On aug.27th, '09 I ordered flowers for delivery to my sick mother in the phil. Online with 2flowers.com... They took my money immediately from my credit card but never delivered the flowers! A certain s. Rodriguez contacted me and he/she said they will investigate (I guess just to string me along). After weeks of asking for my money back he/she said they will refund my money... But as you can tell they never did and of course they stopped returning replies to my emails! They decided to steal my money!

Resolved

I ordered flowers in the Bahamas for a dying friend's father. It was also a birthday of one of the family members. They took my AMEX $115 and promise delivery the next day. I got an email saying they were delivered, but they weren't. We flew out of town, I guess the flowers arrived to a family member a week late. In that time I had tried to reach customer service through email, text online help and phone. No response. I then started a chargeback with AMEX. Suddenly, Nicholas at the company emailed me (no apology), basically making an excuse that made no sense and telling me that if I don't release the chargeback.. he will be forced to collect payment from me. I told him that the flowers were useless a week late.. he didn't even tell me he had issues with delivery (they didn't try until the chargeback). The flowers were given to a family member. They tried to tell me that they couldn't deliver to the hospital?! Funny I wasn't told for a week until he didn't get his money. You can't deliver flowers for special occassions on whatever day you feel like. It's a waste of money. I told him that he needs to give me a huge discount, or comp them.. I will fight any full charge (I paid for overnight, and he missed the whole point of the gift). Still never apologized, just made excuses. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. IT'S OBVIOUS HERE THAT ONLY THE COMPANY IS POSTING GOOD COMMENTS, AND THERE ARE COUNTLESS UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS THAT WERE SCAMMED.

I also had many issues with this company I used them many times at the beginning was ok then towards the later the got orders wrong or ridiculously lower the quality of the order yet still take my money and on the last straw Valentine’s Day they took the money yet didn’t deliver the flowers I was disappointed and my wife was very let down I didn’t send her usual red roses 🌹 this company are not to be trusted

I saw the negative comments after I ordered the flowers and tried first to cancel the order. The company informed me that the order was already processed and that it will be delivered as promised - and they did! I promised them in return to write a positive comment here to remedy the bad reputation they got on this page from problems in the past. I include the entire email correspondance I had with them as a proof that they are both legit and service minded.

I sent flowers to Mexico for Mothers day - the money was immediately taken off my card, and the flowers were not cheap! And the two bunches of flowers have never reached my mother. I have emailed a couple of times however no response. I feel cheated!

I live in California and sent flowers to my brother & sister in law who live in Basel Switzerland this past week to celebrate the birth of my niece. I had spent months pouring over gift and flower shops either in Europe or in the US hoping to find a place that was reliable and wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg. The problem with Switzerland in particular is that when sending gifts the recipient gets taxed heavily & the item may get stuck in customs for who knows how long, so that pretty much ruled out a nice gift once they gave birth. I really did want to get them flowers anyhow since it's not only customary but who the heck doesn't like flowers! So after comparing prices and looking at flowers on different sites (the ones that had sites in English) I decided that I'd go with 2flowers.com. After submitting my order the day or two before I wanted them delivered I decided to just casually look at some reviews of the website and came across this complaint site. Needless to say it scared the crap out of me, I mean how could it not when people used words like "stole", "scam" and "fraudulent". And though there were a few positive reviews people noted that they were probably all fake. I am ashamed to say that I went into full freak out mode and called PayPal hoping to cancel my payment in essence canceling my order so I could get my money back. When I spoke with PayPal I told them I wanted to cancel my payment cause I suspected it was a fraudulent company, the guy then told me that the company that the payment was made to which is "2checkout.com" was a high traffic vendor with PayPal and that they haven't been flagged with many complaints so I really should give them the benefit of the doubt and that I can seek recourse if they don't come through with the order the I put in, so I decided to just see what happens. I had ordered a $89 bouquet of flowers and a $39 teddy bear. The flowers came the very next day that I ordered them and they were absolutely beautiful my brother and his wife were so surprised and delighted. Unfortunately, the teddy bear did not get delivered so I emailed Nicolas and he responded within a couple of hours stating that he'd file a complaint with he local florist that the order had gone to for fulfillment. I did email him again the next day and he responded again within a few hours that the florist had said that they did not have the bear and so they just added more flowers to the bouquet. Nicolas was apologetic and said he would deal with them and try to get the bear sent out the next business day. The next day the bear still didn't get delivered so I asked Nicolas to refund me the $39 since it seemed like it was too much trouble to find a bear. He once again emailed me back promptly and said that he requested a refund for the bear back to my account. The refund notice from PayPal came the very same day. Yes I did do a bit of emailing regarding the bear but Nicolas was always very responsive and polite and the flowers the recipient got were just beautiful (they sent me a picture if the arrangement). I may not get an add on next time, but I will DEFINITELY use this company again no question about it and I will refer others to this company as well. Just so you all know, I wrote this detailed review because I really did have a good experience with this company and perhaps a few others had a different experience than me, but I just don't think it's fair to scare prospective customers (like I was) with such negative and damaging reviews. People take so much time to write bad reviews when they're upset (as I would too) but I think positive reviews, if truthful, are just as important! Anyway, hope you all give them a chance at least!

