Several times we have had items printed with 4Over and when we received the products, the colors were WAY off (blues were purple, skin tones were orange, etc). It was then that I checked their FAQ, and saw they needed their CMYK to have at least a 30% spread between Cyan and Magenta, and I called them to make sure I got everything the way they needed it (I had them stay on the phone with me while I did it). So I resubmitted a new file for the same job following the instructions.

The image colors were still off from what I had on my screen and what I could print on my printers. A third order was placed, and that one was also off. While they insisted it was a problem with the original file I had submitted, the print on the side of the box they sent had the right colors, as well as the prints I could make on my printers here. I explained this to them, and the story changed to the fact that bulk run offset jobs will be slightly off because they run multiple jobs at once. I then explained that if I told my customers that my product was inferior because I did multiple jobs at once, I'd lose my customers. If all of my printers AND their warehouse printer can get the colors right based on the file I sent, why can't their super expensive printing equipment do it? I have never had this problem with the other printers I've worked with in the past. Initially, I only tried 4Over because they were slightly less expensive than my current printer. Now I know why. It is not worth the hassle, frustration, and poor quality to save a few dollars. I'm going back to my original supplier.

Varaz, what I didn't mention is that I gave 4Over one more chance after speaking with someone on the phone. It took 2 transfers to get me to someone who could even tell me EXACTLY the print specifications for CMYK variance percentages they wanted (and why this was important to them even though it was not important to other print houses I've used), used the template THEY provided and recreated my design, and sent them a new file. It was still wrong. Every other printer I've been to has been able to faithfully reproduce the colors.

Oh, and as far as that snarky comment about hiring a "real designer?" Well, I didn't design the originals. My "real designer" did (who's been doing this for years), with my input. That's not the problem. 4Over will not get my business because when I had problems that could be objectively assessed (and they were at fault), they did not take care of me, and instead gave me excuses. To put it bluntly, the lower cost doesn't warrant crappy products and customer service, and so I will go elsewhere.

P.S. My company is neither a re-seller nor is it a print broker, so while it is possible (but not probably) they TRY to only work with re-sellers or print brokers, that is definitely not the case.

Horrible color! Then i rush a 2-day order and it takes 5 days! Never again will i use them. They printed 1000 folders wrong! Then my 2-day reprint order takes 5 days. I own a graphic design agency and i cant afford to work with sterrible companies like 4 Over. Ill stick w the best family run shop in Burbank, Creative Letterpress. THEY ARE AMAZING! Ive never had an issue like this. And the customer service is beyond autrocious!

I just wanted to let you know what a disappointment 4OVER is. I have tried applying for a trade account, they kept rejecting my application, telling me that I do not qualify. Each time that I called, it was a different story. I was told that we didn't have a website, i provided that. I was told that they needed a tax ID, I provided that. Now the last person told me that they need some kind of certificate. Seriously? We have been publishing since 2011 and it is very verifiable. I am not going to apply for a trade account as an individual, what would I do with that? It's sad when a big Company like this don't even have their stories straight. You pick and choose. Goodluck. I don't even know what I wanted with this company to begin with.

And heres yet another vote of no confidence for 4over... Out of maybe a dozen orders over the past couple years, I have yet to have a job printed where the reds or anything containing red (magenta) is correct, sometimes close, but usually way off. I've had sets of postcards and biz cards with exact same color graphics only variations in text (locations or people) come out with very noticeable hue changes. After my first go around sometime in 2011, and several complaints or reprints... after talking with several managers and quality control people, it wasn't until late 2014 and after I had them reprint a card with skin tones, 4 times, that someone finally explained to me.. "Our reds run hot.".. "Ok, is there an ICC Profile or some sort of formula I can use on my end to fix"... "No"... "So, mainly, you're telling me, it's hit or miss, or complete guesswork.".. "Unfortunately we don't color match.".. "I understand, it's gang run etc... but you haven't even colored matched between your own plants or the same exact file on 10000 print run."
I don't know how they do it... I don't know how they stay afloat or continue to grow... I don't know how they have so many satisfied customers. They must be doing something right, I just can't figure out what?
For cheap throw away stuff, or anything which isn't color critical, they're fast and convenient... thats the only plus. Though I did just place an order In Jan 2016. Small order 250 biz cards (x2), had them drop shipped (from Miami location to Raleigh), customer called me to say that the pinks looked nothing like what she had viewed in print I gave her, or in pdf or on iPhone, iPad, etc. Instead of subtle, it was almost hot pink. Apparently the red issue is still ongoing.

