360Training.com Deceptive Trade Practices

On Feb. 4, 2015 I enrolled in a real estate training course package through 360 Training in the amount of $439.20. This package was advertised to include all of the courses required for a real estate license from the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). I was notified that I would have 90 days to complete all of the included courses. I logged in to the course portal and immediately noticed that 2 of the courses that were required by TREC to obtain my real estate license were not provided. I emailed the customer service link and inquired into the missing courses. I did not receive an explanation but instead received an email receipt from a 3rd party vendor for the missing courses. I proceeded to take the courses, but on Feb. 12th I received an email notification that one of the included courses would expire on Feb. 17th (only 5 days of notification). At the time I was out of the country and rushing to take the multiple hour course on short notice was not feasible. I communicated via a chat session with a representative on Feb. 17th explaining that this was not feasible and I would require a refund. The representative agreed and told me the refund would be issued in 24-48 hours. On Feb. 20th I received an email and the subject line was: REFUND DENIED I have enrolled in another course and ask that this charge is refunded as this vendor is acting with a complete lack of ethics, not to mention not adhering to rules of being a merchant for VISA.

360Training.com Discredited courses - won't refund

Took the Real Estate Core Education package for Texas and as I am finishing just learned the two most important classes, Principles 1 and 2 - THEY ARE NOT APPROVED COURSES. THE COURSES WERE DISCREDITED WITH TREC. I called TREC and they said, "Yes, those courses are NOT ACCEPTABLE for credit if you took them at 360training.com. Go take them from someone else." I have been on the phone twice a day every day for a week now trying to get 360training.com to fulfill their obligation of signing me up with a different provider so I can take the course for free - as their email promised - and I get the same polite blow off each time. "We are making you a ticket for this problem and will need 24 hours to resolve it."
I must say though that every person I talked to was very polite.
The email I received.
You recently completed a Principles I and II course with 360training.com. Unfortunately, those two courses are no longer being accepted for credit at TREC. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and we are proactively taking steps to rectify the situation. You will shortly be receiving login information for the Principles I and II courses with a different provider. We have enrolled you in those two courses at no additional cost. You will need to go in to each course and complete a pre-test and a final exam for both courses (passing both with a 70% or better). Upon passing both exams you will be issued a valid certificate which can be presented to TREC for credit.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this issue. As a way of showing our regret for the inconvenience we would like to offer you a 15 hour MCE package to be used for your 2nd year renewal as a licensed agent in Texas. When you are ready to take the 15 hour MCE package simply call us at [protected] to enroll at no charge.

If you have any questions regarding your Principles I and II courses please feel free to call us at [protected].

Best Regards,

360Training.com Loans

Wrost company ever. I have only been with this company for a week. They first told me the payments would be 80.73 a month, then 157 a month, then 207 a month! I have tried calling 4 different numbers and they gave me one that was a previous employee from two years ago. I am trying to back out, but they sent a paper that said you can withdraw from the program on january 21, 2015. I received that paper in january 23, 2015. This company is terrible, customer service is extremely poor and rude. I signed no document that said I would be paying 207 a month. Not to mention I put down a 250 dollar down payment and that i'm a minor. If nothing is refund, we are getting a lawyer. They are a complete joke.

360Training.com Course sux!

I take numerous online courses for classes and continuing education. I am now taking the 360 training course for real estate agent because I got a reduced price on the tuition. Be aware that every page you read is timed and you have to wait for the time clock to count down prior to advancing. I usually am sitting around waiting for minutes to hit the advance button. Also, there are tests at the end of each section and you have to pass the quiz before you can advance. The quizzes are lame and waste time. The material and website are poorly diagrammed and the same lame pictures are shown throughout every course section. Im so bored with 360 training that Im going to another online real estate course to continue my pre license requirements. Dont care what the cost is! I wish I would have researched 360 training before I would have wasted my time and money. You will be spending 60 hours on your computer doing pre licensing so make sure you choose a good course and not 360 training.

