I BOUGHT THIS 2008 MUSTANG FROM SAMES CROW FORD C.C. I TOOK IT IN ABOUT A WEEK AFTER I BOUGHT IT . IT HAD A RATTLE IN THE FRONT LEFT TIRE AND THEY WERE SUSPOSE TO CHANGE THE RIMS. I GOT IT BACK WITH THE SAME RIMS AND THE RATTLE ON THE FRONT LEFT TIRE.I TOOK IT BACK 2 WEEKS LATER IT TOOK THEM 2 DAYS TO CHANGE THE RIMS I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 8 OCLOCK AND IT STILL TOOK 2 DAYS. I AM TRYING TO REFINANCE IT WITH MY BANK AND I NEED TO GET AN OPTIONS SHEET BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SEND ME ONE. PAUL TOLD KIM AT THE BANK THAT THEY HAD OTHER THINGS TO DO THAT WERE MORE INMPORTANT AND THEY WOULD GET TO IT WHEN THEY HAD TIME. I WILL TELL EVERY I CAN THAT SAMES CROW IS THE WORST PLASE I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. I WORK AT A COMPANY WHERE THERE ARE ABOUT 3000 EMPLOYEES I WILL SEND ALL OF THEM AN E-MAIL AND ASK THEM TO PASS IT ON.
