Sat on my 3 day rush order for a week, claimed they needed more graphics that they already had, did not bother to email or call telling me so, finally got them to cancel the order and I am still waiting for a $400 refund .Horrible rude comments from a "Mou" in their customer service department.

Avoid at all cost, spend a few $ more elsewhere. I have been going back and forth with this poorly trained, poor attitude person for several days now with no apparent end in sight.

How hard is a credit card refund in this day and age?It only takes a few seconds
