By far the worst online shopping experience ever!

12/16/08 - I ordered an "award winning in bloom orchid" to be overnighted to my Mom for her b-day the next day. Paid $19.99 for the over night shipping.

12/18 - 2 days later and still have not received the orchid, checked the tracking, somehow it showed the orchid was in San Diego and they spelled my Mom's name wrong.

Called the company and the guy that answered the phone said, it's only the 18th, so what's the problem and it's not their fault that the orchid is not there yet. I asked for a refund, he said it's too late, it's already been delivered. After some more complaint from me, he refunded my $19.99 over night fee.

12/20 - orchid was finally delivered, but not a bloom in site.

12/28 - After I got to my Mom's for the holidays and saw the orchid plant, I called them again but was told that the particular plant blooms for a short period of time and this one just happened to have finished blooming and there is nothing they can do about it at this point. I argued with him for 10 minutes, including him exasperatedly using the Lord's name and talking in an extremely unprofessional way with me. He finally agreed that he would send us a replacement. He asked that I select a replacement from a link.

1/27 - A month later and several emails from them stating that they will be shipping that Friday/have shipped the replacement later, still nothing.

This is the worst online shopping experience ever. I will NEVER deal with this company again.
