M/s Thermoking has sold one Tower Type AC of 3.0 Ton vide bill no. 113/24507 dated 24.9.2007. Despite of repeated requests the same AC has not been installed so far whereas we have already paid the installation charages to them in advance. This agency is also misbehaving to much. Please take action against this firm cancell authorisation for sale.

I was about to buy the LG LPK3685QC and just googled to check the best offer price and came to know about the problem faced by you. Is the problem resolved by LG? I am too much scared to buy this product now. Now, will wait till you revert back on the status of problem.
