Ordered new glasses through in May 2009. They arrived soon after but were the wrong prescription. I called and was told to send them back. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I called and was told the glasses had failed inspection and that new ones would be made. So I waited for more than a month, when I called, was told they broke the frames and were waiting for new ones to come in. They did send glasses in different frames and said they would send new frames in two weeks. It's been 3-4 weeks and no frames. The worst part is trying to get them to call me, I've had to contact them every time to see why they aren't doing what they promised. They may offer cheap glasses, but their customer service really stinks!