Does anyone understand what 4Over's Redtag is all about. It sounds like it is direct marketing to retail and than they give 10% or so to a registered reseller. Not sure.

I really don't know where to start with how much I dislike this company and the way they run their business...

First, let's just say the ONLY reason that I have returned to this company is because I am required to use them as a vendor in my current job. However, after only 3 orders... and all 3 orders resulting in me having to call and talk to a manager about them... I'm willing to risk my job and find a different vendor. Below is just a BREIF list of the issues I have had with them.

1. Their website NEVER loads properly. I have to open it up in different internet browsers and wait for 10 minutes and pray that at least one browser will actually load the site. Even then, when the site finally does load, it either doesn't load properly and I have to work with a beta loaded version of the site or it just freezes. With my last order, it took me 2 HOURS just to place an for 3 items! I repeat, 2 HOURS for 3 ITEMS!

2. They only give you an hour from the minute they send you the email stating that your proof is ready to approve or deny your proof- and if you don't approve/deny the proof within that time limit, they automatically approve it and send it to production! Again... an hour from the MINUTE THEY HIT SEND. Not from the minute you open your email, guranteeing that you've seen that your proof is ready... Not from the minute you load your proof, so God forbid their website has issues loading (see #1). My first order I placed with them, I didn't see the email till 2 hours after they had sent it (because I have a business to run and can't sit at a computer waiting on emails to come through... and I actually help the customers that come through my door), then it took me over an hour just to get the proofs to load on my computer... so 3 hours later when I was able to finally see the proof and see that they were WRONG, I tried calling to see if we could quick change them. They told me "No, because they are already in production". As much as I admire speed in my vendors, I also admire accuracy. They told me that I couldn't even cancel the order (keep in mind this is only 3 hours after I had placed the order... and still in the middle of the business day). After spending WAY too much time on the phone talking to their customer service AND a manager, I finally got it through their heads that they would have to cancel the order because I wasn't going to pay for an order that I couldn't use because they weren't willing to fix my proof for me (all because they don't allot enough time for you to be able to actually sit down and look over your proof)... Unless you want to pay for a proof that will give you more time to actually look it over... (They will nickel and dime you for everything!)

3. They will charge you separate shipping on EVERY SEPARATE ITEM ON YOUR ORDER! Regardless of the fact that it is all placed on the same order. For example: if you order 3 sets of business cards for 3 different people, you will be charged shipping for each set of cards. Then they will ship them all separately. So instead of boxing up the 3 sets of cards in 1 box and shipping them to save you on shipping, packaging, saving gas, money, etc etc... you are charged double/ triple/ quadruple/ X however many separate items you have in your cart at the time of purchase. THEN if you call them to ask why or if they can package it all together to save money/etc. they give you the excuse that YOU didn't select "Group shipping" at the time of checkout. After 3 order, I have yet to see "group shipping" at any of my check outs... and that is also dependent on whether or not you can even get the site to load properly in the first place just to complete the order (again, see #1). Industry stadandard is "group shipping". This company will find any and every way to nickel and dime you to death.

4. Anytime you call customer service, they find some sort of excuse to blame whatever the issue is on the customer. "YOU didn't check your proof within an hour, so we automatically sent it to production", "YOU didn't select group shipping when you checked out (regardless of whether it is actually on there or not)", "We finished your order early, so regardless of whether or not it got on the UPS truck on time, it's still not our issue so it doesn't matter if you will get part of your order late"
I have heard more EXCUSES from this company that actually talked with anyone willing to actually try and HELP their customers out. I understand if I screwed something up in the ordering process... however when I try to be proactive and fix the issue, all I get is "(Insert Excuse here) and there's nothing we can do"... They draw you in with their cheap prices, but then screw you over if you need to fix anything.

I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE... not even my worst enemy! I don't care if their prices are low, if you can't back that up with superior customer service, then all I'm doing is paying low prices to get screwed. I would rather pay a little bit higher prices and have customer service that actually HELPS OUT their customers. Like I have stated before, I have only ordered with them 3 times so far (and only because I am required to), and each time I have ended up on the phone with a manager speaking in not-so-pleasant tones about how they run their business. Yet, nothing gets resolved...

Yep - tried them twice.

