I can understand your situation and just like you I also had signed up and received a payday loan online, but I CHOSE NOT TO ACCEPT 1stcredit. It sounds like you simply did not read the terms before submitting your payday loan application which tells you what you were getting yourself into if you accept 1stcredit!

While signing up I made sure all of my information was correct and I READ THE TERMS to everything before I clicked submit!

I read all the terms for the 1stcredit service which is a great program to help build your credit. I decided I did not need this right now so I made sure NOT to accept the service with my application. Since I selected NOT to receive the service, I was NEVER billed!

Sorry to hear about your troubled situation, I thought it would be good for me to share my experience with you. I hope you will be more careful in the future when you signup for things online, you MUST read everything these days even the fine print!

In the end you would not have had a problem if you and your husband would have READ THE TERMS!

Best Wishes

I was browsing the internet for a loan. I did not at anytime complete the application. I turned off my computer and forgot about it all. This morning, I got a $19.95 taken from my bank account and I did not have a clue what it was for. I did not authorize any withdrawals from my account to them. I would certainly like help on this matter or at the very least, stop them from doing this to other unsuspecting people. There certainly must be a way to safe guards people against them. I noticed that I am not the only one who is or has complained about them. There definitely is a serious problem here with 1st credit now and their approach.

Thank you... Mari Torell.

Mrs. Lockland, I am aware of your situation. You are once again borrowing money and complaining about having to pay it back. Of course you didn't read the fine print you never do you just want the money. Pay your bills, don't make a habit of overdrawing your bank account and you most likely wouldn't be in this mess.

STAY AWAY! I JUST DISCOVERED THE SAME CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT COULDN'T FIGURED WHO THEY WERE, BUT I KNOW THAT I DID APPLY FOR A LOAN DIDN'T RECEIEVE ANYTHING BUT THEY SURE DID TAKE IT OUT.$2.95,
$44.95, $22.95. APRIL, MAY, JUNE. IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A LEGITIMATE ONLINE LOAN TRY UNITED CASH LOANS AND THINK CASH, BOTH WORKED OUT GREAT FOR ME.

This place apparently rips everyone off! I have found tons of complaints on different web sites about the. There is an unauthorized charge on my account from them that I am disputing because they refuser to reverse the charge.

STAY AWAY FROM 1ST CREDIT NOW! THEY ARE THIEVES!
