2004 Ford Pick Up Truck / customer service
Well I feel that when I have to pay a $10.00 Charge to go online and submit a payment that is uncalled for they are making money hand over fist now and then want to charge us $10.00 to make a payment either by phone or online, what is up with this company and will call day after day, and call all hours of the day and nite, and to me that is truly disrespectful, they are the rude for customer services reps they are at the bottom of the barrel I am a customer service rep if I was to speak that way I would lose my job and Humana would be out of business, this company needs to go bankrupt