I just did a small BC order and it looks like it was printed from a colour copier - really low res. Also had setup sheets included with the job previous and the colours were off.

ME - 30 years of print experience (everything from designing to film stripping and burning and developing plates) as well as a digital pre-press instructor.

They do BAD work. Overpromise and under deliver. Might be as they probably work with local printers and the locals do as cheap a job as possible due to low cost.

4Over is getting worse and worse... The latest issue we have run into has to do with their alleged "rush fees" - you are able to pay to have an order expedited, as we did with a big important order for a real estate client, this week... We paid almost DOUBLE the normal prices to have the order DONE by today (Friday) - we used the "Next Day + 1" service, which put the completion date for the order as the 5th (today). Well we have been calling and reaching out to them all day to arrange our driver to go pick up the order, but 4Over is now saying that their production time does NOT include the time to ship (obviously) OR pickup the order (what?)/... So basically, I paid nearly DOUBLE for my order to be done today, and they are still claiming it will be done today (although well after business hours, so they will not be open for me to pick up). I have NEVER seen this before - I paid to have my order done today so I could deliver it to my client, but their position is "it will be done as promised, but you can't have it until Monday". What kind of BS is that?

This could be the end of my relationship with 4Over - I am open to any and all other suggestions to find a print company that actually gives a ### about their customers... As much as I am pissed off that they have very misleading "rush" services, I am even more upset at the general apathy and lack of caring on the part of their staff. Not ONE person there was willing to help us out. I guess they don't want our business that bad.

I I own a printing company, but also sub out certain jobs to "trade" shops which have included 4 Over. The last job I sent them was probably over 10 yrs ago and was a flyer with photos and text where the photos were common to both jobs, but one file was Spanish text and the other English. Both print jobs were unsaleable because of the color which was way out on both jobs. Not only that, but both files with the exact same photos were totally different to each other. My complaints went nowhere other than to be told it was my fault as the files were bad. They nevercame up with an explanation as to how two identical picture files were printed differently despite the fact that both looked identical and printed out identical on our shop Canon and Xerox color copiers. My other gripe is that 4 over claim to be a tradeshop and yet they allowedan account when I registered as Brian Epstein of Beatles Co with an Hotmail address. I would have to agree that, based on my personal experience, that they are not an ethical company. However, the fact that they are still in business all these years later would indicate that either they either have been bought out or have new management. I thought that might give them another try but with a simple non time sensitive type job, so I logged in today only to find that my account was closed due to "inactivity"That was the only logical response I have ever had from them. We will see what happens when I request a new account, I get the impression from talking to other shops that once the customer complains they are closed out as with 4Over the customer is always wrong. Interesting that others here have had similar experiences with color jobs.

It is 2012 and still get their blues as purples. I have printed a job with a different printer and got the exact result as I see on my calibrated screen but with 4Over, I get purples, and a slight magenta color cast on the entire job. My printed piece was built in Adobe Illustrator and contains color logos supplied by my client with an image (imported from photoshop) with the exact blue. My first 2 prints-elsewhere-remained consistent, 4Over screwed it up in my last print. I still cant get how I need to pull back the magenta and view an entirely different color scheme on my screen to have the print match something I don't see any more. Customer service cant help me with this problem. I'm reverting back to my old printer even if it takes longer to print.

Yep, after years and years of haggling with 4over ...no more. Others have complained about their shipping cost, but I totally understand that each package is handled by a human (some level of intellect?) and there is labor cost involved. They could put more items into a single shipment however. What pizzed me off was there inability to hold color, and they completely ignored crop marks. Even re-sized the artwork on several occasions. When I called about the off color they said it was because they used a higher line screen than the rest of the planet and I needed to design for better quality printing ...huh? When I inquired about crop marks (several times) they said, "but your picture will get cut off" or "I don't know if we can trim it that tight". Either you can trim within your own advertised 1/8" parameters or you can't. Now I get email every other week ...we want you back, you get the same levels as everyone else, this weekend is triple points, 15% off your next job. They are more about speed than quality, something I can live without.

I have used several online printers and recently decided to give 4Over a try after seeing their advertising so often. My first attempt at placing an order went wrong. I found that you cannot order certain products unless you have spent X amount of dollars to earn points in their loyalty program. They explained that the 4/4 flyer I wanted to order was classified as letterhead in the order system. To me, letterhead is something you use to write a letter on and mail to someone. A flyer is an informational piece. I received a call from their customer service folks who explained to me in condescending tone that all these years I had been wrong and that, in fact, the flyer I wanted to order was letterhead. I promptly ordered from my old reliable folks at Growll and had the order in three days. 4Over is a big company after high volume buyers. Those of us who don't spend megabucks are not wanted or needed. Try ASAP or Growll for better service and caring customer service reps.

