360 Share Pro review: Download doesn't work 432

yes i had 360 share for a couple of years the first year was great i got tons of music but then i went off line a few months and now that im back on line 360 shares so called lifetime membership wont connect it sits there for hours when its open saying that its connecting very disapointing

Same thing I have not been able to sign on in a long time. What is up and what can be done

How does signing up for lifetime service at 29.99, checking NO to EVERY additional service end up being charged 68.00 for services I declined. There way too many downloads, so I haven't even tried that yet. I want my refund, can't find a contact info and I haven't had 24 hrs! Wish I had checked here first.

Same as everyone else...Still can't get in and now can't even access their website. My tickets have been replied to in the past, but I keep getting the same response to uninstall, reinstall...looks like it's time for the attorney general.

I paid for a life time membership and had to buy a new computer recently. I can not get my password emailed to me. The last time I used Share 360 Pro my email address was (earthling571@aol.com) I need my password so I can change my information, i.e. new email address new credit card number. Please help me with this issue as I am not able to reach anyone telephonically.

my 360 share pro wouldnt open.I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIOIN, UNINSTALL, RE-INSTALL, UPDATED JAVA AND WAS WORKING FINE.NOW I TRY TO USE IT AND IT OPENS BUT WON`T CONNECT.VERY FRUSTRATING!NOTHING WORSE THAN PAYING FOR SOMETHING AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT!WHATS GOING ON.IS THERE A WAY YOU CAN FIX THIS THAT ISN`T TOO COMPLEX PLEASE?

I paid and dowloading your services abd I'm unable to use them what am I supppose to do about this?

I have tried three times to download the free version of 360 share pro and every time it claims to be succesfully down loaded and appears to be one of my available programmes but when i click on the icon nothing happens! I've tried to contact 360 but as i am not registered i cannot it's a vicious circle how can i register if i can't get on!

I also paid for the unlimited lifetime downloads----it worked for the first day----and have been unsable to access or download since---can anyone say class action?----who's gonna help the little guy here that has accumulated to be quite a number of unhappy customers? I don't see ONE person with a good experience to report---or even make me think this whole charade had some legitimacy to it? It is FRAUD which is illegal!

I have been having all kinds of trouble getting 360 share pro to start what can be done I start the program and after opening up it will not start the connection. You need to fix your program so people that have paid good money can use what they have paid for.

I've been using 360 Share Pro for at least 2 years and never had a problem... until today. I bought a new computer with Windows Vista about a month ago and was using the program with no problems. About a week ago my computer crashed and I had to return it to factory settings and re-install 360. It's no longer working. It has a little icon at the bottom telling me that a firewall is detected. I refuse to turn off my firewall! So I let 360 through... but it's still not working. Like I said; 2 years without any problems... why now? Also wondering why their website seems a little mysterious... shouldn't their FAQ section have a list of fixes associated with these kinds of problems? Maybe a phone number to get ahold of this apparent technical support? I'm annoyed... I kind of liked this program.

I signed up with 360 pro share 4 days ago and the subscription fee has just been debited from my bank account. I have been unable to download anything deispite various suggestions from their technical support team. I cannot contact them anymore and I 've had to retore my computer -I want my money back.

I paid £35.00 for a life time membership and and mine also is not connecting so whats going on.This is a con.

tryed to get pro share had to reg. twice have two accounts that they took money out of. but cant set up a new account on my new computer to get pro share need help, not going to set up another account this is bull ###.### THIS HAVE PAID WELL OVER 125.00 FOR A YEAR.

Mine wont start up either. I called the [protected] phone # & they e-mailed me a way to get it to work again. IT'S NOT WORKING! Does anyone know their e-mail address?

im also a paid member and cannot connect in any way however when i reinstalled a folder appeared with all my shared files and they all opened on my itunes i still want my money or my product replaced

I purchased the 360Share Pro and it worked upon initial installation. However, I have not been able to log on since the first day. I want my money back.

Its your Java guys, you have to go find an old java, uninstall the new one and replace with the old.

I just found this "complaint 360 share pro". I can't believe how many of us are complaining about 360 share. I paid TWICE for this site. I just got a new lap top and I can't find my account AGAIN with this site. I just want the music that I downlaoded. I don't want to pay a third time for this site. I guess everyone is right, this site is a FRAUD.

I've had 360 Share Pro for about 1.5 years, and I've never had a problem with it. I don't know why everyone is complaining about it! It works fine for me - and I just downloaded music yesterday.

purchased 360sharepro 2 yrs ago,life time membership. i get a new computor and try to get it installed in this one and find out that my time is expired. it will not accept my e-mail name or password. crap wants me to get another lifetime membership...and they upped the fee...

I need 2 download 360share again, how do i do that.

360 Sharepro, MP3_freebie etc, are just ways of making money out of Limewire. I thought I was signing up to something along the lines of iTunes, i.e. legally buying music from a legal site. Downloading music from 360 SharePro is illegal.

Now to try getting my refund.

I downloaded this program myself a few days ago. and i got my money back, all but $10 US.. the whole thing is a scam and this is how you get out of it.. tell them exactly whats wrong, whats happened and how disgruntled you are by going to your members login and writing to the help desk. use a topic like "your program does not work" and then tell them exactly whats happened in a polite but pushy way, answer exactly what they ask you but demand a refund. when i downloaded it the program did not work from the beginning. I was charged $80 US when i only asked for the $30 membership and every time i went to download something it came up as invalid or sent me strait to a mobile phone add. If you have been ripped off by this company tell the police in America. When more people report it, the police will have to investigate and hopefully people will soon lean that share pro 360 is a scam. Good luck and don't give up on getting your money back!

The same thing has happened to me. Bought and installed program, worked for a couple of days and then it hasn't worked since. Have been unable to reach them as it says my e-mail address doesn't work. It was the only one I have. Avoidance is what I am getting. I want my money back, this program sucks.

I also paid for a full lifetime membership to allow me to down load music lawfully and as yet i am not able to download anything, i have tried many times to contact the company by email but i get nowhere how can i rectify this problem or get a refund.

I could not work mine either but I found the phone number for them. [protected]. When I called the customer service rep said I had an old version adn if I updated it, it owuld work again. Off to try it out now...

I wish I had looked at this sight first. Thank you for helping me get out of my subscription within 5days. They should be banned from use as it's not worth th hassle.

I have 360sharepro. I suggest updating your Java software. That should help out 85% of the probs i see on this site. However, the service really does suck and is misadvertised to the nth degree. i would not use this software again or suggest it to anyone. i would classify it as a shareware or FREEWARE program but not to buy, no way. sorry everyone is having probs. i feel your pain. can't we just get Microsoft to create a P2p music share program? they've cornered everything else's market out there as it is (Internet Exploiter).

my program quit working so I went to the 360 share pro site,redownloaded the program and now it works great.

Hi guys. I had the same problems as everyone else, then yesterday i remembered i had updated to java 10. Went into add remove programmes and dumped all java down to update 3. 360 is now working fine.
They must have conflicting drivers.
