Purchased a site for $3000 and& paid additional $2000. After signing contract and depositing the full amount with 247 NY Web Design, we found out they have been scamming others and failed to deliver what promised us. I don’t recommend doing any business with this company.
What is the name of your project? If thats the case, we will refund you the full amount back. If a client is not satisfied we prefer you contact us first to resolve the issue rather than post complaints on third party websites. Our policy is that all of our packages include UNLIMITED design revisions and we do not stop working on the project until you are completely satisfied and tell us to launch. Therefore, I do not see how this complaint makes sense. And if we charged you an additional $2000, that must be because you wanted to ADD something additional to your package and it was NOT discussed or included in your contract.