Guys, not sure why everyone is complaining here. I am sorry this has happened to everyone. We are a 3 year company and spend over $100, 000+ with 4over and this is only a 1/3 of our spend. We are trying to migrate all of our business to 4over because they have proven to be helpful, refunds are always quick, reprints are quick, turnarounds and pricing are amazing. They sealed the deal when they offered FREE delivery to our location.

Because of them and their model, we are planning to expand to 2 more locations in 2012. They just make it easy, prices are on point, and all our customers are happy. Getting ALL updates via email, to my Blackberry makes it too easy for a small operation of ours to expand.

I am sure there are many horror stories but with all partnerships, you have to work with them until everyone is on the same page. They work for us and only has gave us reasons to expand even more so in a down-market.

Try them again guys.

P.S. I DO NOT agree with their RedTag site. But it has not effected us in anyway. Printing is a huge industry, the pie is far too big for them to even graze your niche or market.

I will let this board know if they help me out.

varaz@4over.com

Hello Varaz, I do not know if you still work for 4over but if you do I could really use some help.

I tried signing up for a 4over.com account about a year ago and I was turned down without a reason. I recently tried to open another 4over account and was again turned down. I have called 3 times, emailed 5 times and still am not getting a response from 4over.com. Are you so busy that you do not care about new customers at all?

I spent nearly $3800.00 with ZooPrinting.com TODAY. I will probably do roughly $700, 000 with Zoo in the next year. I currently own over 70 websites and we do some very serious volume. I have multiple orders that I wished to place with 4over but over the past couple of days I have found other reasonable companies to work with on the items that zoo does not have. Such as Foil, and Tshirts. I wanted to spend my money with 4over so badly that I called my friend David Treacy CEO of a very large marketing firm here in Las Vegas just to ask if I could use his account. Well David informed me that 4over closed his account for a reason in which 4over stated that he was not using the account enough and then they would not reopen the account. Now since this has happened David is doing about 100k a month in printing, and he told me that him and the entire firm will never use 4over because of this.

When I called to try and find out why my account has been turned down, I was on hold for a very long time. I am NEVER on hold for long with Zoo, and it is not because you are that much busier. Finally once I got a hold of a rep, I was told that nobody could help me with why my account was declined. They said call back tomorrow which was today. I called back and got the same answer after another VERY long hold time. The woman informed me to email declined accounts. Which I did a week ago, yesterday, and twice today. My cellular number is on the front page of my website LVPrintandMediaDesigns.com, PrintersinLasVegas.com, Graphic-Design-Company.net, and many many other sites. It is not rocket science to tell or not if I truly am a print broker. I do appreciate that you do not allow my clients to print with you, but for the love of god, get your act on customer service together. It is absolutely horrible.

Sincerely

4over.com is cheap, but there customer service is horrendous. Don't let anyone fool you. I have been using them for 5 years and pray that I don't have a problem, because if I do, they don't callback, don't respond and you're insignificant. Most of my jobs go through smoothly, but if you do you have a problem it will never get resolved, and you are just a number.

I've been doing this for 26 years, and here are the facts
1) They do have inconsistency from run to run which is beyond acceptable industry standards. This is easily proven by a run I sent (which came out absolutely beautifully), the customer made some copy changes, and I re-sent an otherwise identical file. The job which came back was unsaleable. 4Over does not care.
2) Not only are they selling direct to retail customers, if you enter an example of the same job in your reseller account, then into the RedTag order entry, the difference in price is only a few dollars, and the retail time-frame is 3 days shorter. If you then add the upcharge for turning the reseller job faster, they actually charge the reseller MORE for a comparable time-frame.
3) They have ABSOLUTELY have advertised in the past that they are exclusively a trade printer, and while it's difficult to create or enforce what qualifies as a reseller, the fact that they are DEFINITELY going direct to retail is criminal. I printer who has a big-wig attorney as a relative should form and file a class-action suit against them.

They are full of it and I am in the process of investigating a new supplier. If for some reason 4Over reads this... I'm a Admiral's level customer.