360Training.com Hazwoper First Responder 8hour

The course in question is for training in hazardous waste operations. The course material is sloppily presented; the reader obviously has no experience with the material in the text. Quizzes are graded wrong, in contradiction to the texts. Credit for completion of a section is not retained from session to session. Photos accompanying texts often have no relation to the items being presented. There is no reliable way to contact these people, only tech support via an outside company who have little or no knowledge of the training itself. Phone calls and emails are not returned, period. This is a very bad company that has beat me out of $150.00.

360Training.com Don't deliver what you pay for

I purchased an online course package from your website http://www.agentcampus.com/texas-real-estate-license/pre-license-courses/ and after purchasing I have been dealing with the people who service this, I suppose. Lamar Institute of Technology is listed on the website but 360training.com is who all comunication has come from.

On January 14, 2013 I purchased the "Ultimate Package" which shows in the ad to come with a color Nook. I verified with the sales rep, Brian and he said "Yes, this comes with the latest edition of the color Nook and will be delivered within 5 business days". On the 7th day when I had not received the package I called the customer service number. I spoke to Jonielle who advised me that the package did not come with a Nook and that I must download the PDF files to my own device. After arguing for 30 minutes she said she would look into it and get back to me. Later that evening I received an email stating that she was sorry for the mistake and my "Kindle Fire", which is a color tablet, would be overnighted to me. I received the package the next day only to open and find a black and white Nook.

I emailed Jonielle who spoke with a supervisor and said this was the only tablet offered and I could exchange it at Barnes and Noble and pay the difference for the color tablet ($120 plus tax). I then asked for my email to be forwarded to a supervisor and replied to within the day. 3 days later I received an email from Edan Hilili saying that he would have an answer for me the next afternoon. 2 days later he finally responded to me. He forwarded an email in which his supervisor Angie Shipe basically said, "the Nook is free in the package and there will be no refund for the price difference the customer had to pay to get the actual Nook that was advertised and sold to her." At that point I got online and got another sales person through virtual chat and asked if it was a color Nook that came with the package and was once again told yes. I made a screen shot of the chat for proof.

And last night I decided to go ahead and use the wrong Nook that they sent because I am simply out of time on this. The instruction sheet they sent tells me to "enter the code from the above box to access your ebook"... Guess what? The box is blank... NO CODE! I call customer support and the rep, Alfie, has no idea what I am talking about... He says that he will call me back in thirty minutes... Once again... It's been 18 hours and NO CALL BACK! I can't even access what I paid $549 for a month ago... At this point I am just going to spend another $500 with another company so I can get this done and don't lose my job. Speaking of which, my new position pays $500 per month more than my current one... So really I have spent/lost $1549 this month on this process.

I have wasted almost 4 weeks trying to get what I paid for and I am irrate at this point. Since I have wasted so much time, energy and money I do not mind wasting a little more to make sure that your companies do not falsely advertise and fraudulently sell this to any other people.

I never received my card for the OSHA 30 course. I called to find out what happened and the guy in Manila, Philippines advised me that I would have to pay $20 for the replacement. I have not been able to get on the job since I don't have my card. I am losing money.

360Training.com OVERSEAS FRAUDULENT company

BUYER BEWARE! Upon enrolling and successfully completing their OSHA 10 online course, I have yet to receive my required DOL card after waiting 8+ weeks! Unfortunately, when you call inquiring of the status of your card (required for my employment), I've been hung up on when I asked to speak to a supervisor. As a company with a business name of "Online Institute of America, " it is quite ironic that all their customer service reps are located in the PHILLIPINES! Before being hung up on again, I was told that my OSHA 10 DOL card "may take several more weeks before being printed." Interesting-- just two weeks ago, I was told by another rep that it had been sent out 4 weeks earlier! Thankfully, I paid using a CREDIT card, of which my account will be credited the full amount from this international waste of my time and resources.