I ordered flowers on 02/28/14 to be delivered that same day for my mother-in-law who lives in the States - as do we. As of 8am today there still have not been a delivery made. I have been in email contact with Sebastian regarding this matter. He originally told me there was a communication error with the local florist and that they would be delivered on 03/03/14. I have asked for a refund - NOTHING. I have asked for the name of the local florist so that I could call them and find out if perhaps there had been a mistake with the delivery address - NOTHING. Today I received an email from Sebastian that the delivery was made. When I emailed back stating that they had NOT been a delivery - NOTHING. I cannot believe that I was so stupid as to use a company that I am not familiar with. I am not finished with this yet. If need be, I will have my legal team address this matter.

I ordered flowers and toy be sent to my daughter's birthday on 2 March to Amsterdam through 2flowers.com. The company took money from my credit. card, but didn't delivery the flowers and toy. I emailed them. Mr S.Rodriguez asked me the number of the order. I sent him, but after that he ignored me. Please, don't order in 2flower, you will be disappointed. I think they steal money.

I have used the flower company on many occasions and always got a good service delivery on time and good quality I have only once ever experienced bad service but I'm sure this was from a third party out with 2flowers.com I'm sure it is a legitimate business and my complaint was dealt with quickly and efficiently I was given a refund and discount for my next order saving me a total of 75% This is what we need from a company that offers good service and when they can't deliver that service we are compensated for our loss . I don't have anything bad to say about this company I just hope and pray they will live up to my expectations in the future . I intend to keep using them as I have done for the past 2 years or more and have had flowers delivered on more than a dozen occasions to the same place always on time and always quality except for this once keep up the good work and my business will always be yours Tom Hearty satisfied customer

1st 2 transaction were good though the customer service named Sebastian is not courteous. I used them again for the 3rd time and they never delivered the flowers on the delivery date I indicated in my order. The reason? they said because I indicated a different date in the card that goes with the flowers. This Sebastian replied to me all in CAPITAL LETTERS when I asked the deliver the flowers the following day after they failed to deliver the flowers on date. What a worse experience with this company. The devil really has different faces and names. Lesson learned, and a expensive one. To 2flowers.com and Sebastian, your time of punishment will come.

I sent an e-mail to FTD with my phone number. When they call me I will be satisfied. There is no way to verify you are who you are this way. Names and titles can be faked. i will wait till I hear from them.

Am I an unhappy customer? Yes I definitely am.

Even more so I am unhappy about being scammed and I am very certain that is the case.
I am tired of hearing about people who use their hard earned money to buy items or services and get ripped off by criminals.

Right now I am highly suspicious of your company being a fake. If my suspicions are correct, I will do everything in my power to make sure people know about your scam and make it very hard for you to rip people off. If I can I will also do my best to have someone investigate you. I am unaware as of right now if there is anyone who can do that. I have been to the FBI site and they have a way to report fraudulent websites. What they do with the info? I am not certain.

All of the "proof" that you have given cannot be verified, except for the letter from FTD. I have given them my phone number and they can call me. When they verify this info I will back off. Until then I will keep looking into you and try to find out as much about your business as I can.