First of all VARAZ is lying about they don't sell to the and user...VARAZ works at 4Over. VARAZ you guys launched a project already, it's online... Do NOT LIE!

And the owner of 4Over, several years ago strated a campaign against HP, because HP announced that they would start a printing business. Owner at 4Over made a statement on 4Over's website and asked everyone to support him against HP. We supported this campaign. His argument was, HP has betrayed all the ad agencies, graphic designers, copyshops and printers that supported HP for decades by buying HP's printers. And he said this is an unethical business practice.

A few years later, just last year same person who pretended he was fighting for us against HP, now he dies the worst that HP would do. He launched a website that sells low cost printing items. He also asked the brokers take care of the customer service so he wouldn't pay for. He also asked the brokers to pay him $300 to advertise his own project that would kill all the brokers business. He's a total [censor]. He's not a better person than whoever the owner at vistaprint is...

4Over has come to their end. Do not support [censor]s!

Have you ever tried to get a refund from these guys? It's like pulling teeth. They messed up my order and promised a refund within 5-10 business days (after taking 2-3 days to contact me). We're looking at about 2 1/2 weeks AFTER I have to refund MY customer. Then, after dragging their feet on the 5-10 business days, they promise "within 48 hours." It hasn't been.

I have filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and am considering filing one with the CA attorney general.

I have used 4over for over 6 years and have spend well over 10, 000 per year on printing. Due to the economy, my business has dropped a bit. Not a lot, just a bit.
I go onto the 4over website as always, log in and try to get a quote on a custom item. Guess what? Since I've had a slow month or two, I have been put into a "catagory" of customers who can't have custom work done anymore. What's up with this? It doesn't matter that I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them.
I wrote to their customer service department with my complaint, this is what they wrote back:
"Thank you for your feedback".
That's it. Really!
THAT'S IT 4OVER!

4Over is a gang run printer and this is why they can never have color integrity. They are selling price and not quality. If you need quality you may have to choose another printer. All gang run printers sell on price and not quality. You, the broker, should know better and if you send your files to 4Over or other gang run deals you are going to steadily loose your customers. Also, it has been rumored that 4Over is going after your clients and this may be true. So be careful. It is always better to go to your neighborhood printer and establish a relationship that will give you also a fair price for your jobs. On-line gang houses like 4Over are impersonal and usually do not care whether you are happy with your product or not. They go by numbers and so you are just another sucker fall for low prices. That has always been their hook.

We are a printer and a print broker. We have used 4Over with less than stellar results. We are a franchise of printing.com. Quality and service with well over 300 orders has been perfect. It is appalling to me to see a "trade printer" like 4Over go direct like they have. Say so long to morals here. Pretty much defines the scruples of the company. Check us out at printing.com!

hahahaha I found this to be an amusing rendition of 4over's advertisment. Read the fine print.

Varaz, you should let your boss know that redtag is a very very bad idea! I know you guys are concerned with your margins but that is the bed you made. We will do everything in our power to stop redtag.

Everyone please stop using 4over. I know their prices may be appealing, but building a successful company is not solely based on just having the lowest price. Remember, there is a cost to everything and even though you may be "making out" today...4over will have the last laugh as they swoop into the retail market. DON'T FUEL THE FIRE!

Regarding comment from Varaz Gharakhanian
to "Dear Paul77, I can guarantee you that 4over doesn't sell to end users"

I found on this page "https://redtagprintsale.com/bonus.php" which is a direct to end users site a statment that says "Employees of Redtagprintsale.com and 4 Over, Inc., and their immediate family member".

So, not only that 4over sells direct, it also leaves cookie crumbs leading back from retail site to wholesale prices back to 4over.

So, Mr. Gharakhanian... how do you back up your "gurantee" now?

It's sad to say but 4over.com is in the process of stealing clients from their resellers. They have recently launched http://redtagprintsale.com - which is the "retail arm" of 4over.com. They won't admit to it, but that is what is going on. I know several people that processed orders through them that have since had their accounts closed. When they contacted 4over to get their accounts reactivated, they were hung up on by 4over's customer service.

It's funny because I remember an ad they ran in American Printer a while back with a picture of two boys and a girl sitting facing away from the camera. The boy was going behind his friend's back and holding the girl's hand. The ad copy was something like, "Are you sure your trade printer isn't going behind your back?". Oh the irony of that ad makes me laugh.

