I have tried to contact this company informing them of numerous problems with there application. The only way to contact them is by email but unfortunately I can't do that because it says there is an open ticket... Yet on my side it shows closed. I want to get my money back for a service that is not usable. Please give me any assistance you can... An address... Phone number... Email address... Anything to help. Thanks!

I could not get the 360share pro to launch either. I paid for a lifetime membership. I thought I was paying the advertised $24.95, and was surprised and confused when I saw the email confirmation saying $34.95. Turns out, there was a box that I had not seen on the side of the screen that is automatically checked for them to add an additional $10 for some other software. I thought it was unfair because I didn't see the box and had no idea I was being charged for this. That was my first clue that this business was a little shady... Then after downloading several times and trying several different versions of the Java software, I still could not open the 360 software. What a waste of money. I wasn't able to download even one song! And the guarantee isn't totally honest either. They take out a $10 fee "for processing" so you can't get your full money back. This is not clear as you are signing up! Luckily I saw a customer service number in one of the above postings which enabled me to call and cancel my membership, so I'm expecting $25 of my $35 back, but I wish it was the full amount because I got absolutely nothing in return for the money I paid.

my son use my card with out my premission, and i know that is wrong, but you should have ask for a pin number because he do not know that . I won't my money back.

Not happy Jan. Purchased lifetime download. Lost when computer crashed now how to retrieve it. Nightmare. No contact details for 360Pro. Not good business!

I paid for a lifetime package on this site in December 2007 and have been unable to use it at all. I have asked for it to be re-installed but as yet have had no reply. Very disappointed

I thought that I'd end up paying the $1.99/month in monthly installments as there is nothing on the page that said I'd be billed all at once. There was also a tiny box in the bottom corner that charged me $14.99 if I didn't un-check it! I didn't see that until I hit my back button. I can't afford $40 out of my account at the moment for something stupid...so, I called my bank right away! They gave me their billing department's phone number! I called them and got my money back, but, of course, they charged me a fee of $9.95 and said my money will be put back into my account in 7-11 business days! So, these people really really SUCK!

I had 360 share for a couple years I got the lifetime membership, I recently had to install a recovery disc in my computer which whipped everything out. so I went to 360 member login and signed in with the correct name and password and it said it was incorrect so I clicked the box forgot password and they sent me the same one, what do I do next? My 360 sharer was not working either a friend came over and reinstalled java and 360 share mo works try it maybe that's the problem no garentees but better then being ticked off!

I have trouble re-installing and opening the 360-share also. Took a lot of work but I did get it re-installed once before correctly. Now I am having the same problem again.

There is no reason why someone should have this much trouble after purchasing the service, without having successful technical support.

I am going to try to take the information I am given and try again.

I also agree. I paid for life membership and it only worked for a few short weeks and now I can't contact them at all. They've had our money and now they don't care.

I started having trouble in November I can down load music. no problems, but when I try to burn c.d 75% of songs say they are corrupted. What is going on?

I lost my city,my house and not to mention my personal computer, now I've down graded to a laptop. Soon after I did my best to try to contact the 360 share company, but no success. I had to use the pc in the hotels which was a mess. I finally pulled myself together in the past few months and settle in house with more time to serch the web , and found the site. Please if you can help, I payed close to 50 dollars for the service live time membership. I'm egered to be able to get the lattis musci again, I just not egared to have to pay again. If you"ll can help thank you.

Same has happened to me. Have located company as a previously known Saphie Number One Ltd based on 26 York St London. Now the company has changed names and is called Climax Web and the tel [protected]. This automatically routes to a mobile number [protected]. This appears to be the owner of the membersformusic.com website and most probably the recipient of all your cash. I have tried to ring and left a message. Wonder if police could do anything about this? I intend to keep bugging them till they answer and refund me. Have sent emails to cancel but no address other than the no reply address so no joy.

I bought the lifetime membership and it worked for a while and then stopped. I want my 50 bucks back I keep complaining and they don't reply. That company is a big ripoff and someone needs to sue them you can legally because any money over $20 can be sued over! I would if I could.

