1st Global Credit Marketing / The agent promised to help with the credit and suddenly our communication stopped

I reached 1st Global Credit Marketing and wasn’t happy with the services of their agent. I spoke with Sylvia and she said that if I agreed to their conditions, she would start to work out and solve problems with the credit. Ok, I provided all necessary information and provided the contract, which we signed for 30 days. Unfortunately, after that nothing has happened and the agent kept silence. The first week, someone responded and provided some information, but now the staff stopped to respond and no one sent answers to my questions.
