I believe it's a gimmick from the get go.
Yes, I applied for a loan however there is
nothing that states that would take money
out of my account for applying for a loan.
Then you go to the website and it's not
there anymore. It's totally off the wall.
I don't understand how this is legal on
the internet it's total fraud and improper.
They don't care and the people working
for them are the devils advocate because
they don't care they are there for their
paycheck. It's wrong, wrong and someone
needs to take charge and do something about
it. Immediately. They took $2.95 on
4-28-08 and $44.90 today 5-7-08. It's totally
insane and not proper but the again do
bad people care if they are proper.

This is the third time 1st Credit Now has taken money without my authorization. I was going to sign up for the loan, clicked cancel, and the first time they took ok 44.90 the second 24.95 and again, 24.95. That is a lot of money when applying for a $300 loan you never received.

I see so many complaints on this website which provided me with helpful information when I called 1st credit now. I was very disturbed to find that there were only 2 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I think if so many people were on board to report this company to the right people, they wouldn't exist right now. They have already changed their name to 2nd credit chance for reasons that the CSR's couldn't really explain, but we know why.

From what I am hearing and what I have saw with my own eyes, these people never recieved any product for the moneys they are out. That is called theivery.Doesnt matter how you slice it.It doesnt even really matter that they didnt submit the application.

Curious me is right though. If you go to the bank and tell them you were scammed and dispute it they will give you your money back and they will go after the scam artists involved.

My daughter is going through the same thing you folks are.She got scammed through this company.Guess what I know she did because she used my computer to fill in the application. She did not submit the application.Anyone could have this happen to them.By the way we know the person "adamson"who is saying this isnt a scam, is involved with this company. No one in their right mind would be saying scams dont happen and it is the victims fault unless they were the perpetrator. Also the bank and /or banks are on too you and it is only a matter of time before you are all behind bars.Dont be calling me for a loan to bail you out either

Hey guys! All you have to do is let your bank know about the charges and they take care of the rest. U have already called my bank and they refunded the money that was taken out of my account. I never asked these people for assistance nor did I apply for anything. I remember purchasing some items from the interent but I never clicked on anything to agree to purchase anything from this company. I called them as well and they refused to do anything so I called my bank and they reversed all the charges bank to my account and block that company from doing that ever again. I have also block any ACH DEBITS from being submitted to my account without the bank calling me first, but I blocked all of it anyway because I dont like other companies having access to my accounts. All this is avaliable through your bank guys...

I was at their site and filling information required to see if I could qualify for a loan. I very stupidly gave them the routing number and account number to my checking account. I clicked cancel before actually applying for a loan and the next day they charged my bank account $19.95! I called and cancelled the "service" and got a cancel confirmation number but they would not refund the $19.95 which I feel was extracted fraudulently because they never prominently display anywhere that the charge will be made by looking for information. This BAD BUSINESS. Stay Away!

First of all that adamson guy has no idea what the hell he is talking about. He is probablly one of the dicks that thought up this kind of plan. I read the whole terms and agreements and it says nothing about them charging you. Nothing! It's ### i picked up two charges and overdraft fees. How do they do it? there are ways around everything, and it's easier to get away with somethings now then it was 20 or 30 years ago. They feed on our needs, why the ### would someone agree to be charged when they are obviously looking for help. ### these degenerative, low life, worthless little ### and adamson.

They just drafted money out of my checking account without permission! I calls the tel. # my bank gave me and the guy says he just works there. I told him to let me speak to a supervisor and he says they are all at a meeting. (Right) i am so angry. No one has called me back yet. This is illegal. . .

I had the same thing happen they've taken 2 withdrawls from my account with 2 different company names totaling approx 40.00 and I called and go the run around. I finally told someone one that I was going to be contacting a lawyer and they put me through to a supposed manger who said the funds would be refuned to me but we'll see if that actually happens. In the mean time I will be close the account. This is a complete scam and it seems like the person ADAMSON who keeps responding that we're not being scammed, they must work for the company!

When you signup for something online, the _SMARTEST_ thing to do is to _READ_ all of the terms and agreements!

After you have finished reading all of the terms & agreements you should then be able to understand what your getting yourself into.

Make sure you do not have any check box's marked which will sign you up to any additional offers PER THE TERMS & AGREEMENTS.

It sounds like every one of you NEVER BOTHERED to read terms & agreements or make sure you are not accepting anything more than the payday loan.

You are trying to ignore the fact that you DID NOT read the terms & agreements, and you all are calling this fraudulent?

Maybe you should READ WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO before signing up.

Making false accusations that a company ripped you off IS NOT COOL. You only show your ignorance.

I think you all will learn a lesson that you will ALWAYS READ TERMS & AGREEMENTS from now on.

Would you sign a contract without first READING THE CONTRACT? It would be stupid to not FULLY READ AND KNOW what your getting yourself into before signing up and giving your personal information away.

Be smart buyers people, READ EVERYTHING.

DO _NOT_ SIGNUP FOR ANYTHING ONLINE UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS & AGREEMENTS, AND MAKE SURE YOU DONT ACCEPT ADDITIONAL OFFERS THAT YOU DO NOT WANT!

Same thing happened to me. They called me and told me that they were going to put $400.00 in my account with a fee of $120.00. I told them that I did not wish to do that. So now I have an overdraft fee and fees that I did not consent to. What is going on?How can these people do this? Can anyone help to get my money back?

The same thing just happened to me. I called the bank and they are going to investigate the issue. I simply put a loan application in. I didn't receive any money, didn't agree to anything, merely made an application and money is now missing from my account. They have a fraudulent phone number, fraudulent email, etc. Thankfully the bank is willing to investigate the matter, so I'm merely waiting on the conclusion of that and in the meantime opened a new account and transferred all money to it.
Good luck

Nobody is a crook and WHAT your saying is IMPOSSIBLE! It sounds like you are having buyers remorse!

You are now regretting that you signed up online, and you are fabricating LIES that you DID NOT SUBMIT your information, but you were still charged. This is WRONG, and IMPOSSIBLE!

It is impossible for a company to retreive/submit your application information UNLESS YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT AND SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION!

If you type your information on an application online and you close the window, YOUR INFORMATION IS NEVER SUBMITTED!

THE ONLY WAY for your information to be submitted is for you to CLICK A "SUBMIT" BUTTON!

There is no way on earth a company online can get your information and charge you UNLESS YOU INITIATE THE SUBMITTAL OF YOUR APPICATION!

I suggest you call to cancel the service!