Take it easy... delete 360 share out of your computer, then once is cleared, go to search window like google or bell south whatever, then put in 360share (only) on that first page that comes up click on the very last entry on thats first page and then put in your e-mail address twice and that will download your 360share site again. I know is frustrating. if you need to e-mail me? my e-mail is 6048@bellsouth.net or my Cel is [protected].

Rite! Mines back on, what i did: goto www.musicformembers.com if u've forgotten ur user name or password they'll send it to u. Install 360 share pro and it should come up on ur desk top but it wont get u back in. u've then got 2 uninstall previous 360 pro share downloads and when ur smiley faces have gone (at which point i c*****d myself!) click on the install 360 and it will download again, all ur smileys will come back and even old library lists. Hope this helps.

I got the two year. I totally support calling them if you have an issue. I just said I check the FAQs, I knew what I was doing, it wasn't working, and got angry at them. I said "If you have a 7 day refund policy then just do it, that's what I want". And tada, full refund, apparently. I didn't even get stuck with that handling fee. Angry = will not listen = do what customer wants. Hahahahahaha, screw 360 Share Pro. And if anything it teaches us to research before we download, neh?

I too have the same problem as others after buying a lifetime membership last July (06). I was first told that membership has expired. Recently program opens but nothing happens when I try to search. Also took money out of my account for a security program that I told them I did not want. Good program when it works, but it hasn't worked for me in quite a while. Please do not give them your money.

I paid for proshare 360 over two years ago and my computer ecently crashed and had to be replaced I was not able to retrieve pro share and would like to use it again

We just joined sharepro a couple of months ago and it worked good at first and then it just stopped. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong until I found this sight. I paid for unlimited lifetime membership and they charged me for added software which I did not agree to. Now I can't even find a contact address to cancel. They seemed to have disappeared.

Check which version of Java you have... and does it even load or start up? if it does not load or start up... then it is your java program... the new version does not allow 360share pro to start!

I had a similar problem. it was my Java program that helps run the program. if it is updated to the new current version it will cause the 360share pro to not show. I had to remove it using the "add or remove programs" in the control panel of windows xp. after i removed the new version of java my programed worked great... just like when i first got it. I hope this helps you!

I like most of the complainer's 360 pro share has cheated me of my money.

I can not get in touch with them to re-install the music down load on my cp, my old e-mail was bobbyscott@msn.com.

Because I paid with my debit I wonder if I could get my money back ?

I was trying to download another program and ended up getting 360 pro... I swear I dont know how this happen. Of Course, after I downloaded the program, I realized it simply does not work. Recommendation everyone CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE YOUR PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY. That's what I just did..what a scam! I cant' believe I fell for it.

Please contact the better business if address of this company is known. The government and the federal law makers should enforce A One to Five year prison term and not be allowed to use or possess a computer for Scamming or any type theft on the internet . Please contact your local agencies to start a bill in the legislature to STOP THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR.

360, with myself has been playing up quite considerably. Yes I too paid for lifetime membership ! A complete scam. I have used it for years but when I tried to install it on my new laptop - forget it. anyway when I tried to work it on PC - surprise surprise it didn't work. I am furious to say the very least.

Kept saying I haven't got an internet connection - RUBBISH!

Is it occurring to ANYONE here that this website is a scam? Like an idiot I ignored my Norton warning that this site had no certificate and I paid for it. In the end, after I submitted payment I realized that they had tacked on an extra $14.88 to my total. As I started looking for customer service link to fix this, unable to locate one, it finally dawned on me that there was a serious issue here. Then I noticed that there was not a single actual 360Share smiley face logo anywhere on the website and I started to panic. At that point, I called my bank and cancelled the transaction AND my credit card- just to be on the safe side. I then immediately ran a Norton full computer scan on my brand new computer and found a virus. I had to restore my computer to get rid of it. Hopefully others will read this warning before they get a headache from this too.

I am from New Zealand and my 360 Share app does not work either after a couple of months. I love my music and I am frustrated that i can not download music any more after paying a life time membership. I would like to know why it does not work any more and how can i get my money back. Do you know of any other sites i can get a music downloaded from?
