waiting for store
wish app
I did not receive my order from the Wish app that I aplaces. It was supposed to be here by now. The only information I received upon purchase was the order number, never a tracking number but the money was debited from my card for the purchase. Also, now it's showing that I never placed an order so it no longer exists but my money was not refunded.

money being debited from my account twice
There has been a debit twice form my bank account from wish.com for the same amount How can i being paying twice, Once on friday 28 July 2017 when i made the purchase and then again the 30 July 3017(Sunday Evening)
I want that money returned to my account, I dont know who authorized it, I have proof of which i cant display online showing my account i need answers urgently
no support service nor refund for faulty items
Found that a complaint about a faulty product could not be registered successfully. My complaint kept returning me to a sales section of the Wish website. No support at all. And impossible to get a refund. The product, a Toshiba external hard drive, did not function at all. Here is the Order ID: 595781f658507be6f1fd264e. Terrible company and no support.

I ordered a five kinds of animal face mask set, Korean face masks, for 14 dollars on May 27, 2017. I was told it would be here around June 18, 2017, and it is now July 30, 2017 and still have not received the package at all. I had ordered the product from the store victory001. I would either like my money back or get the item that I paid for 2 month ago. I have the app and have tried leaving a question on how to fix this problem and what i should do, but never got a reply back. I hope that this will be taken care of, quite disappointed.

I ordered the product on 6/19/17. My credit card was charged, but I haven't received it yet. I had an e-mail saying I would get it by July 6th-9th. A few days later another one saying by July 20th. Since then nothing. If possible I would still like to receive this product. I hope someone can do something about this. I did order from Wish in the past and hope to continue.

I recently received an email stating I had made a purchase for $76.10 usd. A transaction number was quoted as 1lk285555v2327445 and payment was through PayPal. I have no account with you and have NEVER placed any order with you. This is fraud and should any money go out of my bank account then I will be involving a soliciter and the police. I don't even know the company and have no dealings with it

I ordered my items on 7/26/ 2017, on 7/28/2017 I received 20 wish messages telling me my orders would be refunded to me and my card reimbursed with in 15 business days. I logged on to see what was going on, the messages indicated that I requested a refund ( which I did not) then it stated that there was a problem with my account ( which there is not) then when I went to customer support for purchases it wanted my email and a screen shot of my bank statement using you. What the hell is this garbage?. I check my online account which was charged the 313 dollars for items. So it takes you guys no time to take my money, but they you can't keep an order then I have to want 15 days for a reimbursement? And I can't even talk to a human person because your contact support number is garbage as well. IF my order is not fixed and I can't receive items I bought and it takes you 15 days to reimburse me I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS FRAUD COMPANY TO THE ( BBB ) and you can take my word on it.

I ordered "womens spring summer dress" #LM437444215CN on june 5 and the order was processed june 6th, I have not recieved it ;
Also I ordered "Boho women chiffon summer casual", order processed may 29th, yet to recieve my package;
Again, "women elastic yoga tights leggings", size L, black/green color, I can not locate my order no, but the order was processed on the 29th
I do not know the whereabouts of these products, the tracking is not providing sufficient information.

I placed and paid for an order on Wish.com for my daughters for a total of 8 watches.
my order and payment was confirmed on the same day for an amount of 22 Dollars.
I am not able to track the order as it indicates error on page and that no orders have been placed?
This order went through my bank account on 4 May 2017 and I had to disappoint my kids because of it.
Please advise me if this is a scam and whether I should alert the authorities.

Recently we ordered 2 LED Glow Hand Spinners:

ZWY store, location Shenzhen (base on information)
delivery to Concord, Ontario, Canada.
We placed an order on May 28, 2017 and the delivery date was estimated by July 3, 2017.
We still never received it. Contacting Support did not help - the item should be delivered within 29 business days since it shipped which is long time ago. Latest update shows: "shipment information received" on My 29, 2017 and the last part of update -" the item departed facility in Shenzhen" on June 2, 2017 while the estimated delivery by July 3, 2017 as I mentioned before.
Please deliver it ASAP and also provide us with information where it is now and what happened. It is a birthday gift so if it cannot be delivered by August 3, 2017 we just want full refund.

I ordered my stuff on wish july 12 and refunded 2 items. They said my money will be back on my card by wednesday, july 26 and it's still not back on my card yet and that's a serious problem. And I am still waiting for my money to come back on my card. One of the items was $8.00 which was the phone case and the other item was $5.00 which was a maxi skirt. If I don't get my money back I will go to the higher board and put in another complaint. Y'all should give me that stuff for free and put my money back on my card this is ridiculous, I am disappointed in wish, I will tell all my family and friends to not shop on wish anymore!
application shop is unreasonably banned

From the beginning of the month, I have tried five times, but every time say that there is something wrong with my picture .but I have corrected it seriously and have tried again and again. Because I would like to join the wish store, but today the photo was rejected again and just said because of blunk registration! But I have never blunk registration.I contacted with Chinese customer service, indicating that I did not do any violations and I can also provide any verification.Finally, they just said there is no way to lift the ban. But I want to say that ban my account due to bulk registration.Now I have no channels to appeal. This is an irrational refusal.

My debit card has been blocked for the past eighteen days all attempts to unblock it have been unsuccessfull after I have sent them a photo of my card like they wanted still no change I can not contact customer service through there app to get a refund on a shirt I got off of them because of the block on my debit card I would like to get this resolved before my 30 day warranty runs out in a couple of days
