50 & Samsung Plasma Tv / The tv has a primary circuit board default and it won't show a good picture.
I am absolutely UNSATISFIED with all of the BS that is going on with this "new" tv. My first plasma and it goes out in less than a month. The service department does not operate in a professional manner and does not return any phone calls. There is no communication with your corp. office and the local office that the tv was purchased..you guys need to stand behind your merchandise a lot better than you do. I feel that my tv should be replaced and not looking for parts here and there or from the manufacturer. Yes, I know i didn't buy and extended warranty with the store and i had 10 days to return it, but who thinks that a "new" plasma tv is going to go out in less than a month...and with a major problem. I have been without a tv since it has gone down and how am i supposed to happy with my new toy! Fix this problem ASAP if you would, please, and stay in contact with me in some way, shape or form..BE PROFESSIONAL and consider that i am a CASH paying customer and not a credit purchaser..Sincerely UNSATISFIED, Jim Fulton..[protected]
