2004 Trophy Boat / Dissatisfied with new Trophy boat

We've experienced too many problems with a brand new 21' 2004 Trophy boat purchased in Nov 2003. Replaced gauges when it was only 2 years old and the entire steering mechanism when it was less than 4 years old. Very dissatisfied with the quality of the boat. We've written to the company explaining our dissatisfaction and they have not responded. If we wanted this many problems we would have purchased a used boat! This boat has definitely fallen short of our expectations.
