This is awful company! Don’t ever order from 25karats.com! I have ordered a diamond ring for my future wife. I paid for it $3, 300.00. I got the order and then I send it for cleaning and jeweller said that the diamond is fake. I tried to contact the seller and without any result.
I just wanted to let you know that I got my ring yesterday and it's perfect. There was just a thing that I typed my shipping address wrong but I called their customer service and they immediately went above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
About jeweler guy: One of my friend couple got their engagement rings from 25karats two yrs ago, and they sent it for cleaning and the jeweler guy asked them where did they buy them bc of the quality. That's why i preferred this site though. I I would ignore the complaint probably fake. But as a customer I am so thankful to 25karats guys so much that they did more than they could do. I love the free engraving service as well.