360Training.com Absolute Nightmare Dealing with This Company

What a nightmare! It took over a month to get credit for a course I passed online with 360training.com. While they were responsive to my support call initially, they quickly stopped responding all together. I had to get TREC involved to finally receive credit.
Today when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called back and asked the agent at least 10 times to speak to a supervisor, he would not allow me to do so, then he also hung up.
I noticed while taking the online course that content and test questions were DIRECTLY contradictory in a few cases. Puzzled that I got a question wrong, I went back to the content and found I answered according to the content. So, either the test questions had the wrong answer key or the content was wrong when presented. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a company that provides licensing courses and continuing education for licensees! I will never use them again. Spend a little more and take your classes with a reputable company.

I have also had problems with the real estate pre-license course. The sessions time out, the "correct" answers contradict what is taught in the lessons. The help desk is incompetent and can't help. I wish I had read these reviews before signing up for this course. I've wasted a lot of time! This company should be shut down!

360Training.com Worst Continuing Ed I have EVER used

360training.com provides the absolute worst continuing education I have EVER used and I highly discourage any and all real estate licensees who are considering paying for their courses. The interface is glitchy and slow, even with cable internet. Worst of all, the section quizzes require 100% pass rate (on very obscure subject matter) or you have to repeat the entire 20 to 30 minute section all over again...! After the third course I was taking with 360training.com became stuck in a perpetual loop and would not allow me to proceed, I finally gave up and found another provider. Save your money - use ANY service other than 360training.com when you need CE credits to renew your real estate license. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - 120 plus hours to do 24 hours. I did all of the assessments and when i get to the end it says completed. Call to get my credits and they said the lessons each have a final of 68 questions and did i do the survey, i said no i skipped (which was an option) they said if I had done it it would've given me the final. They should be shut down. I could've gone to CE classes to do 24 hours and actually been done in 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Not enough time to even tell you the rest of the problems! DO NOT BUY!

Dear Student,

First off, we’d like to apologize for this terrible experience and the frustration you experienced taking our online real estate class. 360training has trained over 300, 000 learners in the last year, and problems like yours represent a small minority of our students and every time there is a problem we take it very seriously, because we know in many cases, your livelihoods depend on it. This is why we have made a significant investment in support, with over 40 staff specifically tasked with fielding and solving customer problems via 24/7 phone and chat support. You may also visit our support web site at http://www.360trainingsupport.com

You are correct in pointing out that the pass rate requirement for this real estate course is 75% based on current accreditation standards and we have revised and republished 93% of our most commonly accessed courseware to meet this new standard (rather than the previous 100%). Unfortunately for you, you have accessed a class which had not yet been revised, but in a search of our records, we cannot identify which class this was.

If you would please get in touch with me directly, Paula Levy, I would be happy to refund the course purchase price. And with this information as to which course is affected, our production team can also change the course settings in short order to reflect the new 75% pass rate requirement.

Again, we apologize for this frustrating situation and hope we can help to fix it for you, and for any others who may encounter this issue. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Paula Levy

360Training.com Online Training

Bad choice for online training. Product was exceptional in content but no way you can complete a 10 Hour Osha Course in 10 Hours. They require a mouse click every 4 to 60 seconds averaging which is crazy. You have to wait for the voice to finish before you can go the the next screen etc. It took me 15 hours to complete and lets assume I wasted 2 hours by not getting to the advance button soon enough. Just Bad stuff look elsewhere.

I wish I had seen the negative reviews about 360 before I applied to them. When I applied for 360, I had attended the taster class which was basically an introduction to the course and a little a bit about the IT industry. I applied for the job guarantee programme silver package in 2018. The information at the taster class was easy to understand and the teacher we had was quite good. They made a good impression. However, when I started my course and started my first proper module which was installing and configuring windows 10, things were quite different. I did the silver package were you don’t need to have experience in IT to do the course, so nobody in the class knew much about IT, except for the basics. When we got into class we had to understand binary, remember how to input coding into windows powershell, learn how to manipulate the amount of storage on the C, D and E drive such as increase and decrease the volume of each drive. We also had to learn how to perform certain tasks as an administrator on Windows 10 professional such as changing what people could or couldn’t do when using the system, such read only or reading and editing documents. Things like this takes months to learn and grasp properly at university level, we had to do all of this plus more in 4 weeks and then after practice and do exams for another 3 weeks. Each week we learnt something different in class but never had repeat classes so we could learn particular subjects properly and thoroughly. In that period we were given nearly 100 videos plus pages of online practical tests we were recommended to do.