If at best you are a legit company, your business practices are less than desirable The fact you would put in a false review on this website with the name Jay Ramirez shows you have integrity issues as a business man. The fact there are several people on this website that are complaining they never got their money back shows there is a huge problem with your company. If you are a legit company, there is no excuse for this. If I was FTD I would be considering dropping you from my list of approved dealers.

However, the question still remains, are you a scam or a real company? So far in my opinion you are a scam.

Also how come you are avoid my question about your user name of Jay Ramirez. Supposedly your name is Nicholas Rodriquez. I am confused because jay Ramirez was an alleged happy customer who gave positive feed back on this website.

Until I hear directly from FTD I don't believe you are a legit business. If they confirm you are legit then I will mention it on here that you are. However, if you just have the people with the same names mentioned above post on here that proves nothing. It just proves you can post anything on here and pretend to be anyone.

I checked your address out in Miami and it belonged to two businesses. Flowersfly, which had a complaint sent to the better business bureau in 2007, and currently Miami Box. From what I read, it is a delivery company. There is no mention of The Flower Business being located there.

We can send our certificate of incorporation, merchant account proof with low rates of refunds or chargebacks with 10 years history, etc.

Regarding www.companieshouse.gi its the website for the govement unit in charge of all the real companies registered in Gibraltar.

All claims done by our customers arrive to my desk, so please drop me an email we can discuss all about your doubts, orders, anything.

I doubt the validity of your company. Even if it was a real company you have a lot to learn about good business.

Why would they use the same phone number and address for millions of websites? Why not use the actual address of your company?

If you are world wide, provide me with addresses of your actual flower shops and the countries they are in.

Certificates can be made and there is no way of verifying there authenticity. You emailing me will prove nothing.

I do not believe you are a legitimate business. I think you need to be investigated. Go to any website and you will see people do not have positive posts on complaint sites.

The address is actually 3038 Main Street does not exist. The closest location similar is 30-38 main Street. Suite 31 belongs a company of offshore accountants. If that doesn't put of red flags that this is a scam I don't know what does. The domain name of 2flowers.com was registered through Godaddy.com which is a domain registering site of of the U.S.

Fraudulent companies who victimize people for their own profit need to be reported. Do everything in your power to make sure they don't continue to steal money from others.

I requested flowers be sent to my Girlfriend on Feb 14 for valentines day through 2flowers. They didn't show up. I emailed them and got a response from Sebastian Rodriguez, supposedly a staff member of this company (s.rodriguez@2flowers.com). They said there was a communication error with the company and they could try to deliver them again. I told them to deliver them as soon as possible. Two days later no flowers. Finally I told them to credit me back. I have read about how people never got their money back. I immediately called my credit card company. They said they would credit me back and go after 2flowers for the refund. Luckily I have a really good bank.

I would never ever deal with this company. I believe they are a scam. I even question if the good reviews on here are legit. My advice, find a different company to deal with. If possible see if you can contact the floral shop directly and stay away from on line companies.

I ordered flowers on Valentines day expecting them to be delivered the next day. After they failed to arrive I emailed them expecting the purchase would be resolved. I have since emailed 3 more times and still waiting for a response. At this stage im not expecting a reply as they seem somewhat fraudulent but the best I can do is warn people to avoid this company at costs. Clearly they dont care about customer service or delivery on agreements but they are fabulous at taking peoples money

Any positive reviews you see on this are bogus. Think about it, no one goes out of their way to write a good review for an online florist, especially this one. I ordered from 2flowers two days before valentines and the flowers never showed. i then got an email suggesting I had ordered too late even though there was no indication of this before I submitted my order. I still haunt been refunded and my girlfriend never got her flowers.

Botton Line: Do not use 2flowers, or any of their affiliates, unless you like begin robbed of your money.

I sent flowers from the US to my girlfriend in Vietnam and she loved them! I will definitely be using this company again. I really enjoyed the fact that they had a nice flat rate price. Thank you guys! Awesome service! Delivered on Valentines day for no extra charge!

I have order the flowers from 2flowers.com on 29 Dec 2012, the flowers need to send to NEW YORK for my friend birthday on 31 Dec 2012.But My friend did not receive it.I have email to the 2flowers.com to check, but no one to reply my email.I thing the staff of 2flowers.com stole my money from my credit card.
