I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I will be switching to a new notebook, how do I change from one computer to another? I can't seem to find any registration numbers for my membership. I've had it for several years now. Will it work correctly with the new Vista Platform, what about the Jave Script error? Can I just download and put my EM address in and reinstall or how is this done? Can I just transfer my music by using a jump drive? I generally use my ipod as the player anyhow?

This company is NOT a rip off.. I have been using my 360 download constantly after I purchased my lifetime membership over 1 yr ago. There was a time it stopped working, but this was due to a problem with an update, I only had to uninstall the program and then reinstall it and I had no additional problems. Been downloading stuff constantly.

As with all internet order forms, you must be very very careful before you click submit. The thing gives you a total amount to be billed to your card on the right side of the screen. On the previous screen, in addition to the $26.98 Lifetime membership cost, there are monthly charges for customer service, and then another one for $10 for something, on the same page that asks for credit info and gives you a total on the right side, there is another click box for spyware software, check that off, and you will only be billed the $26.98.. people need to get there act together and learn how to use their computers!

You are all spot on. This company is a rip off and so is their other organization - Lime Wire. Can you believe I bought a subscription for my 82 year old mum, who loves the internet. The ### took my $57 and gave a 7 day money back guarantee. Their product do not work and I emailed their support line and they promise to get back to you within 24 hours. All I can say is that I hope the owners die soon.

My suggestion is that we all lobby our credit card providers to blacklist this company. This will focus their mind. I live in Australia FYI.

After my computer crash I could not get 360 share on my computer. I had paid for 360 pro,when I tried to reinstall off the net I could not. No "contact us" was visible anywhere. I have now lost my money.

HAVING PAID IN EXCESS OF £6O TO PRO SHARE SOME MONTHS AGO, I HAVE MANAGED TO UPLOAD SOME l6 SINGLES INTO THE LIBRARY. NO INDICATION WHATSOEVER AS TO HOW TO DOWNLOAD THEM ON TO A CD, WHICH WAS THE REASON FOR BUYING 36O SHARE, I NOW FIND I CANNOT EVEN GET INTO PRO SHARE ANYMORE. HOW SAD IS THIS?

I have had 360 Share Pro for over 2 years now and have never had a problem with it. The platform runs off JAVA. In order for the program to run, or even start for that matter, you must have JAVA downloaded. Its very simple. Download and keep JAVA updated and you should NEVER have a problem with it.

The Customer service is the same as Techinal service with 360 share pro. They are the same people with no capacity to to resolver problems. I have sent 10 complaints in the last month and they have not resolved them. I say we all ban together and find a lawyer who will fight for all of us and sue the snot out of lime wire.
This will teach companies to have better Customer service and stand behind their product.

I am trying to download Smallville the TV series and every file I down load has Disk Problems?

I have reinstalled share pro 2xs in the last month and still get the same problem.

I used this company also, it worked for a 6 months, but now it has stopped all of a sudden. And furthermore i can't reach technical support to complain.

I BROUGHT 360 SHARE PRO SEVERAL MONTHS AND IT WAS WORKING JUST FINE BUT NOW IT'S NOT SO I ERASED IT FROM MY COMPUTER.I THINK THE PROBLEM WAS JAVA RUNTIME,OR SOMETING TO DO WITH MY PROXY SETTINGS OR SERVER.I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AND WOULD LIKE TO RESTORE IT TO NORMAL. THANKS ,DESI.

Your best bet for consumer complaints is the better business bureau. I tried them before with other complaints I had, and they do all they can to make you happy. Give it a try.

I too paid for a lifetime and it has lasted two weeks. I have tried to contact via e-mail , but when you login it states expired or not recognised . This company is obviously dodgy. Could you give me an advice what can I do to get a refund ?

i have been using 360 share for about 18mths now and never had ne problems. if your having a problem make sure that you r using the right program update for JAVA as 360 share does not work with the later versions of JAVA . i sent the people an email saying mine was not working and they said it was to do with the version of java that i was using i replaced java and i havent had a problem since.

I recently purchased a lifetime membership, for 360 share, and am not able to use it, or contact them .Furthermore, they added other items in on my credit card that I did not want, all total 61.00.
If anyone gets info on this scam...PLEASE let me know.

Iam having a hard time geting on line with 360 . why I have 2 accounts my wife lisa setchell has a acount and i have my acount we payed for both acounts. my computer mother board went out so i have a new mother board. I thought my username was william setchell and passward was w2515setchell so can you tell me why my 360 doesnt work on my computer. I hope you can help me . thank you

Hey everyone I was having the same problem as all of you...Click and nothing happens...I called em and its really a simple fix...they got a new version out.old one DOES NOT work ANYMORE. DO NOT PAY TO DOWNLOAD A NEW ONE Go to the 360 share pro website...google it ..and your password doesn't work either.. click forgot password and they send you a new one..use the same ID ..which is your email. The new password they send in email and your in download what is there..its free ..and problem solved...

HELP IS AT HAND FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED TO REBOOT COMPUTER AND NOT LOOSE 360 SHARE.