I was working a full time job at the time and so did other people and simply had no time in the day to complete watching that many videos in 3 weeks. It was MAJOR information overload and COMPLETLY UNREALISTIC for beginners who had not IT background.

The taster class I was told to go to actually doesn’t show what the real classes are really like. The way the teachers teach this course, is more at the intermediate level then beginner, so the majority of the people didn’t understand what they were being taught, at least not fully. Not surprisingly a lot of people failed their exams which lead to a higher number of retakes. What made it worse was some of the subjects that came up on the exam, were not covered in the classroom such as VPN virtual private network (VPN), which lead to confusion and increased the likely hood of failing.

The revision classes are not good and did not give students much clarity and wasn’t much help.

After experiencing all this, I just left and didn’t come back. The courses are poorly executed, with teachers not being able to teach as the level the students are at, leading in higher failure rates. There is a lot of information to take in which leads to major information overload and you’re not given enough time to learn things properly. Instead you bombarded with lots of information to learn at the end of the four week course before exams start. The most effective way is to learn through repetition, not through learning one new subject per week and then on to the next one.

The truth is, 360 courses are not for beginners, this is a BIG LIE. In order to be comfortable on the course and pass exams you need to have some IT background.

There were students on this courses that did not know how to use a computer because they thought this was a course for beginners. This type of marketing is misleading, but this is what they were telling us and were marketing their courses as such.

DON’T WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON 360. It’s not what it seems.

Completely agree with bill2101: Bad choice for online training. OSHA 30 hour course is mind-numbingly slow! You are forced to wait...and wait... and wait... for the timer to count down before you can advance to the next screen. Add to that the inconsistency in the study material vs. the quick quizzes and final chapter tests - in trying to validate the answer. they repeatedly cite sections that do not exist! I wonder when the last time they actually had someone proofread/stress test this course! I'm only 11 hours into this course, and wondering what other unpleasant things it has in store for me.

after spending 4 hours working on course i got up from computer. when i came back several hours later i was logged out and none of my progress was saved. called customer support and was told i should log out correctly next time if i want work to be saved. i have taken online courses before and never had that issue. furthermore i can read faster than they can. it is very annoying to have to keep clicking next. i feel that my 63 hour course is going to be taking me a lot longer than that so i will cut my losses and take this course elsewhere. only reason i chose them was because they were cheaper but in the long run not worth it. the $20 i saved will end up costing me to many hours of my life.
in short i do not recommend this company

I would highly suggest NOT using this site. I got through 28 hours of the training and was locked out and could not finish. I contacted the customer service department who said they would get back to me but to not worry that they would unlock the class since I was so close to completion. I didn't receive a reply and inquired about the status a couple of days later and was told my request had been denied and that I'd have to start the class over. I asked for a manager to contact me and was given information, sent an email, and received no reply. I've since contacted the BBB and am awaiting a reply. This situation is ridiculous and as a result I will find any medium possible to disuade people from using their training site.

Just took the OSHA 30 class online. Couldn't take the final for 70 minutes at the end because I didn't have enough hours watching the presentation over and over. Spent 70 min clicking forward back button till it let me take the final. Quite a few technical difficulties with their site. Material is generally poor quality with occasional incorrest quiz answers (just find out what answers they want and go on...). Go somewhere else if you can.

360Training.com Terrible company!

The Production team at 360training has been superb in the past, full of bright, talented people with a passion for doing their jobs well. However, regardless of all of their best efforts, the e-learning courses coming out of 360training remain a very poor product due to management's incompetence and emphasis on fast, cheap products. No Director of Production or Project Manager who has tried to make long-lasting changes that would bring the company up to competitive par has lasted long enough to make a difference.

The product problems directly relate to the executive management team, a group of people who were lucky enough to force themselves into a new market years ago and haven't made strides forward since. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and everyone thinks that they can fix things by taking control and changing everything (which happens every other month). Management doesn't listen or even ask before making sweeping changes to process and doesn't allow the leaders and managers on the teams to execute their responsibilities effectively.

