10.0 GT-N8000 / bad services
I went to repair my Samsung note 10.0 GT-N8000 In Egypt, cairo, [protected] the Samsung hegaz branch on 1/7/2015 at 11:33PM. I called the service call center on the hotline 19406 to ask if my note was already fixed so that I can go and receive it they told me that I can receive the note from 10:00AM to 03:30PM and from 09:00pm to 12:00AM but when I reached the Samsung branch they didn't want to give me my note saying that it was fixed but I can only take it in the morning from 10:00AM to 03:30PM and after arguing we found out that the employee who is responsible for this job wasn't even there although there were other employees.
until now every time I call the hotline 19406 they tell me that they are updating the data base . from 1/7 till today i have not received my note yet
