1033 Motel Drive / No handicap access and overcharge

The room rate quoted over the phone was $10 higher per room than they told me. They wouldn't honor what they told me. They tried to charge me for King Size room and they only provided a Queen or Double. The finally did discount the room to a Queen size rate.

THERE WAS NO Handicap Access to the Lobby where the breakfast is located. There was also NO one at the desk to help the handicap person, as a guest I had to open the door for the person and help with their food. There was no one at the desk for the 20 min I was in the lobby during breakfast.