Being employed at 360training (in my case, in Production) is a very stressful, unrewarding experience. Performing well only results in more work and the constant threat of upper management getting involved makes all projects subject to ruin. Quality people are let go because they won't take dishonest, unethical actions, and those that excel are those who will do whatever they are told and not bother to fix the glaring problems in the company's model. Don't get fooled by management's ability to spout buzz words and corporate philosophy -- none of it actually gets put into action.

The bottom line is that this is a dangerous place for consumers and employees. Although I've met some amazing people there, the main thing we now have in common is being 360 Survivors! If you get a job offer from 360, stay away unless you enjoy chaos and a lack of fulfillment!

Our company has an agent who just used 360 for continuing education (real estate). It took her 18 hours to get through the course, and there were multiple glitches along the way, but when she called customer support, there was no help at all. The course materials were not even relevant to residential real estate. To top it all off, 360 only sent in 4 hours of CE credit to our state licensing board (although she had completed all 14 hours of the course), which caused her license to go into 'inactive' status. After much frustration trying to get the problems rectified, she is finally reactivated now, nine days after she finished the course. The most frustrating, difficult online CE experience I've ever heard of. I would NOT recommend using 360 Training for your CE training.

What I found on 360 is that u get what you pay for. They are rude and unprofessional. I'm a former realtor and retiring back to the field which I was very successful in. Decided to use 360 and immediately disappointed. The material is unorganized and confusing. I had questions in the wrong chapters. This was frequent. I had many technical issues and they could care less. The system timed out and froze on me during a final exam. They refused to reset it. Going back to Realestatexpress which whom I used before and loved.

I am an ex-employee of 360 and I have worked there for more than 5 years. I was hired as an Intern and later on as a permanent employee. In my tenure I found 360training as an excellent company with some issues and problems (which every company has). I found Ed Sattar (Adnan Sattar) as motivator in the company. The quarterly meetings, Brown-bag session and continuous improvement programs for the employees are very good. My time in 360 was awesome and I felt like it was my family because the culture in the company in awesome though there are some management issues that are needed to be looked after but over all its an excellent organization and Ed is the kind of person who supports new ideas and the most down-to-earth person I have ever met.

I took my 30 hr OSHA course and they said that they sent my card and I never received it. They gave me excuse after excuse and now the kicker is if I want a replacement I must pay $15. It's not that the $15 will make or break me, I never receive the first one. I first time I called it was blamed on the government shutdown and then the gave a date it was mailed. I moved and made a change of address and know the Post Master personally. THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE CARD NEVER CAME. I just wonder how much more they make from this type of scam and how many others have been through this with them. Steve R...

Just finished the OSHA 30 hour. What a disaster. At least 25 major errors and countless minor ones. Graphics are unbelievably sub par. Photos are often not correct or applicable. Acronyms are sometimes not explained. Case studys are repeated. On and on. I finished in 25 hours and was locked out of the final exam for inadequate seat time. What a joke. Sorry it is all review for me and I breezed thru. I hope someone from OSHA takes this and sees what a joke it is.

Horrible, experience! Their $25 course cost me commissions because they would not give me my certificate. I am filing a class action lawsuit. Those of you that are interested in joining and have had negative experience with this company please email me at

All of the negative remarks about 360Training are unfortunately true. I have known more than 15 people who have worked for them (all top talent) over the course of many years. Here are the critical takeaways. 1.) none of the employees i knew would go back because of poor management, poor leadership, dishonest business practice and over all dysfunction. They all try to use business lingo that makes them sound bigger than they are. 2.) Their products are very weak and clients who offer their courses have problems often with compliance. I am very familiar with their staff and it is the most dysfunctional I have seen in their respective industries after working with numerous other similar companies. SO, stay away from 360Training if you are looking for a job or if you want to sell their courses, you will get what you pay for which is all so often less, poor quality, terrible staff etc. To 360Training leaders, it all comes back to you guys. You should have been honest as opposed to constantly finding the gray area of ethics.
