24HourWristBands / I'm extremely disappointed

I have ordered 50 customized wristbands for our company. When I received my order I was pretty satisfied with the quality. Next day I went to the office to give these wristbands to everybody. We are 50 people at the office but there were only 48 wristbands. Two were missing. I contacted 24HourWristbands customer service and explained what happened. They said that I need to place a new order. I refused to do that and said that it was their mistake and it is now their responsibility to deliver two missing wristbands. They did not reply. I'm extremely disappointed with this company.
