17700 — employee customer service
05/28/2108 at 20:05 stopped at store 17700 and asked for assistance from 2 separate employees. Was trying to locate a specific item. One employee said they didn't have it, but I took 3 steps and found it. It was marked at $7.25, but cashier rang it up as $8 and proceeded to argue with me over the price. She then copped an attitude when asked if the ice cream discount rang up, and as I walked towards the door after paying she said in a snotty voice that maybe I should shop elsewhere. If this is how you train your employees to treat customers, you are going to have issues.
