February 2009 I was diagnose with breast cancer I had surgery and took a leave Of absence from my job .I went to Drive Time spoke to Dan explain my situation he replied just call when you're late .I fell behind 2 months .June 2009 I went back to work and I called the corporate office and satisfied my behind payment .A week later I recieve a phone callom office stating I owe $25.00 late fee I told the rep I just paid $525.00 the rep told me oh the amount wasn't accounted for so I paid the $25.00.last month i recieved a call from Drive Time automated system to call regarding payment they have received .I made a payment in the drop box by check the night before I recieved this automated call .soSo I called the office spoke to Jay he sai he will check the drop box end of call.The next day I received another call same conversation I became so upset and told the rep Michelle she said she will tell the person that handle account to put my check through as paid.Since February 6th 2009 my 104 payments have been satisfied .The last day of my husband went to make payment spoke to Michelle which rude and unprofessional took last payment and abruptley told my husband you have 2 more payments (hidden late fees ).while going out the door sales person said congradulations .I haven't had any contact with the Branch manager and don't have a name regarding issue .I've never recieve any statment nor a explanatory letter regarding late fees unaware of. .Resolution :1. letter of satisfaction with the seal on it ASAP.2.On my Credit report a satisfactory payment .3.Unawre of charges removed immediately.
