I never recieved the order i paid for. I went to this site through the cash back app befrugal. I did not know that this was a huge scam. I will be contacting my bank.

Order # [protected] was for TWO complete sets of Rustoleum NeverWet. Only one set arrived. 13Deals.com/jamminbutter.com has not responded to emails and does not answer phone. In fact, their voicemail states they will not review voicemails or speak with customers by phone. The refund I requested through emails to [protected]@jamminbutter.com and to [protected]@13deals.com has not been acknowledged, promised, or received. So there's really no way, outside of legal action, to resolve a complaint for this company's (13deals.com aka jamminbutter.com) product shortage, misrepresentation, overcharging, and abhorrent customer service.

On 12-23-18, I placed an order (#[protected]) a MagicMount Magnetic PowerBank for Phones and Tablets. The order was completed and money withdrawn from my bank account on the afore mentioned date.

it's been nearly a month and to this day, I have not yet received my order.

What is it's status?

I have ordered some items from 13 Deals and paid over $150 for my products. Later they contacted me and said that they need to verify my address and that I was the owner of the card. I gave them all the necessary information and they charged my card. Waited weeks for my order and nothing ever arrived. I tried to contact them regarding my order status but received no response. I was supposed to get my order over a month ago and received nothing yet. Save your hard earned money and do not order anything from this site!

I have purchased some things for my pet from www.13deals.com. I placed the order and got all details about the purchase and shipping, but the order hasn’t arrived. I wrote emails to the customer services, but no one responded. I decided to contact these guys, but it was busy and voice mail only. I left couple of voice messages and was shocked that no one responded. The worst services.

Ordered a pair of socks. Delivery was quite fast, but I'm not very satisfied. Socks were not the same as the picture, same brand, but much thinner, made from different material and less expensive socks. I contacted them and they offered me a 50% discount for my next order or return at my expense. But, all I wanted was the correct pictured socks. They said that replacement is possible too. So I waited and waited, but nothing happened. Several weeks later I got an email stating there are only 2 people in customer support, and there are too many orders, so they'll send my socks as soon as possible. But I still didn't receive anything. Horrible service, liars! I hope I'll get my socks someday.

I ordered some stuff from the website www.13deals.com. The rep provided the confirmation info and told that my order was sent already, but after couple of days I haven’t received it. I called to the customer services, but each time, I heard some fake promises and excuses. Blah-blah, but the situation didn’t change. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

I ordered tablet from the website www.13deals.com. The website is real scam, ‘coz they got my payment and provided the confirmation info with the tracking number. I checked it, and it turned out that my order was still in the warehouse. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked when they would send it, but no one replied. No idea what to do next. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I ordered some items from 13deals.com. After a while they told me that my purchase has been dispatched and enclosed the tracking number. I waited for 2 weeks, but nothing came. The tracking number didn’t help me, because they told me that such item is out of stock and they didn’t sell it. But it isn’t truth. I found out that this item is at their website, and it seemed that they have had it. Do not buy from this seller, because you can lose your money and a lot of time.