4over destroyed the print market and now they're eliminating a lot of the people they built up. I haven't used 4over since I bought my own presses 5 years ago, but it still angers me to see how a company can be so self absorbed that they would be willing to destroy people's livelihoods to make an extra buck. Here's to a class action lawsuit.

I know this does not go with the actual complaint but just a warning to all resell printers out there! 4over now has a retail site to compete with the rest of us retail online printers! It's called www.redtagprintsale.com

Contrary to what Varaz said "By the way, we only work with re sellers and print brokers. Your market is protected here! We do not print for end users like other print shops!" They have now broken that promise. 4over might sell to your clients through this site. It's a chance I'm not willing to take.

You can BET I am looking for another wholesale printer TODAY! To me, anyone who "claims" safety in an industry but secretly plays the other side is not safe at all!

If you're a small business, don't go with 4over. Although their print quality is so-so and acceptable for the price, their customer service is terrible. When I logged on this morning to (of all the crazy things) place an order, I found out that they had deactivated my account because I had not placed an order in 90 days. When I called to have it reinstated, I was very curtly and rudely told that not only would they not reinstate it, I had also lost all of my reward points with them.

So low to leave your small business customers in the lurch like that!

That's also just downright stupid considering that a probably large majority of print resellers are either freelancers or small boutique design firms.

To quote varaz:
"...one of the best companies there is as far as treating customers right"

REALLY? Is that some kind of joke? GRPrint is getting my business now. I'm telling everyone I know in the industry about what 4over has done.

Dear Paul77, I can guarantee you that 4over doesn't sell to end users. Our print process is automated and we need files that are print ready... this requires print and design knowledge that end users don't have.

Colorsphere, I would like to know who is the customer that you lost to us. Give me some information, I will sort this out for you.

and lastly, Ms. Whitney you should know about 4over and the fact that we only work with other printers. You can ask Andrew Pinch from your company.

Best,

I lost a customer a few months ago because everytime he reordered the colors came up wrong with 4Over. So I'm not using 4Over since I lost his business. Most printers with new equipment can print as good or better than 4over... 4Over is just better at bragging about it.

"By the way, we only work with re sellers and print brokers. Your market is protected here! We do not print for end users like other print shops!"
That is not true. I know many people that print once a year but still get trade pricing from 4over. 4over is worse than those print shops that print for end users because 4over lies about it.

I am sorry to hear about 4over trying to steal your business and producing poor jobs. I have heard several times from people about 4over advertising to their print brokers clients and messing up on jobs. I work for D&L Press. We are a trade printer in Phoenix. We actually are ONLY TRADE. We have any prospective clients sign up for a trade account on our website and get their resellers license confirmed with us so we know we are strictly selling for trade. Also we are a family owned company that has been around for 50 years so you get great customer service and we check all of our work before sending it out to clients.

Anyone that is having a problem trusting their trade printer or is getting poor quality from their current supplier I would highly recommend checking out D&L.

our website is www.dandlpress.com. if anyone is interested or wants to learn more you can email me at whitney@dandlpress.com or call me at [protected]

I used to print with 4Over too and several times had to request a reprint because the colors were so off (Especially when doing a re-order). So I stopped using them a while back. By the way, 4Over definitely competes with resellers. They try hard to say they're trade only but almost anyone with a 1 page website can get an account with them. Note to 4Over, if you're going to go behind resellers backs, at least do not advertise falsely that you're a good trade printer that doesnt steal customers. I will try PrintingForLess too today or tomorrow.

Dear BGCSD, MMMFL is right. I happen to work for 4over and I know you might not care, but let me tell you it's one of the best companies there is as far as treating customers right. However, you need to follow certain templates which they provide before uploading your files.

If you care to discuss or learn more, I would love to talk to you when you have some time. My email is varaz@4over.com.

By the way, we only work with re sellers and print brokers. Your market is protected here! We do not print for end users like other print shops!

Sorry to hear about your issues with 4Over. Give us a try - we have exceptional quality and customer service. We now also have a reseller program "PFLPro" with wholesale pricing for designers. We also have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's right, it's on time, or its free. -JT

4Over.com is a trade printer and production files should be created by a trained and experienced graphic design professional. Without proper understanding of color spaces, ICC profiles, and rendering intents, your prints could come out "wrong" very easily. Just because something looks right on your screen or even from your desktop printer does not mean it will print correctly with your vendors. It's just not that simple. Hire a real designer.
