200Cash.com Stolen money from my savings account

I applied for a payday loan, I understood after the fact, that they needed to get into my account to check that it was a legitimate account. It was and is, but I was first charged 29 for that.

For the next two weeks, they proceeded to try and take money out of my account, even though I was not approved for a payday loan, resulting in three nsf charges of $27. I cannot afford to keep getting nsf charges, when they have no business trying to take money out of my account especially since I didnt get a payday loan to begin with. Now I cannot find out who they are, how to reach them, and I dont have a clue how to retrieve my monies back. Please help me get my nsf charges back onto my account.

I am beside myself thinking how the bank would allow this especially since I have a password for anyone trying to get into my account, and even the bank isnt holding up to their bargain by not allowing anyone in my account from the begining. Please help me find out who these people are and help me get my nsf fees back.

Thank you so much,

Jerriann l picton

200Cash.com Unauthorized Debit from My Bank Account

This Company advertises quick Payday loans and have you fill out an application for a Payday Loan, That application goes to however many affiliates they are Partnered with, 200cash.com is not a Lender, They are a 3rd party that simply steps in to get people a loan, by having people fill out an application and charge $19.95 for you to submit an application.I never heard of such a thing, The company is currently in Litigation for "Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices".In A federal lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission The Company Owner agreed to pay 2 million Dollars in damages but admit No Wrong doing. The company 200.com did access my Bank Account and Did Charge me the $19.95 from my bank account, at which point I immediately contacted My Bank and Filed an affidavit to the Unauthorized Debit. The Bank is conducting their investigation into the Unauthorized Debit, and if It turns out that that charge was unauthorized then The Bank shall refund my $19.95.The owner of 200cash.com is currently in Litigation for 16 Million. That's 85% of all of its business transactions, from a company named LST Financial, They Were a Credit Card Processing Company that handeled Credit Card Transactions For 200cash.com, but LST found that 85% of their processing for the company 200cash.com were all Charge Backs. So LST is Sueing 200cash.com for 16Million.Personally, It wasn't until I saw the Bold Face Type in the middle of the application that stated "Any Attempt to claim that this charge is Unauthorized, and 200cash.com shall Prosecute that party for Trying to take an authorized charge, as Unauthorized and 200cash.com shall see that as an attempt to Defraud 200cash.com and any person doing so shall be Procecuted For Company Theft" I immediately Called The 800 number and left several Messages to the effect that I said "Come And Get Me" I am waiting at my home this minute for you to come Prosecute Me." How much Time do you think I will Be given in Jail For An Attemt to Defraud 200cash.com, Oh Yea and what Prosecutor will have me arrested for a $19.95 charge that you took Unauthorized.I said come get me, I need to be in court room to explain myself, can you come now?I'm ready to tell a Judge everything about how I got to be Prosecuted for this Hannis Crime...I had to put a little Levity in the thing, But I told Them Come Get Me.If Anyone is confused about these kinds of transactions there are rules that every company must adhere to, and they Are Called "The Rules Governing ACH Debit Transactions" and the rules state quit clearly that anyone who disputes any ACH Debit Transaction Must sign An Affidavid to that Unauthorized Charge within the 60 day time limit, and the charges shall be reversed." It's really that simple, Basically everyone just has to take the initiative and File the Affidavit and the Bank will Refund the Money Back To You. I sent 200cash.com a Email stating that the rules that Govern ACH debit allow me to dispute that charge and the money shall be refunded, I guess you people at 200cash.com are playing the Odds to how many will actually file the affidavit. And The Guy Is Rich, That owns the Company 200cash.com, Lives in a Mansion in Beverly Hills Ca.Settled The FTC Lawsuit for 2 million and looks like he will just keep the 16 million that the company LST is Sueing For in A civil Lawsuit. So There you Go Folks, A crash course in Business 101 American Style.First They Rip You Off, Then They Pay a Little Fine, (collected from the Rip Off)and then just Keep the Rest. And It's all nice and Legal Like..We are all left with a feeling of "Why would anyone Work For a Living, when all someone has to do is Steal your money Pay a little fine and Keep The Diffrence. You Know What I mean?

200 cash.com is a rip off and the state or someone should have all staff members arrested for fraud. I say this because 200cash.com took money from my account but didn't put any money in my account.