1. make sure you have a copy of 360 share on a extra hard drive.
2. go to programmes and copy 360 share to new extendable harddrive.
3.once rebooted computer. go to your hardware copy 360 share folder back to your computer.
4. open the 360 share folder on computer hard drive
5. click Gui
6.you will see a blue box with 360 hare pro
7. double click
8. this will reinstall 30 share to computer

I have bought 360 two times just so I could get some music downloads. Now it wont run and I dont know how to reinstall it without paying again. How come this company is doing people this way?

In October 2006 I signed up to 360 share-pro to download music files. It’s a shame not all companies want to do honest business and look after their customers.

Firstly, I felt misled when I had to undo all the tick boxes for the extra services I didn’t want, only to find I’d missed one which was hidden. I only found out after I’d paid for it because I hadn’t been shown a subtotal beforehand, then when I complained about the misleading pages I was promised a refund but never had it refunded onto my credit card.

Then the software stopped working, and I was offered no solution to this.

I also missed the small print telling me that if I downloaded music files using the 360 sharepro software it was illegal. I’d assumed that they were paying the royalties.

The software still doesn’t work, and I still haven’t received a refund.

I now find the exact same software is free with Limewire. What a SCAM!

I have received dreadful connections over the last few months. I sent them an email and this is the response I got (not sent to my email address mind, but only found it after trying to log another complaint and noticed that my ticket said "resolved"). Am about to try this now, so not sure how it will go!

Dear Customer,

Thank you for the email. We acknowledge the connectivity issues you are having. We updated 360Share Pro on May 17, 2007. Please do the following steps even if they appear similar. It is important to follow the steps in order to ensure a fresh installation of 360Share Pro. Please follow the steps below in order to obtain the latest version of 360Share Pro:

1. Press and hold the “CTRL” and “ALT” keys. Then press the “Delete” key.
2. In Windows Task Manager, click on the “Processes” tab and if there is a “java.exe”, select it, and then click on the “End Process” button. If you do not see “java.exe” in the list you may close the window and go on to step 3.
3. Go to “start” and then choose “run”.
4. In the text box, type in “control panel” and press “ok”.
5. Then double-click on the “add or remove programs” icon.
6. After the list populates, click on 360Share Pro and click on the “change or remove” button. This will uninstall 360Share Pro. Follow the uninstall instructions. If you have more than one 360Share Pro in the list please repeat the steps until they are all removed. If you do not see 360Share Pro at all you may close the window and go on to step 7.
7. Then go to the “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
8. Double-click on Local Disk C: (this is your hard drive)
9. Double-click on the “Program Files” folder
10. If you see a folder called “360Share Pro”, please right-click on it and choose “delete” . If you have more than one 360Share Pro folder please repeat the steps until they are all removed or if you do not see any folders with 360Share Pro you may close the window and go on to step 11.
11. Go to the “My Computer” icon on your desktop.
12. Double-click on Local Disk C: (this is your hard drive)
13. Double-click on the “Documents and Settings” folder
14. Now double click on the folder that says your name or “Owner” or “Administrator” or "your name". If you see .360 Share, .360 Share Pro, .Limewire, or .Etomi Pro folders, please remove them. If you have more than one 360Share Pro folder please repeat the steps until they are all removed
15. Restart your computer and follow the final step, which is step 16.
16. When 360 Share is removed, you need to re-install it from the following link:

360 Share Pro:

Java:
http://www.musicformembers.com/downloads/Java-6.exe

** If you are unable to uninstall 360Share pro, it may be because you are not logged in as the system administrator. Please make sure that you login as the system administrator, or “main” account, and then follow our directions. Also, check if there are any “smiley-face” icons on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, just to the left of the time. If so, please right-click on the 360share pro icon and choose “exit”. If you have any other questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

HI there, I get terrible connection. It constantly drops off, and the download is VERY slow. I have checked the options box and have set this to 100% bandwidth on downloads - have also checked uploads. What can I do to ensure a stable connection and faster downloads? Many thanks, Regards,

I joined as a life time member and do not down load
music very often but have had fair luck until now.
ProShare gives me a message that I am not hooked
up to the internet (but I am) and therefore cannot
search for songs. They say I must have a fire wall
or routing trouble. I can't find anything wrong. It
all worked once why not now.

EASY FIX! Go to the 360 share pro site and log into the members area. If you forgot your name and password, click the " forgot password" button. You will get an e-mail . When you gain access, click the link on the left that says " other file sharing programs. When the link opens, download 360 share pro again. It took me about 3 minutes to fix it.

do not use 360 proshare work for about a week then could not get into to download music,then my computer crashed was told it was a virus from downloading music cost over $600 to fix.

hey mine didnt work either and after some research I found out that it wont work with anything but JAVA5.0 Most of us just installed an update which is Java 6.0 . Go into your delete programs and get rid of any Java higher than 5.0 then your sharepro will work. If that doesnt work call [protected]=6872, I too was frustrated but got mine to work. Just thought youd like to know
