I ordered a macbook pro 60W magsafe charger and I got a counterfeit that not only worked but destroyed by laptop with data in it. I could not get that company to return my money, pay for the loss or replace the product. They don't answer phone calls or emails. They are selling counterfeits and selling them through amazon.com. I posted complaints with the BBB, Apple, Feds, local police, FCC and everywhere else I could. But no avail. They need to be put out of business and sued. They are destroying a good company (Apple) and another good online (amazon) by selling fake stuff. Make them pay.
$475 in mac chargers not shipped, not refunded, 7 weeks, 10 calls
I made my order on march 7, 2017. Order was $475. I am a small company and this is a significant amount of money. After waiting two weeks we received nothing. First call we were told the order was cancelled on their end as they had no stock. On our end it said the order was processing. It is now april 25, 2017. I just made my 10th phone call to customer service. I cannot get through to management. My case has been "elevated" 5 or 6 times. For the last 3 weeks I have been told that my refund will come in 24 hours. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.

i ordered charger for mac book pro, which was incorrect model, they replaced me with right model. But after i used for 30-35 days, charger stoped working, when i contracted them, they said they have 90 days policy for exchanged, so they can not give me money back also they can not exchanged because they already exchanged one time before, when i tried to explain my first order was incorrect model but they do not want to listen, they offered me 15% dicount and said buy new one. i do not want to pay for another new one to get their 15% discount. i want either replacemnt or fmy full refund.my damage is $35

They sent the wrong item. I sent it back within the week. They said they would send a new one. They didn't. I asked for my money back and they agreed. This was in February of 2016. They have not refunded my money - I call once a week and email them. They should be shut down - its only $40 but I will do everything in my power to ensure that this happens.
Don't purchase from this company!
I have purchased a charger from this terrible company and they sent me the wrong one. I immediately contacted 24HourChargers customer care an they promised to send me the correct one but that never happened. Three moths already passed and still no information from them. Recently I contacted them and asked for a refund, but they said that because it's been over 90 day they cannot give my money back. They told me to be patient. Horrible!
Terrible fees!
Hello. I decided to order from 24HourChargers because they had these really attractive prices. So I bought a charger and it arrived in a timely manner, but unfortunately it was defective. I contacted customer service and they said that if I want them to replace the item I have to pay $15! Then they said that I also have to pay for shipping. Well, I refused, because all these fees would cost me more than the charger itself! Terrible place!
The charger died after a month and the seller hasn't shipped new one
I have bought the phone charger from www.24hourchargers.com. This charger worked only one month and died, so I emailed the seller and asked to change it. He said to return the charger and promised to ship new one within 2 weeks. I emailed him one month ago and still didn’t get it. If it was possible, I would put zero stars to this website. I won’t buy from them again.
